Fantastic experience: This place is amazing , I went in there today with my daughter to get matching tattoos for mothers day and Martha did a fantastic job. The atmosphere in there is extremely welcoming , and the vibe in there Is fantastic. Would strongly recommend going there.

Negative experience: Went to get a navel piercing. The staff were lovely however I paid $80 and the jewellery fell out four days later. I found the jewellery later that day and turns out there was nothing holding the hook and ball together.

So sorry to hear that the jewellery fell out only 4 days later. It sounds like we would have used Threadless ball/ head and a floating bar for your navel piercing. High quality jewellery now comes in Threadless or internally threaded post and tops. So this could explain why you thought there was nothing holding it on as Threadless heads look like a wee pin !! We would have been happy to help put jewellery back in or re Pierce if you needed this. For free or minimal charge.
