Fantastic experience: I went in to see Venom on short notice, it was my first time working with her. She put a lot of love and a lot of time into my piece, she has a great sense of humor, a light touch which makes for a painless experience, and a very clean work station. I will continue to come back for her art it is absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic experience: I loved this shop and my artist. I went on a whim with a few of my friends and decided I finally wanted my memorial piece done. Venom helped me with placement and fixed some mistakes in my original reference I brought to them. I love how my tattoo came out and I loved Venom in general. They were so sweet to me and we spent the whole session laughing. I've never been tattooed by the same person twice but I will be going back to Venom

Fantastic experience: Zack did an amazing job on my script tattoo on my arm. He was super professional and I enjoyed our mini conversations as he tattooed me. It didn't even hurt! I was pretty impressed

Negative experience: I came in on discount day. I called before and asked if I got a few tattoos that were small would they each be considered as separate or whatever. He said they would work with me. I wait for the artist I want and I’m in there for almost 2 hours with no issues. We start going over what I want and I quickly realize this is an apprentice over charging for needing extra time to work. She said one tattoo I would want was 200 and would take 2 hours. Both angels being $400. I skipped on that. She then tells me the palm tattoo I want that consist of two words each would be separate tattoos. And that without the discount of $57 each she would charge $120-150 for them. She emphasized that the palms should cost more for whatever reason. She also asked if it was spelled “heartless soul or heartless sole” I said absolutely not and walked out. If they would’ve said $100 for the two I requested (not the angels) I would’ve agreed. But not $160+ The manager talked and was condescending and just weird. Would not recommend this shop purely on customer service. Will include the pics of the tattoos. The angels were quoted at $400 and the palms $120-$150 without discount. Or $57 each for sale.

Fantastic experience: Liam was my Tattoo Artist and he was amazing we chatted the whole time he made me feel very comfortable while i was getting the tattoo because it was/is my first one ever. His work is amazing and for it being my first tattoo I'm so happy with how it turned out. 10/10 will definitely be back to book with Liam

The staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in and the shop was clean and organized. Venom did an amazing job with the tattoo. She was very patient, and explained everything very well from start to finish and aftercare. The tattoo is beautiful and we love it. It was a very positive experience and I'll be going back very soon for a cover up.

Negative experience: Venoms work, posted a review awhile ago about it but it mysteriously disappeared like the new tattoo ink they use!! I got the “vine” covered up by an artist that actually knows what there doing, as for the skull and roses, most of that ink has already faded off to the point it looks like I’m currently in laser tattoo removal stages <<< that’s what it looks like fr tattoo isn’t even 4 months old. cool place (not really), don’t get art done by venom (unless you like disappearing ink) and yeah paid 230 for this so if you want to spend $230 bucks to get screwed with no vaseline venom is your artist!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this tattoo shop! It was such a great experience, especially since my dad and I were walkins. We got matching tattoos and they both turned out amazing! Briana Knight did mine and it is soooo beautiful and extremely well done, she made me feel comfortable and made sure that I knew if I needed a break that it would be no problem! All the staff were super sweet! I'll definitely be back again!

Fantastic experience: I was in town for the afternoon noon. I was able to get in on a Saturday (didn't expect that, they're awesome, and busy usually) I was able to get my Dino tattoo. Friendly and professional atmosphere, well done fine line tattooing by venom. She's really fun to talk to too. Working out on size and price was easy and respectful. It was my second time ever getting a tattoo so I was still unsure on what to expect especially as a walk in. Anyway loved it, will do again sometime I'm sure. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I got a spine tattoo yesterday. I had never been to 4Nineteen Ink so I was nervous as to how it would go. It’s safe to say, it went amazing. Everyone was so nice inside. Briana was my artist and she did an AMAZING job. She made sure I was comfortable in the position I was laying in. And if I wanted the blinds up around me, I could have them. She also, got a second opinion on her placement to make sure it was perfect(it was). She made conversation and took her time to make sure it was perfect for me. I’ll be back again!

Fantastic experience: Got my eyebrow pierced by Dave, he did an amazing job and still did my piercing even though he was on a time crunch. Absolutely amazing and sweet staff and I would definitely recommend going here. The prices are very reasonable and this spot is a gem among the over priced places in perrysburg and maumee!! Plus we got some awesome stickers to make the experience even better!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend came in yesterday for pretty simple tattoos on her wrist and my hand . First we called and the lady on the phone said to come in around 3 because there would be an artist who’s comfortable doing hands . ( love that they know there artists and who’s good at what) we showed up and Venom took care of us no problem . She made sure we liked everything before we got started , she was quick and both tattoos look great !

Fantastic experience: Tiny is the absolute best hands down! My sister and I drive from DE just to be tattooed by him. This passed weekend was our 5th time coming to see him and as usual he didn’t disappoint. Everything is clean and sterile. If you are looking for any type of ink I would highly recommend this shop and him.

Negative experience: I was completely ditched by tattoo artist (Chad). I paid my deposit and never got a drawing, or heard from the guy. Highly disappointed, would not recommend. **Updated** there was a response from owner that was false! I was completely ditched. I was told on two different occasions that I would get a drawing to see before my appointment. I reached out and got no response from the artist. Normal business practices were not followed. I have proof of my attempts.

Fantastic experience: I got my septum done and both nostrils and Dave was so nice and comforting and how we had great conversation really calmed my anxiety the whole experience overall was incredibly inviting I loved it and went back twice

Negative experience: Came here a while ago to get a tattoo. Thought about getting a piercing too, but decided against it because of the piercers attitude. I don’t know her name, but she is tall, has tattoos, black short hair, and piercings. I ended up just getting a tattoo and going on my way. She definitely needs to work on her approach. Anyways, tattoo ended up great, guy who did it was nice.

Fantastic experience: Liam is an amazing artist, I've gotten most of my work done by him. He is extremely talented and impresses me every time. It shows how much he cares about the quality of his art and happiness of his customers. He takes good care of his equipment and keeps his area clean. 4 Nineteen has many incredibly talented artists, a comforting/clean environment, and a beautiful shop. The tattoo is amazing, she’s communicative and very responsive about all things regarding the tattoo care, the shop was clean, and the tattoo process was super fast!! Will definitely be returning!!

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I both got tattoos from J Carney. First of all, he is nasty and when a young girl (16-18) walked in he made a comment about her body. My boyfriend’s tattoo is literally gone in several areas. As in the line work disappeared. Artist said my boyfriend didn’t care for it properly??? I have several awesome healed tattoos from other artist and took care of them, my boyfriend took care of his extremely well, also ink doesn’t just disappear. I have flowers done by artist. Now it’s ugly and muddy after just under a year. Never going back.

Though she did have to reschedule, she was able to do it to work with my schedule, which I loved and appreciated so much!! And she did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!!! She even put on a Sleep Token radio for me to listen to while she worked!! I think I've found my favorite shop and artist.

Fantastic experience: Deanna was amazing! This was my first time getting a piercing since i have moved to Ohio so I was a bit nervous. She made me and my friend feel very comfortable, she gave us her undivided attention and patience. Educated us on aftercare and all the different types of piercings available.
