Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience here. My 10yr old daughter had her ears pierced 2 months ago at a different studio and had woken up to find both earlobes swollen and sore. It was a Sunday and I was slightly panicking as I couldn't get the earrings out and she was getting distressed. We went to RedInc and Zak was so gentle and reassuring with her. He changed and cleaned her ears and gave us thorough aftercare advice. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Totally recommend, staff were so friendly and made me feel so relaxed during my procedure, despite me popping in without an appointment, luckily for me, it wasn't too busy at the time. I had Raqs help me, she was encouraging, and I felt a lot less nervous after it. Honestly all the staff were really really great - great atmosphere and professionalism. The prices are also very very reasonable. If you want a piercing go here :)

Fantastic experience: RedINC deserves the highest of praises. I was browsing online for recommendations but I am extremely socially conservative. I struggle greatly with general communication. From the initial message sent on Facebook messenger, which I was very hesitant to send, the instant knowledgable, informative and welcoming response was such a calming relief. Within the hour, I had my welcome through the door to such an aesthetically beautiful studio, greeted by three wonderful members of staff. They were all so patient with me, I am slightly difficult and I insisted on numerous pieces of work including two facial piercings and two facial tattoos. The most commendable part was due to the procedure and after healing - I was advised a number of times the hesitance the staff felt to carry out all requests in one visit. That is amazing customer care and support, clients wellbeing prioritising over payment. Jade performed two facial tattoos, with such enthusiasm, precision and care. The willingness to print out, discuss my wants, reposition was a truly admirable display of the importance each minuscule line involved meant to her. A real show of passion to her work. Thank you very much Jade, an incredibly talented young woman, it was an absolute joy! Next was a sit down with Shonie, such a calming young woman who was the other side of messenger on the initial conversation, where her professionalism shone through. She was very hesitant to perform the two requested piercings. I insisted I felt comfortable and able to handle the procedure. One piercing done, amazing work and even brought a shy tear, (which was highly embarrassing!) to my eye! Thank you very much Shonie, was once again another pleasurable experience! Third up was Raqs, this young woman’s aura and positivity is infectiously wonderful! The laughs, the jokes, the commitment to her work, was truly a great experience, while receiving extremely sharp pointed needles through my body! My apologies for such a delay in writing this review, it’s only about a month late! My concentration span is near zero. When I pick up enough courage to attend again, RedINC is definitely where I’ll be heading. Thank you all once again, Lewis.

Positive experience: Got some amazing tattoos here. Great staff but every piercing I have bought has been faulty. My nose I got pierce here and it fell out after a week so paid for a new one. This week I bought snake bite piercings and a new septum and all 3 failed on the first day . Totally disappointed with their cheap jewellery. I paid the same price at hands and mystery in dunstable and they are so substantial.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with red inc today had a lettering tattoo done by Kyle who done a really good job and was very friendly. The tattoo was really straight foward to book and reply was quick got a slot on the same day of messaging the design across. The building and equipment was really clean. Great tattoos and great staff.

Fantastic experience: I had my tragus re pierced here (it healed over when I took it out for an mri the first time). The manager did my piercing (didnt know his name). He was fantastic! He did it so meticulously well that i could sleep on the side I pierced, the day after the piercing. Whereas my previous tregus piercing was very tender for much longer, so I instantly noticed the difference. I Will definitely go back to get anything /everything re pierced. Amazing service, highly recommend their quality!

Fantastic experience: i came in today to get my conch and daith pierced, i was pierced by gallow. he is such a great person to be around and he talked me through everything, hes one of the first piercers to actually check my anatomy. RedINC is definitely the most hygenic place. Ive gone here for every one of my piercings and ive never had a problem. i’ll definitely be coming back for other piercings soon !

Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of tattoos and piercings done here, today I popped in to have my lip and nose piercing redone and ended up also having a new tattoo. All members of staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing, the tattoo did not hurt being done. I will definitely be back to have more work done in future.

Fantastic experience: Came here today for the first time to get a piercing done. The customer service was above and beyond fantastic!! Everybody was so sweet, from The ladies behind the till to the man piercing me! Out of all the places I have been, RedINC definitely has been the most hospitable. They talked me through the whole process, and aftercare with detail, everything was clean and everyone was so nice!! I’ll definitely be coming back for other piercings soon :))

Fantastic experience: Travelled from Brighton to be tattooed by Lottie as I’m a big fan of her trad work. The studio was convenient to get to from the train station and the reception staff gave me a warm welcome. Lottie was brilliant when listening to what I wanted and even made changes to one of her pre drawn designs to suit me. She was meticulous when placing the stencil on my leg to ensure I was happy with the size and placement as I wanted it to look symmetrical with my other leg. Lottie was professional and polite throughout the whole tattooing process making sure I was comfortable and checking in with me frequently. I’m looking forward to visiting the studio again to get more tattoos from Lottie!

