Fantastic experience: I went in for a Tattoo and Alex was great in explaining everything to me clearly and made sure I knew he would do his best with the design/ execution. Alex is honestly such a friendly/ chill guy to talk to and eased my nerves completely which made the whole experience more comfortable. He did a fantastic job with the tattoo and would definitely recommend him if you're wanting a tattoo. I also came last week for a piercing done by Aurora who was also lovely and extremely professional. She calmed my nerves and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. Definitely come here for your next tattoo/ piercing.

Fantastic experience: This is the best experience I’ve ever had getting a tattoo. Thiago was incredible, he was lovely and talkative, and did such an amazing job at getting the design I wanted perfect. I was ready for it to feel quite painful due to the placement, but his light handed work made it genuinely feel barely painful at all. Thank you so much!! Absolutely recommend without a doubt!

Negative experience: went in for a nose piercing, everything was sanitary, well organised. had the needle put through lower down than where was shown initially, then the bleeding started, i was covered in blood on my clothes, hands, face, mouth and throat. the bleeding didn’t stop and i was sat there for around 45 minutes. was basically hurried out the door when the clot started to form and after all that i was still made to pay when i didn’t leave with a piercing… i have never bled from piercings before and i now have what looks like a rip mark in a straight line that’s bruised and still bleeding

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this place! Been in twice now, once for a tattoo and once for a piercing. All staff here are lovely and accommodating, talk you through each step of each process and make it a very calm and enjoyable experience. Aurora and Alex are both wonderful at what they do, the studio is a lovely, bright, clean little space and very friendly. Will definitely be back for more!!

Fantastic experience: As a mature woman I was nervous about getting a tattoo. Alex made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process, explaining what was happening at each stage. The studio was clean and bright and the tattoo itself is absolutely fantastic. I would hesitate to recommend Epic tattoos and Alex in particular. Fantastic experience: An amazing experience from start to finish, the artist Alex was brilliant, he had helped me redesign the tattoos I wanted to get to make them look even better than I imagined they would, I will be back for my next tattoos.

Positive experience: I recently got a walk-in tattoo with Aurora. She told me it was only her 15-20th tattoo and she was an apprentice. Admittedly at first I was quite frustrated with my tattoo, however, it was my fault for assuming it would be easy. She was very kind and professional and always made sure I wasn’t in pain. She performed every procedure correctly (which I told her, my first tattoo artist didn’t even ask my NAME). I will be leaving 4 stars as although my tattoo isn’t “perfect” as though done by a professional with 20 years experience. That’s MY fault. I will not leave a negative review on someone who is still learning. She still worked SO HARD and stayed for 2 HOURS overtime on a WALK IN just to make me happy. I am still happy with my tattoo and I hope she has a long career ahead. Price was absolutely insanely low considering the time Aurora put into it. £55 for 2.5 hours is NUTS. Bless her. Fantastic experience: NEVER BEEN HAPPIER!!! Had Thiago do this for me yesterday and omg I’m in love, under this is something that’s been haunting me for nearly 3 years and now it’s finally gone I could not be happier! Thank you Thiago! This was my 3rd session with him and my 5th Tattoo by him and as someone who has autism and a low pain tolerance (that’s definitely gone up in the years) I am so chuffed with how I was looked after and my experience every time I walk into the studio! Fantastic experience: We were fortunate enough to have Alex as our tattoo artist. I have had a lot of tattoos done but none as professionally as the one by Alex. He spent time helping us finish the design, was patient until we got the design as we wanted it, he paid exceptional attention to detail and is a great people’s person. He is an asset to the tattoo parlour. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my first tattoo, nervous and unsure about the process. Alex spent plenty of time with me helping me design the tattoo and ensuring that it was both what I had imagined and would look good. It ended up being exactly both of those things, the tattoo came out great and i’m very happy with the results. Both quality of the tattoo and of customer service was amazing.

Negative experience: Had an appointment with the piercing service to get my earrings back in after taking them off. The piercer just tried to force a blunt edge of a clicker earring through until my ear started bleeding and I asked to stop because of pain. I expect a professional to recommend how to do it right instead of just butchering their way through. Not sure what service I paid for.

Negative experience: I had an amazing experience the first time round when I got my original piercing. However, due to me having to take out my piercing for a procedure, I really struggled to get it back in. I emailed ahead of time a few days ago to check it would be okay for me to come in today for someone to take a look at it. I was told it was absolutely fine and there was plenty of availability this weekend. I told them I was coming in today and had confirmation that it was fine and ‘ See you then’ I drove 30 minutes today to get here, to then be told that no one was working from the piercings team today. I was mate to feel embarrassed whilst they made a phone call to someone. I was then told that there was an ‘emergency’ Which I really struggled to believe when I was told no one was planned to work today. I was told it was fine to come in today and I feel the way I was treated really wasn’t acceptable. It’s left a really sour taste in my mouth, and will likely result in me having to pay for a brand-new piercing due to its healing.

Negative experience: I had my tattoo done by a girl who my daughter was told could do fine line work. It was terrible. The girl, I can't remember her name was shaky and unprofessional. The tattoo itself is very poor, tiny and extremely poor, and my daughter was charged a £160 for it. The tattoo is black and not fine . We have complained and was told to go back and they would do a cover up at a reduced rate. As if I would let anyone there do it. Absolute cowboys

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10. Alex and Thiago very good at what they do. Had Alex who did me a very nice and sentimental tattoo. Went in with a design in mind and he added his touch to it to make it stand out more. Thiago very good spends time listening to your tattoo idea you have in mind and he makes it come to life even if you don't have a clue on how it all pieces together. He will make sure it comes out good. Highly recommend and will continously continue to use these guys for my future tattoos.

Fantastic experience: Alex was great first he re-adjusted my tattoo before we started then he made sure the entire area was clean and tidy and I was shaved down in the area that I had the tattoo and he spoke to me all the way throughout which I thought was really nice because I'm usually very nervous and that really did help I didn't mind the music in the background the talking helped more and it was a great experience highly recommended Alex is great thank you

I had reached out with just a reference picture but Thiago customised it and it turned out better than expected! Fantastic experience: We booked in for 3 matching tattoos, the booking process was easy (considering we had lots of questions lol) and communication was clear and friendly. We found the location to be ideal. When we arrived we were directed to the upstairs tattoo shop (thank you to the hairdressers for showing us the way) Epic Tattoos was bright, relaxed and a very chilled area, our tattoo artist was waiting for us, and took us through the process, we had a mixture of experience between myself and 2 friends, any and all questions were answered in a friendly manner. Would highly recommend and we’re already looking at returning for more work. Our tattoo artist was Thiago.

Negative experience: Not so epic tattoos. I went there to get tattooed only to be quoted a very expensive tattoo. I don't mind spending if the tattoos are good. The artists are not even professionals. They're all apprentices. I'm going to get my tattoo lasered.

Fantastic experience: What a great service Epic Tattoos provide. Booked in several weeks ago with Alex to discuss my idea for a Large Upper left arm Tattoo. Alex did a fantastic job creating a stencil which looked extremely difficult as all i had was picture to work with. (1hr) Once the Stencil was created we were off and running the following week. 3 sessions (9hrs) were needed to complete. In fact it was today that it was finished. I have to say i am in awe of this man and his skills! An outstanding talent as well as being an extremely likeable guy. I am so pleased with the finished product and would recommend Alex and Epic to anyone considering a Tattoo, large or small.

He took my idea and put his own spin on it, resulting in this beautiful tattoo.
