Fantastic experience: I am going to start by saying thank you to Zach and Robin! I was referred to this location by Zach for a touch up. I had a not so good experience somewhere else but thankfully Zach sent me here and it was made up for with the experience with Robin. He was very nice and gentle i ended up adding another tattoo as well. His service was awesome for me and my daughter. He did not get annoyed with all my after care questions and was very thorough. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable, tattoos are always a little nerve wrecking. We had a terrific experience and we will definitely be going back to Robin at this location in a few months. Thank you so much again Zach & Robin!

Negative experience: This is the rudest place I've ever walked in to. We wanted to see about a consultation. I know they were busy. But there is no excuse. The woman at the front never once looked up and acknowledged us. At first there were people browsing, but they left. She was on the phone, hung up and by then joined by a man in a polo at this point- starts ranting to him about some guying on the phone talking her ear off about an internship. Now at this point, there is no one else around and my husband and I are STILL waiting to be talked to or asked what we needed. I had to talk over them and suggested to him that maybe we should go somewhere else since these people are too unprofessional and I legitimately felt bad for interrupting. How disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Went to Koolsville today as a walk-in and had the absolute pleasure of Cheyenne helping turn my vision into a design before tattooing it onto me! Really pleased with the result - Cheyenne was super welcoming and did a great job. It’s always an interesting and quite intimate experience allowing someone to tattoo your body and I never forget a kind tattooist. Thanks dude, I will always carry a little bit of Vegas with me courtesy of you ♥️

Fantastic experience: Koolsville Tattoo is the home of the iconic $10 tattoo, and it was the perfect spontaneous girls’ night spot to get inked up. We walked in on a whim, picked our tiny flash designs, and walked out with permanent memories. The vibes were fun, the energy was hype, and honestly… you can’t beat a $10 tattoo for a random, “why not?!” kind of night. Nothing bonds a girls’ night like a little ink and a lot of laughs. ✨

Fantastic experience: I had a cover up done on my face by Mikey of a skull and crossbones from the imense collection of $10 tattoos so I had to pay a little more because it was on my face which was very understandable very professional atmosphere, knowledgeable artists, and was greeted by the owner herself upon entering the building, very collaborated shop all in all very pleased with my tattoo.

They set me up with Walter and he understood the assignment. I cried when I seen the ending result, I felt happy to have something to be proud of and show off to everyone. My father would be so proud my daughter said it best "your tattoo screams papa!" (That's what she called my dad) Walter and IG person I cannot thank you enough. Fantastic experience: The earlier you go in the morning when they open the better itis for wait time, only took us like 30 min tops and my friends and I got cool flash tattoos. It is a clean and chill environment, will for sure come back here for more spontaneous flash with friends!

Fantastic experience: Had an exceptional experience for my second and third tattoos. Got a great deal from the owners, who are cool and friendly. Robin the tattoo artist was absolutely amazing. Super gentle knowing I was kind of nervous at first, really cool guy and super kind. Highly appreciate that. Loved his work and prefer him when I go again. I came back again and got another awesome deal on a tattoo and love it: finger tattoo though so as I know I’ll need a touch up, which is to be expected. Still absolutely love it and this shop!

Negative experience: Me and my two friends saw this place on tiktok and decided to go while we were in Las Vegas. We went and I got my nose pierced and the whole experience was just weird. We waited for a while and both my friends got a tattoo. it took less then like 4 minutes for both. Yeah that sounds so cool a super fast tattoo but it was clearly just rushed. And with these rushed tattoos you can't even be sure how sanitary it is. Anyways then we wait like another hour to get the piercings because apparently only one person in this shop can do them. But we waited so long because the guy just kept taking more tattoo clients that came after us. We were there for a total of 2 hours. And honestly all these people we interacted with were very rude. Anyways we finally get to the piercer who gave me absolutely no warning that he was going to shove a needle through my nose. Genuinely just put me in shock. Also they use the same sharpie to mark everyone so they don’t care about sanitization. How is this place still running? i literally don’t know. It’s cheap but for a reason, you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: My husband went to Koolsville in the Arts District, I really wish he remembered the guys name. He overworked and pushed so hard I knew the moment he came home it wasn't going to heal properly. It crusted up terribly and now is so scarred that I don't know if it can be fixed. HORRIBLE! If I could figure out how to post a picture on my review, I would. I'm NOT tech savvy lol

Fantastic experience: Got a tattoo with Jessy. She did an amazing job work, lines were crisp. She was very patient with a group of five girls. However the next day, I did have a slight issue with my design for my own preference. They were able to take care of me right away once I expressed my concern and provided a solution. I do recommend!