Negative experience: I’ve been to RedINC several times before but this time my experience was different. I walked in, they saw me and carried on chatting to each other. Finally someone asked if I needed any help. I got what I came for and left. Would I recommend this place if you look different? The answer is definitely a NO. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

The piercing itself was very thorough and the woman who did it for me covered pretty much every base I could think of and was really knowledgeable on the whole process. Fantastic experience: Was recommended to get piercings done from RedINC by my best friend. The atmosphere is relaxing and staff are so friendly, any nervous being would be at ease. Got my right nostril piercing done by novice Raquel using a needle. She is so lovely and explained the procedure before starting. Although there was blood (wasn't expecting that much but I guess I'm a bleeder) Sal and Raquel dealt with issue swiftly and didn't cause a panic. I purchased a spray aftercare solution, and the price for the procedure is justified for the service they provide. Will go back in a few weeks to get my stud resized. Cannot wait to get my left nostril and high lobes done by them in the future. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: So I took my 10 year old daughter to this place for an ear piercing yesterday (bank holiday Monday). The guy was totally amazing. Talked through the whole process, very reassuring. Highly professional. To be noted, I had previously taken her to Claire’s and it was uncomfortable and the holes sealed over. I would 100% recommend this place for your child’s ear piercings. The experience between the two places was stark. This firm really do know their stuff. If you’re reading this. The lovely guy looking after us took his time to make sure she was comfortable and happy with the location. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you! I will be going back if I ever decide on getting a second set of piercings in my own ears!

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend. I have wanted my vertical libret and tongue pierced for years and finally plucked up the courage. I Went to redinc after I drove to stevenage to be told they recommend no aral piercings over Christmas period (best spring) due to drinking, smoking and eating. When I told them I don't drink or smoke and everyone eats, I was then put off with the healing process, hers were so sore, my lip wasn't big enough(it is) anyway Jess at redink totally reassured me, she is so lovely. It didn't even really hurt, just a sharp pierce and 24hrs later no swelling, no pain, it feels like I've had the piercing for years. 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.

Fantastic experience: I had my helix piercing done here, very professional staff, very clean and a good price! Mine and my friends healed very well and they changed the jewellery for me only for £3 after it had healed. Each time they were also smiley, chatty and helpful :)

Fantastic experience: Shop was spotless clean it' recently been re-done i believe but it's top notch for hygeine. Got my septum and 2nd lobes on each side done a couple days ago, the apprentice (unfortunately I didn't get her name) done the septum for her first time and it was as if shes been piercing them for years! The lady who watched over her (didn't get her name either) was equally as nice and they both had great vibes, to be fair the shop all around was just a great atmosphere for the 10-15 minutes I spent there. I was more than happy to pay the full price (I paid £20 for 2 lobes but got the £40 Septum for free as it was her first time) but they didn't even let me!!! Such great people honestly they even let me know where to get my saline cleaning solution from as they only had the bigger bottles left in stock. i feel like getting more piercings just to get their service and good vibes again haha, will definitely look into getting some tattoos done here now also!

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. We had the lovely Camilla who was so professional and amazing. She made sure my daughter knew step by step what she was doing and made her feel very comfortable. Camila let my daughter take the lead when she was ready for the piercing which I think is so important. I had a very anxious little girl to start and a very happy girl afterwards. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I brought my step-daughter in for a naval piercing as a surprise because she'd been asking for one for years and the service at RedINC was incredible, so super friendly from the moment we walked in and to walking out the door. They made us feel like old friends (I'd never met them before!) which made the whole experience special and totally comfortable for my step-daughter. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful lady helped my daughter when she asked for her first set of ear piercings. She was caring and gentle and listened to her wishes. She really made my daughter feel safe and was clear on having consent and letting her take the lead on when she wanted the needles done, which I feel is very important for children and choosing when they are ready for having earings. She had them done separately and the lady was amazing both days.

Fantastic experience: Got my fourth piercing. They use gold jewelry so if like me you have allergies to metals other than gold, its a great option.
