Fantastic experience: came into Urban’s Tattoo & Piercing to ask about tattoo removal because I’m going into the Army, and Chucky went above and beyond. Without charging me anything, he took care of the removal for me something he absolutely did not have to do, but did out of pure kindness and respect. The entire staff was super friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The environment was clean, comfortable, and you can truly tell they care about their clients. Fantastic experience: Decided to get tattooed on my trip to Texas and Rocky didn’t disappoint. I put in my request Monday of this week and Rocky called me the same day and got me in on Saturday while I was in town. I’m so happy with how my tattoo turned out! Fantastic experience: I saw Cody to get my nipples pierced, absolutely 10/10 experience. These are the first things I’ve ever gotten pierced and Cody made the experience so wonderful! He was extremely professional, very comforting, and made the whole process so easy! He didn’t use clamps so the piercing hardly hurt. I am definitely coming back!

Negative experience: Scammers! I went in for a consultation for three tattoos, they were significantly trying to overcharge me. I had wanted a symmetrical tattoo and they wanted 350 per EACH for this less than 4 inch pieces (700 total). INSANITY! They may be good at what they do but that doesn’t mean overcharge people. I ended up going somewhere else and got $200 for it (with another tattoo included in that price) and it looks better than what I even asked for. If you can afford it go here but if you actually want to get a GOOD tattoo for reasonable prices find somewhere else fr!

All of them have done amazing work and I will always recommend this studio to anyone who ask. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I visited the day before my piercing just to check out the place and everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. I spoke with Cody for a few minutes and he gladly answered my questions and gave me helpful info. The next day, my friend and I arrived to get our piercings, and again, everyone was friendly and dare I say, seemed to be in a good mood (which does not always seem to be the case in many tattoo studios). Cody gave clear instructions and was very calm and had a really nice, soothing voice while talking me through the process as it was happening, and telling me what I should expect to feel. He was confident, direct and expedited the process to not even give me a chance to be scared or doubtful. I got my nose pierced and it really didn't hurt much at all, and any discomfort I did feel only lasted a few seconds. He spent time with us afterwards and answered all our questions and even chatted with us about our jobs. The studio was clean and open/inviting and I just received good vibes all around. I'm very happy with my piercing and feel great about coming to Urban's. I highly recommend them and Cody. I will return there for any tattoo and piercing needs. Thank you so much Cody. I appreciate your skill and your bedside manner and welcoming personality!

I have had this piercing done twice in the past and each time I had a lot of issues and was unfortunately unable to heal. She took her time to make sure I was physically able to get this piercing and have it heal.

Fantastic experience: From first reaching out to them all the way to tattoo completion, I had an awesome experience. I had researched their artists before calling, and they were able to get me connected with Daniel to set up a consultation. We met and I gave him my design ideas, he gave me an estimate on time and price and we scheduled it. He was understanding when I asked to reschedule to a sooner date. Daniel did a phenomenal job on my spine piece, he estimated 4hrs, but we were there for 6hrs, which is fine, I'd rather an artist take their time and really get it the way they want, than for them to rush, and it looks amazing. He was super professional and nice throughout the whole process. Will definitely go back for more work in the future. 10/10 would recommend I also loved that when I asked him about other specific styles for a design my friend has in mind, he was not trying to gatekeep his fellow artist's talents and told me which of the other artists would be best for that design. Great atmosphere and great experience.

Fantastic experience: I LUV THIS PLACE! I came here yesterday to get my belly pierced for the first time. I’ve only ever gotten my ears pierced and that’s it so this was pretty new for me. I was a bit afraid but really excited as well. Cody was literally amazing. Cody was the man that pierced me and he was very very sweet. Very kind. He walked me through the entire thing and told me everything I needed to know. I felt very at ease and comfortable with him. The prices are ranged at a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to Urban Tattoo because they had good ratings and we are both very glad we made that decision! We both were walk-ins and were able to have a good amount of time to have a consultation. My husband got a Chinese lantern done by Cuda. Cuda did a phenomenal job at explaining and breaking down the whole process. He also elevated my husband's original idea into something unique whilst still keeping the elements that my husband wanted. I got a lantern done by Rocky. Rocky took the pictures I had shown him and created something more personal to me. He also was quick to adjust what I liked and disliked. During the session, Rocky was pleasant to talk to and made sure I was doing well for the whole process. Overall, we both are thrilled with our tattoos and will be back to finish/get new ones from the two artists mentioned. It's worth the three hour drive from Oklahoma to Texas for us!

