Fantastic experience: Went in here a while Back (October) for my daughter to have her ear pierced. Nice team and good care through her process. Had a good chat with the owner about having some of my own tattoos modified and appreciated the frank and honest advice. Will be back for some laser sessions

Fantastic experience: amazing customer service and best piercing place

Negative experience: As the owner of a business, your views and hostility directly mirrors the environment you create. As a customer I felt the hostility and anger through the duration of our conversation. I dont recommend anyone go here. As a teenage girl I felt deeply uncomfortable during our conversation that lacked any sense of professionalism. The owner is a proud follower of Nigel Farage and makes it abundantly clear in any conversation. He was hateful and hostile and after coming here for a few years I am ashamed to have ever given him my money. Don’t waste your time and money, spend it somewhere where the owner has an ounce of compassion.

Fantastic experience: Got my belly done here yesterday and although I can’t speak on the healing process yet, I hadnt eaten beforehand which made me feel light headed after my piercing but the staff were lovely and got me something to eat and drink as well as holding my feet up haha.

Negative experience: Got my first tattoo here a few years back and after getting multiple other great tattoos from other places, I can say this is THE worst place to get a tattoo. The guy used an old gun and cut way to deep into my skin to the point of bleeding and my arm is permanently scarred. It leaves physical bumps and puffyness. Go to a proper fineline studio and dont make the mistake I made because I didn't know better.

Negative experience: Yeah no. The owner was proudly talking how much he loved the reform party and Nigel Farage, and how he wanted to ship Muslim people out the country. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable so left. Edit: I know what I heard you say, specifically because I was so surprised to hear someone be so openly racist. As the owner and employer of the shop you are the representative of it, so yes, it is a valid criticism of the shop to critique what you said and leave you a bad review, it's not that hard to understand. In all your replies you just say something along the lines of "troll blah blah didn't even go here" so I figured your childish response would be exactly what you replied with. You are just a coward who can't stomach valid criticisms so bury it by saying we're all trolls. I left this review to try to make all those "muslim ladys" who supposedly come into your shop aware of the sort of guy they will have to deal with. Anyone with half a moral code would not want to give money to a person such as you.

Negative experience: If you’re reading this then you’re considering this place. Honestly, from personal experience - there’s better studios in Guildford to get tattoos done. Customer loyalty is unheard of in this shop

Positive experience: really lovely piercer however have had to take my industrial that i got pierced the other day as it is now very much infected no other of my piercings have been like this so not too happy.

Fantastic experience: Came in today for a nose stud, I already have my septum done but I don’t like needles and get all worked up over them so it was very nice how fast they did it, it took about 3 minutes after sitting down for the needle to enter my nose and after that just 2 minutes until I got up and was told the after care information, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs piercings, I’ll be going back in futer

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service lee is such a lovely guy so honest and down to earth. The piercer was fabulous sorry didn't catch her name but made it so quick and easy . I had my nose pierced here and it never gave me any issues, I then came back to do my ears and my friends pierced her nose. They offer great advice on piercing after care and you can always go back if there are issues with the piercing. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best piercing experience I've ever had, went in today for a lobe & helix slightly apprehensive as I don't do well with needles but the girl who did it was so friendly and knowledgable and was happy to answer any questions as well as shift around the placement until I was happy with it. Ridiculously good prices as well, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their next piercing!!

Negative experience: Got my cartilage pierced here about 3 years ago, completely understand that the staff may have changed in this time, or that their methods have been updated. But I’ve had so much grief with this piercing, it’s never healed, and gets very painful to the point I’m planning to take it out now. I’ve gone to other piercing places for advice, they’ve examined it and said it’s been pierced really incorrectly, curved, so that not a lot of jewellery is long enough to actually fit into the piercing. Apologies to make this review, but I do regret getting it done here and hopefully their methods have been updated.

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister came in yesterday, for a conch piercing and a septum piercing. I had my septum pierced which I was really nervous about, and while my sister was having her conch pierced I was speaking to the owner, who was so chilled and friendly, he really reassured me, and even offered advice on a piercing I was having trouble with that I’d had elsewhere. The woman that did my septum was so reassuring and lovely, she pierced my septum in the perfect spot, completely painlessly, she talked me through the whole time and they were both very professional. The place was very sterile and safe and I had a great experience, and will definitely be coming back. Great service thanks so much guys :)

Negative experience: It’s always nice to feel comfortable and at ease in a tattoo shop… I didn’t feel this. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and I found them to be rude. I understand that this is a locked studio - but you can say this kindly. And without insulting my girlfriend to me while she wasn’t there. From reading your other reviews I’m sure you’ll try to make this review look false. It isn’t… The actual piercing was well done and the prices were pretty good but I wouldn’t return due to the uneasy vibes and rudeness.

Fantastic experience: Went here a few months ago on my birthday the guy was so funny and just all around lovely and him and the lady in there made me feel so comfortable and my nose piercing didn’t hurt or get infected at all and the perfect size piercing for it and amazing prices also got free after care advice and some liquid and his dogs were so cute and I can say from what I saw he was amazing with the dogs and was never aggressive with them but will only come here amazing thank you so much xx

Positive experience: Got my first tattoo here. Good atmosphere and a couple of really down to earth guys that eliminate nerves. But the quality of tattoo isn’t the highest. I advise you do not get complex, intricate tattoos here.

