Fantastic experience: I recently saw Sophie for an infected new ear piercing I had done elsewhere whilst on holiday. She was so understanding and sympathetic towards the excruciating pain I was in. She was also very patient and explained what had to be done and offered options. I will definitely stick with her when thinking of any further piercings.

She was really gentle and kind and patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere was great, which made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Frank really took the time to understand the meaning behind my tattoo and translated it perfectly onto my arm. The level of detail, shading and overall flow of the piece is incredible. You can tell he has real skill in realism and large compositions, the tattoo fits my shoulder perfectly and looks powerful from every angle. I appreciated how patient and focused he was throughout the session, and how much care he puts into his work. It’s not just a tattoo, it’s a piece of art. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality realism work. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Frank, owner of Clarity 11, and the team I met was absolutely fantastic. This was my first large tattoo on my back, a spine tattoo, based on lord of the rings. I was unsure exactly what I wanted and Frank worked with me giving ideas and discussing options. He listened to all my ideas too and we developed a tattoo I am so in love with. The experience on the day was amazing, i had a private area downstairs with a whole range of movies to choose from, obviously I chose Lord of the Rings! Frank was very professional, friendly, making sure I was comfortable and have breaks whenever I needed. The pain was way more manageable than I anticipated (probably thanks to Franks experience as a tattoo artist). This has inspired me that I can get larger tattoos and it will not be long till I am back with Frank and the team for my next piece. I cannot recommend Frank an his team team highly enough. I was a very nervous customer and Frank was able to make me feel so confidence and supported throughout the experience. Thanks to Frank for the whole experience and of course the finished product :)

Fantastic experience: It is the most comfortable tattoo and piercing studio I've been too. Each person that works their has their own special flare, and they're all so accommodating and welcoming. Always been so well looked after. Charlie is my primary artist there and has always made such an effort to make sure the appointment goes well, her station is clean, and she's great at keeping conversation going if you need a distraction - but also happy to let you sit there and do your crossword while she cracks on Sophie has done four of my piercings now (3rd lobes, flat, 2nd nostril) and she's so professional, explains everything clearly from start to finish, and is patient when finding the right placement. Brilliant shop. Wish I could visit every week

Kai was with me throughout my journey from discussing the initial design, suggesting ideas and giving me advice on getting the best out of it. He really was a pleasure to work with, and it goes without saying, I am so chuffed with my first ever tattoo!

Fantastic experience: Just amazing, been waiting for 23yrs to get a tattoo, first saw Frank 7yrs ago and didn't go through with it. Finally got round to it & now I know I'm going to be addicted. Such a cool, chilled place, always knew I would love the final tattoo (have you seen their work?!) but actually really loved the whole process of getting the tattoo, from the design to the inking (3 sittings) loved every moment of it. The sleeve will be coming for sure. If you're even slightly thinking of a tat, come here.

Fantastic experience: Came here for an industrial piercing with Sian but after looking at my ear she advised my ear shape would be more likely to reject it. She was fab at giving me alternative recommendations to get a similar vibe with different piercings. I loved that she gave me her honest professional advice. The shop was clean and Sian was lovely and funny. She's great at putting you at ease by asking if you'd like to be told before she pierces etc. I've had a few piercings done before but I would definitely recommend her for people getting piercings done for the first time. Would 1000% recommend and I'd heard about her myself from a recommendation too

Update: since then, I have got two adorable tattoos from Jagoda, her fine line tats are amazing and she is lovely! The whole team here are so welcoming and accommodating, Sian has given me many piercings, including nipples, and she made me feel so comfortable, despite me having a bad pain tolerance. 10/10 would recommend this studio to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo or piercing!

I went for a tattoo with Sian - who was so lovely, and created an absolutely stunning design before the appointment. Throughout she was so kind and professional, and made the whole experience smooth. She was really great with checking in, and explained all the aftercare fantastically. I have now been back today for my second tattoo with Sian - again, whole process was superb and very easy. Both the first tattoos have healed wonderfully - no problems at all (with the easy and clear aftercare!) I'm looking forward to returning at some point in the future. Great quality, stunning designs, and such good value for the talent and work that goes into it! Would highly recommend!