Fantastic experience: Came and for a simple tattoo and saw Trent's work, and ended up getting a cover up. When I tell u he's the GOAT, he's the GOAT!!! He definitely has a vision for art. Recommend this place for anyone in Vegas.

Negative experience: Not “Kool” at all. $90 for a tattoo the artist didn’t even shade in all the way. 2 weeks later and it looks like shit, it’s obvious there was area completely missed. I wanted to just get it touched up and they told me “that’s just how it is” like that’s all you get, you are out of luck. And the girl at the front was awful. She was beyond rude and the way she spoke to people was so unprofessional. I have been in customer service for 10 years and it was completely inappropriate

Fantastic experience: Went in for a $10 tattoo with a group of friends. We pre printed them in the uk then did the dip in the tattoo shop on the day. What you picked was what you got. The reception lady wouldn’t let us use them as some had change. But the tattoo artist was amazing and went to find the one I had originally picked and then touched up my existing little Mickey tattoo. Thank you

Negative experience: go in for a HORIZONTAL eyebrow piercing, receptionist was really nice BUT the piercer was the opposite she didn’t even introduce herself and was not understanding, i was also interested in a surface tragus piercing, and asked her if she can check if i had the right anatomy for it, she nodded but did not check and went straight to giving me my piercing. The piecing jewelry wasn’t even the proper bar, it’s was supposed to be a 90 degree surface bar; they only had straight piercing bars but the piercer didn’t tell or let me know before hand, she pierced me and immediately the piercing jewelry wasn’t even sinking into my skin, because the bar was ALSO too short, i told her i WILL NOT have the piercing on my face because it wasn’t even piercing correctly, and even when she knew her wrong doings she did not feel bad or have an ounce of empathy for messing up my face, walked out with my refund but i will not be going back, they just hire anyone and her service was absolutely horrible, she needs to be fired if people like her work there, and i still don’t get a proper and sincere apology from anyone (would give a zero rating if i could)

Negative experience: Overall great customer service. Super approachable when I walked in. Not a concern at all. My huge concern was the tattoo performed. Once the tattoo was done, I was bleeding. Never happened before but there is always a first. The healing process has sucked! I have had multiple tattoos and for this being one of my smallest, the healing process has been horrible. First off I want to say the lady that did my tattoo was super nice but had a HEAVY hand. Hurt so damn bad. Had this tattoo going on two weeks and it still looks as if I have a puncture wound. Not only does it still burn but it feels bruised! Definitely upset with the tattoo. Looks infected. Would probably not recommend nor get anything done here again. Again, great customer service, horrible quality.

Negative experience: Came to Koolsville to get a tattoo based on a recommendation from a friend. It’s a cool place with nice atmosphere but VERY disappointed with the tattoo I received. As you can see from the photo, the quality is pretty bad. I’m sure there’s other talented artists here but unfortunately I was not matched up with one of them.

Negative experience: While getting one of their flash pieces the "artist" doing my tattoo ran his gun across an already existing piece on my arm and failed to mention it. Unprofessional as hell. Will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: My 19 year old daughter and I went here for the famous $10 Vegas tattoos on 7/25/25. My daughter went first and she also got her nose pierced and her earlobe re-pierced. Here's why I'm giving 5-stars: my kiddo was a little woozy afterwards. It was not even 5 minutes but it was her first tattoo and nose ring and her stomach flipped. Our artist (please forgive me for not remembering her name, but she has olive skin and long, dark, beautiful hair) was really concerned for her. When my kid felt faint and sick, our artist sprang into action, grabbing her a seat, getting her water, grabbing an alcohol pad for her to smell, and she even saved i her with a book till she felt better. We're Midwesterners so we were like "oh, please, thank you, you don't have to" but she wanted to make sure my kid was okay. We've met a lot of not-so-nice-people this trip to Vegas (literally we were robbed the day before) and she was the first person who was actually, genuinely nice to us. Thank you so much for caring. It really helped changed the trajectory of how we felt about this trip.

Negative experience: Me and my fiancé took a trip to las vegas for a week we both came in and got 20 dollar tattoos I have taken care of mine just like I have taken care of the many tattoos that I have almost all the ink has lifted from the tattoo there is literally just a scar and my fiancé looks amazing his has so much more detail than mine and no ink is lifting out of it and I have taken care of mine way more than he has taken care of his it disappointing because now I have to get this covered up because its so poorly done I am not happy with it at all never again will I go here when I come to Las Vegas

Negative experience: I’m not certain of her name, but the individual appeared to be Hispanic and spoke with a noticeable accent. She performed an ear lobe piercing, but the angle was incorrectly done, pierced downward, causing significant swelling. As a result, the earrings had to be removed within two days. I would NOT recommend
