Negative experience: Waited over an hour with money already paid in cash (non-refundable) while no artists were working. THIS IS A SCAM!! Planet 13 security treated the customers like inmates as they waited for essentially nothing

Negative experience: Came here expecting a quick, simple tattoo and left feeling massively overcharged and dismissed as a customer. I paid $160 for a five-word tattoo, and the quality does not come close to justifying the price. The linework looks rushed and uneven, like the artist was trying to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. There was zero care taken with placement or execution, and the final result honestly looks sloppy. My artist, Willie, had no bedside manner whatsoever. When I asked questions, I felt brushed off and ignored. The whole interaction felt transactional and cold, like I was an inconvenience rather than a client permanently altering their body. This shop may have blown up on TikTok, but the service and quality do not match the hype. It felt like volume over craft — get people in, charge premium prices, and move on to the next person. I’m extremely disappointed and now stuck with something on my arm that I regret. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research or going elsewhere if you actually care about quality, professionalism, and feeling respected as a customer.

Fantastic experience: Home of the $10 tattoos! Honestly a souvenir that can’t be beat. I didn’t realize this was in the cannabis ‘planet 13’ so maybe pick another of the 7 locations if that bothers you. But back to the shop itself, great fine line work. Lots of designs to choose from in various price points. Location is super busy (2-2.5hr wait time when we went on a Friday afternoon)

Fantastic experience: Quick and simple. Everyone was nice. The wait wasn’t too long and it took less than 5 minutes to do the tattoo. The only thing I would recommend is maybe putting out some benches and then it may not be so crowded by the door. I think Planet 13 should put more seating as a whole for their little shops. The stoners just want to chill Thanks so much for my moon and stars ✨

Fantastic experience: Little bloody since it’s fresh, but the guys out here do a bang up job! Fast and detailed all in one! Wait wasn’t even that bad for it being semi busy. From submitting my form to sitting in the chair, it all only took about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this quick thing to do out here in Vegas!

Fantastic experience: We were in and out in 20 minutes and paid $40 for 4 small line tattoos. They had a lot of options too. We went right as they opened and they were already pretty busy but they took care of us fast!

Fantastic experience: I got the cutest lil mushie flash tattoo for 20$ Jason is a great artist and so great to talk with! I am doing a mushroom sleeve with every state that I visit and he unexpectedly added a couple extra small details to blend in with my other mushroom tattoos❤️100% recommend!

Negative experience: The koolsville tattoo its self is fast (about 20 minutes a person) and cheap for quick little tattoos. But overall disappointed. I knew we were going to have to wait when we showed up. We have been to other locations, and knew it be busy. But what we didn’t know is there would be zero seating to wait. Along with being told that we are not allowed to stand near the shop to wait. We were constantly told to “clear” out and that the shop would call our phones when it was our turn. (Even tho the shop said they would only call our names) If we were not pacing at all times everyone was getting in trouble. I had stopped to watch the robot show that planet 13 has behind the glass where other products are made. During the show I was told I need to leave. I highly recommend koolsville. I love my little cheap tattoos but I strongly recommend going to a different location so you’re not harassed by staff to either keep pacing the outside or leave. I understand that security is doing its job but what I don’t understand is why. Zero explanation was given to us just “ you can’t stand here you can walk back and forth but no standing.” Or “sorry you can’t stand at the glass and need to keep moving” (as the robot show was going on)

Fantastic experience: We visited this renowned tattoo parlor just to check it out. They have a wide variety of design options to choose from depending with your budget. Some in our party were offered $10 tattoos, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. It’s one of those places you want to visit in Vegas, and who knows, you might even get a great tattoo! I didn’t get a tattoo!

Negative experience: I had a really disappointing experience at this tattoo shop. The artist was very rude and not helpful at all. My boyfriend and I got matching tattoos, but he didn’t help us with placement or offer any guidance. Everything felt rushed, and the overall experience was uncomfortable. I understand that the tattoos are inexpensive, but that doesn’t excuse being rude or unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience and not what we expected.

Fantastic experience: I was in Vegas on a girls’ trip to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday! While we were there, we stopped at Planet 13 and later found out about the $10 tattoos. I’d wanted a tattoo for years but was never brave enough to do it—until that week. I was a nervous wreck, but my tattoo artist (I can’t remember his name) was an absolute angel and absolutely hilarious. He was so patient, even though the line was insanely long. We waited about an hour, but our entire crew ended up getting tattoos! It was such a fun experience and an amazing memory to bring back home.

Fantastic experience: I came at opening time at 10, by 10.15 I left happy with two new flashes. They look super cute and my experience was great. Although I have to say that the queue after me was quite long and I was very lucky to be the first costumer so I’d recommend to keep possible waiting time in mind.

Fantastic experience: Best friend and I went to Vegas and of course had to come and get the TikTok famous tattoos. The staff was nice and it was clean, but keep in mind these are super quick tattoos. Nothing fancy. Depending what time you come plan on waiting. We waited about an hour. Make sure to have cash, but there are ATMs available if you don’t have any. Jason did both my friend and i’s and he was nice!

Fantastic experience: We came to vegas for my 30th birthday, we just so happened to stumble across koolsville tattoo, honestly the wait was entirely worth it! Everyone was so nice and made exceptions to changes with no problem. We signed in, stopped at the other business and waited. My husband and friend went to the lounge, while we experienced the bar. I will say planet 13, had security guards harassing all the koolsville patrons. They should really revisit how they handle all guests as we are spending money at not only koolsville but all the other establishments in the building. Koolsville - you are amazing! I am deeply saddened by the harassment you guys are experiencing there. Planet 13 mall cops - leave them alone! I will follow koolsville to any location, I can’t say the same for planet 13.
