Negative experience: We walked in and filled out the paperwork. The lady said it would be around 45 minutes. That was before 12am. It is now 2:34 pm, and we are still waiting for an ear piercing, that should only take a minute. Meanwhile the tattoo artist has done 20 tattoos, and the piercing lady has been talking for the last hour and a half. Out of all the tattoo places in Las Vegas, we picked the one that has employees that are extremely inconsiderate of the tourist that keeps the city afloat. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for a piercing.

Fantastic experience: It's fun to see the differences in the various koolsville around the city, this one is a bit more spacious Same flash board as others and maybe a few custom artist flash Quick easy and clean Luna was the artist, crispy line work, nice and super hygienic with the entire tattoo procedure

Negative experience: Got a $20 septum piercing from here thinking it was all good (it was not) but a couple of hours later I called a second Koolsville location to see if I can downsize my jewelry because the one I was given was too big for my nose just to find out that all locations carry one size jewelry. I ended up going to another piercing studio in town just for the piercer to tell me that it wasn’t done properly. At first I thought it was my fault because I kept shaking because of how scared I was but it turns out that the piercer who had done my service went too high up in my nose and went through my cartilage and that’s why it hurt so bad. I ended up getting my septum repierced later in the evening since I was still very swollen and even then, the second person who did my piercing was so gentle that it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as it did the first time.

Fantastic experience: T is amazing!!!! I couldn’t recommend him enough. He made the tattoo look better than the picture. I really can’t rave on him enough

Fantastic experience: I got a 10$ tattoo and it is doing great so far ! I got it January 9th 2026. No complaints just wouldn’t recommend a first time tattoo here unless you know what questions to ask abt aftercare etc. The reason I say this is because when I got my tattoo, they just sent me on my way and didn’t really explain any of that to me which is fine because I have other tattoos so I know how to take care of a fresh tattoo.

Negative experience: We've been there in April, but this still bothers me, so I'm still gonna leave a review. We came there to get the infamous 10$ tattoo and we were the only customers at that time so once we had the motives we were ready to go. The tattoo was a bit too big for me so I asked for it to be a bit smaller. I was told that that would require additional 10 bucks. Ok fine, I get that. But that was still kinda too big for me, so I hesitated and said I don't want to do that anymore. The guy tattooing said that they don't do refunds and was visibly annoyed that it took too much time and said it was stated on the contract. Well that's on me I guess that I didn't read it thoroughly enough but I mean the tattoo wasn't done yet and he could see that I was insecure and not very comfortable and still made me feel like I was being a major inconvenience. I really regret getting a tattoo but I kinda felt that 'I have to' in that moment because I was super intimidated and under pressure. I don't know if every store is like this but this felt just like taking advantage of tourists.

Negative experience: I went to get my 2nds and 3rds ($10 each) and nostril pierced ($30) for my 21st birthday. 2nd and 3rds went well but when I got my nose pierced (this is my second time getting it pierced) she was so aggressive about it. She spent a good 3mins playing around with the jewlery inside my nose. She wouldn't let me see it and just kept saying it was twisted and kept pushing down on it. The next day it was pushed so far down that my nose started healing over the diamond. I ended up going to a another location to get it fixed and it was soo far in my nose that they thought I had taken it out. But nope it was still in there. They tried fixing it but 3 days later it slipped out of my nose, just cameout out of nowhere. Such a waste of money for such sloppy work.

Negative experience: They have weekly deals on their IG page and one of them for 12.08-12.14 was a “Donate $30 and receive a $50 tattoo” for a toy drive. So I placed an Amazon order from their wish list and came here to get tattooed. Today is the 14th and I was told at the front desk they “don’t do that anymore”. I said well it says on your page until the 14th and I already placed the order. I was just met with awkward silence. So I asked if I should try to cancel the other and was told “yup”. Idk what I expected from a tattoo shop that does $10 flash tattoos but probably more than this.

Fantastic experience: Went to Tee at this location. Got work done recently for both myself and my mom, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. While I never mean to be difficult, I did come in with some unusual requests and ideas, but my artist handled everything with total professionalism, patience, and creativity. He clearly has a ton of experience and knew exactly how to bring my vision to life while still offering guidance and suggestions that made the final design even better. The quality of the work speaks for itself, clean lines, solid detail, and just an all-around great vibe throughout the process. Highly recommend!

It was my son's first tattoo ever and he made the experience super fun and provided good information and conversation. We were walk-ins but our total time there was about an hour. Negative experience: Eh it’s ok the line work could of been better from the women with the glasses but she was nice but I wouldn’t go back to get more and she could of slanted it idk the placement wasn’t even all that

My girlfriend and I went in to get 2 of the $10 tattoos, got them and ended up going back the next day for more and i even grabbed one of their $80 outlines from behind the desk. Great shop, cool people, would visit again on my next trip for sure

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I went here with his sister and her husband! We planned on getting the $10 tattoos initially. Across all of us, we ended up with three tattoos not on the flash board, and some piercings (lobes, a daith, and a double helix). The staff at the front desk were nice and really helpful when we had questions. Trent did all of our work and he was amazing! I thought my daith piercing was going to take me out and he was so nice and patient while I got my bearings. Our piercings are healing nicely and the tattoos look great! Would highly recommend stopping in to check them out! Something to mention is that all of their jewelry is the same, so you aren't picking anything out. This doesn't bother me, but some people are more particular! They also provide an after-care package with tattoo lotion, but don't sell any other after-care products. So plan a CVS trip after!

Positive experience: Cynthia was great . Got my $10 tattoo and she was patient and helpful . Only complaint was the front desk forgot to give me the after care baggie and thankfully I remembered and went back in .

Positive experience: Update 9/2/25: my red ink heart is now just raw skin, I'm pretty positive this is due to Adam going too deep into my skin. I have two other tattoos with red ink so I know it's not a reaction to the red ink. I felt he was going too deep when I was getting my tattoo, but I thought it was just more painful because it was on the rib cage. The heart part of my tattoo is still sore. Just wanted people to be aware that Adam may be a little heavy handed so this may be a problem for someone else too. I'm just scared how the heart is now going to look like once it heals (it was cute at first). The black initials I got along with the heart look good and is healing like normal. I've added pictures of the healing process. Original review 8/25/25: Me and my mom went here to get a tattoo to commemorate my brother and the staff was very friendly and patient as we picked our tattoos. Adam was our artist and he was very personable and assisted with making our day enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I went to experience the “$10” Vegas tattoo just as something to do. It was fun. The artist was nice and did great work. You pick the tattoo from a selection they have and then tell them where to put it. It was a short wait but worth it. I will be going back.

Positive experience: My wife was in and out and had a great experience, getting two tattoos. Only downside was the receptionist wasn't very polite or helpful. Possibly just burned out from a late night, but she didn't seem like she cared for our business, and I noticed she was short with other patrons as well.

Negative experience: Decent tattoo for the price. You get what you pay for. $50, decent line only tattoo and a t-shirt, can’t beat that. My artist (Manny?) needed some lessons in professionalism, he kept calling me ‘sweat heart’ and ‘honey’, someone needs to have a long talk with him about how creepy and gross it is to sexually harass your femme clients. Their available flash was underwhelming. Nothing. Vegas themed, which seemed odd for a tourist hotspot. Would have gotten more if they’d had some burlesque/showdancer/Vegas/gambling, some kinda Vegas flash.