Talked to my daughter about breathing and overall he was so calming. He also has high quality jewelry which is extremely nice. Fantastic experience: As someone who came in with the intention of getting just a simple piercing, I ended up leaving with a piercing and a new tattoo! Negative experience: I gave 2 stars because the staff was very welcoming and incredibly friendly. We felt comfortable there for sure. I felt like I was sort of ignored though when it came to the pic I had chosen. I was getting the Blue’s Clues paw print and I had brought a photo saying I wanted that exact one. They said ok but when it came time to sit down, I asked if it was the paw print I had brought but he said he had just googled it. I should’ve said something then but that’s not the real issue. I just accepted that he had googled the print and not the one I brought but I could see while he was tattooing that he was having trouble getting the color to stay. There were a lot of blotchy areas but he said it would settle after it was healed. I trusted him because he said he’d been tattooing for years. After it healed though it still looked splotchy. It looks like I’ve had this tattoo for 20 years when I just got it a couple of months ago. I have at least 50 other tattoos so it’s not that I didn’t follow the healing process, it just wasn’t done well unfortunately. I got one other tattoo at this studio years ago and had no issues so maybe it was just the person who did mine this time. He was a cool guy, but I wish he would’ve admitted the tattoo wasn’t coming out right or offered for me to come back because it was very obvious that it wasn’t coming out right.

Fantastic experience: Lost the ball to my internally threaded tongue piercing while visiting my folks. All my usual jewelry was still back at my house in Philly and I thought I was cooked! But I was helped out by a lovely piercer who found the perfect jewelry for me in my favorite color. I am pretty picky about jewelry brands but they had a brand I recognized and many options to choose from. She put it on for me quick and I was out the door all before their Christmas party. Amazing service and very nice crew. Thank you! Saved me so much trouble during the holidays.

Fantastic experience: The shop alone is amazing. Very clean, beautiful salt water fish tank, amazing & unique one of a kind artwork hanging everywhere. Every single person that I have met there so far (which is a lot) have all been so friendly, welcoming, funny, laid back, etc. My husband and I will never go anywhere else for our tattoos ever again. This place is without a doubt worth a 5 star rating if not more. We highly suggest it!

Fantastic experience: Recently got my first tattoo here, and my wife’s got a couple done. Rocky and Chucky crushed it. The whole experience was amazing. So professional and clean fun space to experience a new piece of body art. Will 100% be coming back and recommending to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Caleb did an absolutely AMAZING job. We had an idea of what we wanted but he brought it all together! Rocky is another artist available with some amazing art! Total chill vibe! Fantastic experience: Urban's is definitely the place to be if appreciate customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had been going there for years. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, and made me feel so welcomed. I was fortunate enough to receive my first realism tattoo by Jules. She has been out of her apprenticeship for 3 years now, but you would think it had been longer with the way she rocked my tattoo. She is passionate, dedicated to her craft, and very informative with any questions I had. I would definitely go back, and I will recommend anyone who will hear me talk to go.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing! My husband and I were in Arlington for a Cowboys game and wanted a memorial tattoo. We walked in and Rocky made us feel right at home!!! It being my first tattoo, I was nervous but his expertise put me at ease. His design was beautiful and the execution of the tattoo was flawless! Thank you for a great first experience!

Fantastic experience: Me and my guy stopped by due to the great reviews and were met by Rocky and Chucky. They were both more than happy to get us in and and get us started. Rocky did an amazing job with my guy's Art the Clown and Chucky made me feel like a kid again when he did my Purple Shy Guy. Great people and amazing work!

Fantastic experience: Came to get my sister’s first tattoo and a wrist tattoo for myself! Eric and Eli were phenomenal. All of the staff and other artists were super friendly and helpful. The shop was super clean, and we were in and out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the place you want to go for a tattoo! From the moment I walked in till I left the staff was amazing! They were attentive and kind and so friendly. The waiting room is very cool with a big screen showing a movie ( X-Men part 2 I believe, very funny movie) they got me set up with the artist that they thought would be the best for what I wanted and he was spot on, perfect! I don't have a picture yet, I was to excited and forgot lol but I will post it and update my review when it's healed. Thank you so much Chuck!!!