Negative experience: Went to get a piercing, admittedly I was late however the shop was completely empty and the owner decided to shut before closing time, when discussed this the owner was quick to attempt to verbally and physically threaten me, do not recommend this shop, owner is an insecure little girl in a fat man's body.

Negative experience: -Adding to my initial review based on your reply : So you saw me but didn’t acknowledge me - that’s even worse!! What you said about me “walking off just as you were coming out” is a total lie. You were carrying on with your conversation. YOU SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE STOOD AT YOUR DOOR. FULL STOP! Would have been happy to wait if you made a gesture to say you know I’m there. This has nothing to do with patience. And everything to do with manners. —————————————————— (What the hell is wrong with this place? I went there for the first time to enquire and had to stand outside the door (which said don’t knock). For 10 mins they didnt even acknowledge me, let alone open the door for me.. there were staff members chatting and ignoring me. I’d say at least give the poor customer stood outside in the cold a hand gesture or a nod to say we will be with you soon. I just left the place completely disgusted! Ignorant people and ignorant place - DO NOT risk dealing with them!!

Negative experience: The earrings they pierced my ears with reacted with my ears and still my piercings still aren’t healed. Instead of a saline solution they gave me an oil to clean my ears with . Also the guy running the shop was telling us how he hits his dog. So my overall opinion of them is quite low. I think their responses to the reviews says a lot about them as people.

Fantastic experience: Awesome and great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: What an amazing service! Called ahead to make sure they were open and could complete piercing, as other studios had let me down. All pricing information and opening times for the day were given over the phone. Love the fact they run a locked door policy, the environment they work in needs to be as sterile as possible so minimising who can walk in and out and ensuring it’s customer only is a brilliant idea. Really made me feel comfortable on arrival, gave me the forms to complete and nose piercing was done within minutes. Initial placement was inked onto my nose but I asked for it to be moved back slightly, wasn’t a problem and the gem stone looked amazing when complete! They also changed my helix piercing for me to a hoop that was correctly sized by them! 10/10!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. had me waiting outside the shop before the piercing, didn’t let my friend in the shop with me?? Uneven to my already pierced side and the aftercare is an oil that dried my skin causing it to peel around the piercing.

Positive experience: Satisfactory service, would only talk to me as a potential customer from outside the entrance and wouldn't let me in which was strange. I got the service I came for but somehow felt all along that I was a burden as a customer. Not that friendly though seemed competent in their services.

Negative experience: Size of jewellery for piercing was far too small! Have had several piercings and none with such a small gauge. Created an infection, another piercing shop even commented wrong size, piercing became stuck within ear, created an infection and decided to remove rather than fit larger jewellery that should have been used initially. Staff were friendly, but I couldn't recommend for piercings at all.

Positive experience: went there to get my eyebrow pierced and it was a lovely environment and i felt safe the entire time. i only have it 4 stars though because they have a sign with the R slur on it inside. As an autistic person i just found this incredibly uncomfortable (i only noticed the sign after the piercing was done) not sure if i’ll go back

Fantastic experience: I went to Electrik Ink today to get one helix and one cartilage piercing. Couldn’t recommend them anymore. Lovely staff and loads of banta to be around, made the experience easy and stress free, will definitely be coming back for more piercings❤️

Negative experience: Went in today to get my bellybutton pierced, as soon as I stepped in I was told I didn't need to wear my mask and when I said I wanted to he refused to pierce me, because I would 'pass out' if I wore a mask while getting a piercing. Wouldn't have been as bad if any of the staff were wearing masks. I didn't realise covid isn't transmissable in tattoo shops!

Positive experience: Always get my piercings here, they are very clean and professional and always have the jewellery on properly and tight so it doesn't fall off. They have always got the area spot on. Can be a bit overpriced but that might be just due to covid times...

Fantastic experience: It's been a while since I got a tattoo but most of my tats have been done by Lee and they are amazing very good work And the guys a right laugh I've always thought very fairly priced considering how good his work is. I've got other tats from other places as gifts from others but none of them as good as ones I got from here. If your looking for a great place for tattoo you can't go wrong with this place. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I got my tongue pierced here a year ago. I was absolutely terrified but the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me. Was done super quickly and pain free! By far the easiest piercing I’ve had and the quickest to heal! I will definitely be coming and I highly recommend going here

Fantastic experience: I first had 2 ear cartilage piercings at Electrik Ink over 10 years ago and they were brilliant. Professional, sterile conditions and experienced friendly piercers. I had 3 helix piercings at a dodgy place elsewhere last week, it went terribly wrong and after a week of having problems with them, I messaged Electrik Ink for advice over the original place I had it done as I completely trusted they would know what to do. They replied to my messages quickly and suggested I come in to change the Jewellery and have the ear cleaned up a bit. I was there within the hour. They checked out my ear, and what changes needed to be made for the new jewellery they'd put in. Once again, super professional and friendly with sterile conditions throughout and helped me out with aftercare instructions going forward. I've learnt the hard way of going to places without experienced piercers that might be a bit cheaper. DON'T DO IT! Go to Electrik Ink and you'll be looked after and leave happy! Negative experience: I came in here to get my nipple pierced explaining to the piercer that I have had a botched nipple piercing before ( they pierced my areola). The piercer has done exactly the same thing and missed my nipple. The piercing is about 3mm away from the dots that were placed to show the piercer where to pierce. I am not impressed.
