Fantastic experience: Sian was excellent and took great care of me throughout. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I recently visited to have my tragus jewellery refitted after a month without it. The piercer was lovely, welcoming and very gentle throughout, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately after the appointment I experienced a very painful weekend as the bar fitted was too short, causing the jewellery to dig into my skin and bleed. When I returned to have it corrected, I was charged £20 for the swap, which didn’t sit right with me given the original fitting had caused the issue. I understand the £10 service charge although it still felt a bit unfair, but I’m not sure why I was charged another £10 when only the bar was swapped out and the decorative star remained the same. This whole refitting cost me £50 (the jewellery was £10)! I won’t be returning, which is a shame as the piercer herself was very pleasant. *****IN RESPONSE TO REPLY***** Thank you for taking the time to respond and for clarifying the pricing breakdown. However, I do want to address the point about the jewellery being out for a month causing the swelling. This piercing is 9 years old, it is a fully established, mature piercing channel. I would not expect a 9 year old piercing to react in the way it did simply from being without jewellery for a month. I spent a very uncomfortable and worrying weekend in pain, unable to touch my ear, with the jewellery digging into my skin and causing bleeding. In total this refitting has cost me £55, which feels like a lot when the second visit was only necessary due to the wrong bar being fitted in the first place. I appreciate that Sian is skilled and genuinely lovely to deal with, and I'm sorry it didn't work out. I still feel that in these circumstances, waiving or reducing the charge on the second visit would have been the right thing to do.

Fantastic experience: Sian is lovely and took so much time to explain everything to my son who is autistic and learning disabled. He has wanted his ears pierced for so long as Sian was recommended to us and we're very glad she was. She made the whole thing stress free and fun. Wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience with Sian! Got two second lobe piercings, and a third lobe piercing: one on my left side (the badass dagger!!) and two on my right side (the super cute stars!). I already had an older helix piercing from 10 years ago, and was ready for some new piercings. Sian was so helpful, kind and patient and helped me settle on my final placements. I loved how she communicated with me at each step, and she was very thorough with explaining aftercare instructions as well. Absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get more piercings! Fantastic experience: Sian did my third lobe piercing and she was super professional and friendly. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. You are pierced in a private room which is very clean and also very relaxing. The price includes an after care spray which is quite rare and awesome to see, as usually it's a separate price. Offering a follow up appointment to check everything's ok is just the icing on the cake, I've never experienced that service before.

Fantastic experience: I have over 20 piercings, and yesterday I came in to get an eyebrow piercing by Sian. Let me tell you - this was the best piercing ✨experience✨ I think i’ve ever had! I was seated in the waiting area, shown a selection of jewellery, offered a drink and treated with such kindness! Sian was such a star, I immediately felt at ease and she talked me through the process carefully, with a big smile and welcoming friendly attitude. The studio was absolutely squeaky clean, with everything cleansed and implant/medical grade. Fantastic experience: I went with a friend to get my septum and her eyebrow pierced. We got there a bit early due to bus times and they let us sit inside where we were offered drinks, snacks, and there was a tv we could watch. Sian (the piercer) was lovely and explained every step of the process, which made us feel much calmer. There were lots of jewellery options, all of which were APP certified. The piercing room was tidy and clean. Sian gave us both anatomy checks and explained to us how the piercing would sit/look on us. When she did the actual piercings, she explained what she was doing at every step and made sure that we were okay. She also made sure to ask if we had any questions, and answered them happily, making sure we understood the whole process. We are both extremely happy with our piercings. Sian worked really well with our anatomy and positioned the piercings to enhance our features. We were both given aftercare instructions, as well as some solution and a qr code with the instructions on in case we forgot. We were also sent emails with instructions on and were told to ask if we had any questions at all. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely go back!!! Thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: I came to the studio with a general idea for a tattoo design with just a few things sketched out (I'm not very artistic). Juda designed an absolutely incredible tattoo from it and the results are absolutely amazing. I love the line work and the colours; it's better than I even imagined. Everyone at the studio was incredible friendly and I had a great time talking with Juda. I can't recommend this place or Juda enough! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Each member off staff that works here is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and the atmosphere of the studio as a whole is very chilled and relaxed. The hygiene standards are absolutely top notch and the artistry involved in each tattoo is incredible. Ryan will work with you to get the tattoo how you want it whilst giving his professional opinion to make the tattoo the best it can be. That being said, he would never try to convince you to have something you wouldn't want or alter your design in a way you don't want it. He is superb at running with an idea, no matter how small, and designing something for you that meets and exceeds expectations. There is no doubt in my mind that I will return time and time again.

To start with, the studio itself is a beautiful place, and we immediately felt at ease. We were given all the important information in details and we had lots of fun choosing jewellery (all pieces are gorgeous and top level). Not only Sian is super professional making us feel safe the whole time but she’s also kind, fun, and patient (lots of questions were asked!). Fantastic experience: I had a full day session here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I got a Harry Potter themed tattoo and we even watched three of the films while I was getting worked on, which made the whole day so much fun. My artist, Juda, was absolutely amazing — the tattoo turned out even better than I imagined. She was so talented, reassuring, and easy to talk to, which made the hours fly by. The conversations we had and the relaxed atmosphere really made the whole experience incredible. Fantastic experience: Took my 10 year old to Sian for an ear piercing and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. From start to finish she showed she truly cares and knows her stuff and at no point did she rush anything. Sian took me to one side to discuss jewellery options and price points so that she could be sure she was only showing him options within my budget - a very well considered touch. Sian also made sure to talk directly to my son about every step of the procedure and after care and not just over his head to his parents - which really involved him in the process and put him at ease. Sian explained everything she was doing at every step and why and made sure he was completely at ease before doing anything else. My son has remembered and adhered to every bit of after care so her method works! He even got a little goody bag at the end with his bottle of aftercare. I rarely post reviews but I just had to leave a glowing one for Sian because I was THAT impressed. I will be going back for more of my own soon. The studio itself is also really cool and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have been here for piercing and to purchase jewellery and refit in an existing piercing. Also once with my daughter for her ears and we are booked again for next week a second lobe piercing. It's a lovely place very clean and fresh. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I've been to other studios that can look or feel a little intimidating and this place is totally different very light and bright. Great jewellery selection of varying prices. I'm sure I always end up picking the more exspensive pieces but thats me i love gold there is no hard sell whatsoever or pressure to upgrade. I feel it's worth it as i wear it every day. Lovely waiting room with good coffee. The online booking system is so simple and easy to use. Free parking right behind the studio helps to. Sian is great very down to earth and lots of good advice Definitely reccomend this place

The reviews were not wrong, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sian was just brilliant! She was so professional and clearly knows her stuff. She took the time to chat through placement options and jewellery. The aftercare instructions Sian gave me were so clear.
