Fantastic experience: I had the BEST piercing experience at Baron Art Tattoo Studio with Yuyu! I got my nose pierced and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so calm, gentle, and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. What I appreciated most was how she narrated everything she was doing step by step. It made the whole process feel so safe and comfortable, and I never once felt nervous or rushed. She really took the time to make sure I felt good before, during, and after the piercing. The piercing itself came out PERFECT — I love it so much! You can tell Yuyu really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, I can’t recommend her enough. Truly the best piercing experience I’ve had!

Fantastic experience: Went to get my first ever tattoo with Saelah yesterday, THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME!! Saelah was super nice, friendly, and comforting. They made my custom tattoo come to life. It was exactly what I imagined and it came out amazing. Line work was smoothing and the flow was super smooth. The coloring also came amazing and captured the colors of my cats amazingly. Im definitely coming back again to get my future tattoos with Saelah again.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this studio and it was very pleasant experience. Went for Friday the 13th, so was expecting a huge line especially going somewhat later in the day but it wasn't super packed. Wait time was no more than 30 minutes and I was only tattooed for 20 minutes (got a small heart design on my upper arm/ shoulder). I definitely hope to go back for more tattoos in the future.

Got a piercing somewhere else and came here and they were able to take out the sad piercing and provide me with a much better one and even with the jewelry I wanted. Fantastic experience: Experience: It was my first time at this piercing shop today! I came in for a change of jewelry on two helix piercings. I got two titanium piercings with the labret, it came out to $184 (including tax which was $15.02). It is a little on the pricer side; however, I would argue that good quality jewelry really benefits in the long-run, especially if you're ears don't take in all types of metals well like mine. I also bought a rose gold ice cream earrings that were really cute but thats also the reason why I spent 500+ on my first walk-in here (I just really love earrings). Piercer: Lily The piercer I was assigned was Lily. She was very nice, gentle, understanding, and informative when I asked her questions about piercings. I would recommend her if you'd like your ears done! I'll definitely be back to perhaps get a conch during my birthday! Thanks again so much Lily!

Negative experience: Rebecca was inexperienced with septum piercings, I went in to get one and she couldn’t find the “sweet spot” and refused the service. I went to a new piercer for a second opinion and they found it with no problem and said i had a very easy straightforward one. She did the piercing and everything worked out perfectly. I think Rebecca lacked the knowledge possibly. But straight up refused to do it. Could’ve at least got a second opinion from the other piercer working

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at this place!! I have now gone twice, first time was to get my nipples pierced, the second time was to get my navel pierced. Both times I had a wonderful time. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Lacy did my nipple piercing and it was fantastic. They were kind, communicative, and gentle. I was a little nervous but Lacy took great care of me and it hurt so little compared to how I thought it would feel. Marta did my navel and I really can't put into words how awesome the experience was. Marta explained once they saw me that the traditional navel piercing wouldn't fit comfortably for my body and that I would need a surface piercing with an l shaped bar instead of the normalbent shape. This was going to cost more but they worked with me to make the price something that I could pay after coming all the way out and already paying for parking. The piercing itself hurt so little that I honestly didn't realize that it was over l when they were done! Marta is a hoot, full of stories and great advice. I learned a lot and couldn't be happier with my results! I'm definitely coming back for more when the time comes. The space is beautiful, clean, and inviting. I would give them 10 stars of I could!

Negative experience: Nice place but I got my nipple piercings done there they’ve been healing for almost a year and I realised now one was done wrong hence why it’s not healed well. It was done too close to my chest and hasn’t healed. I’m really disappointed. There are better piercings studios. One’s that won’t screw you over, Melrose has better ones more reputable. Trust it’s worth the cost to not get screwed over like this place did for me. This place also wasn’t that cheap either.

Fantastic experience: I went to Baron as an emergency because my fairly new nose piercing came out and I was afraid it would close, as you're not supposed to remove it for up to 6 months while it heals. The woman who helped me re-pierced it, her name was Lacy and she was very sweet, gentle and informative. I learned a lot in that short visit- crucial key points in caring for your piercings, that I was never told from the original piercer. Plus, their selection of jewelry is outstanding and quite extensive! I will forever be a loyal customer from here on out. Thanks Lacy!

Positive experience: My three star review has nothing to do with the quality of the tooth gem service as I understand tooth gems have a tendency to fall off rounded tooth’s a lot quicker than normal. However, I had a butterfly gem set done here that partly fell off within two weeks. I called the studio letting them know as the artist who did them for me told me I was welcome to come back to replace them if they fell off. They told me I could go in that coming Sunday, however I wasn’t able to make it in so I called once more to schedule again as I let them know it was an hour drive to the studio for me and as the gems falling off was unexpected I didn’t have any open days within that week to drive to LA as they open at 11:30 AM which is normally when I’m already at work. We rescheduled and I came in two weeks after my first phone call with a scheduled note for the day I showed up. I understand that this is rather late which I own. My three stars is because after the replacement, the front staff told me that even though I called within the two weeks (and had photos with timestamps of when the gem and bond fell off) that I needed to come in earlier. I understand this, however I felt that that should have been mentioned to me over the phone the two times I called. I felt that because it was mentioned to me after the replacement that I felt I had burdened the shop showing up for a 10-20 minute replacement as the front staff seemed bothered that I had came. I tried to show them the time stamped photo and explain that I couldn’t make it earlier as I of course didn’t expect them to fall off so soon. I wanted to tip the artist as it was a different gem artist doing the replacement but just left right after they mentioned it to me. I love baron art studio for tattoo appointments, I’ve gotten multiple tattoos from their artist and have been to three of their locations but probably wouldn’t go to this one again for tooth gems.

Fantastic experience: Loved the service here! I came here to get my helix piercing done. The girls at the front desk were super sweet and helpful. Lala is the piercer who did my helix and she was super sweet and helpful, loved her. I paid $45 for the piercing and jewlery and $15 for the saline solution. Will definitely be coming back!

The actual piercing was quick and nearly painless, and Brandi made sure everything was perfectly placed. I’m absolutely in love with how it turned out—it’s healing beautifully and looks fantastic! If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares about your experience, I can’t recommend Brandi enough. She’s the best!
