Fantastic experience: From the reception staff to the piercer, everyone was very friendly and professional, and treated customers with great care. The ear piercing was thoroughly sterilized, done very quickly and efficiently, and was almost painless. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: very good, 100% recommend!! asked question like if i would like a hoop in the future so if i did they could put it lower down, the piercer i had was amazing the wait wasn’t long at all and the actual process of getting my nose done took around 2 minutes total, first time getting my nose done it didn’t hurt at all.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad piercing at Asgard piercings and I was very unhappy. The piercing was at a wrong angle with a straight bar when it should have been a curved etc. I went to titanic afterwards and explained my poor experience at this other shop and they really helped me out. Gemma removed the straight bar and re-pierced it with the right bar and size etc. she was amazing and so nice. I will always recommend titanic

Fantastic experience: I got my septum pierced with Jenna at Titanic, and I could not recommend this place highly enough! I have a very phobia of needles and history of fainting (lol) so I was terrified, but felt completely at ease as soon as I stepped in there. Everyone was super lovely, and Jenna was amazing. Turns out I have a deviated septum, but Jenna talked me through the process and my options, which resulted in a perfect septum piercing regardless - what a pro! Considering I was so nervous beforehand, I had to ask if the piercing had been done, because Jenna kept chatting to me which made me feel so relaxed, and in doing so she hit the sweet spot meaning I barely felt a thing! Something I was terribly anxious about, turned into a really enjoyable experience. For anyone who is watching septum piercing reaction reels and scaring themselves (like I was), it’s nothing like that, I promise! Especially at Titanic. Big love and huge thanks to the team, for my cute new addition!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Titanic for years now with my piercings, even my daughters use them. Staff are always lovely and friendly and really go through everything with you. The one girl there that has fab tattoos has pierced me a few times and has always reassured me and explained everything. The after care is great too, always gone back for shorter bars. My 15 year old who has had a few done is a selective mute and they’ve always been patient and understanding with her too. Great studio and great staff

Lacee made sure both sides of my nostril piercings were perfectly aligned, taking time without rushing. The experience was friendly, professional, and clean. Fantastic experience: Unreal staff. All are so good at what they do and we have a laugh every time we go in. Ceri and Daryl have tattooed my wife and I over the years and they are both flawless at what they do. Can't recommend the studio enough. Would go back every week if I could afford to!

Fantastic experience: I felt compelled to leave a review because this is probably one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, experiences I've had being pierced! The studio were very accommodating in booking me into the slot I requested the evening before. The pricing is a steal, especially when you consider the level of professionalism and great attitude of the staff. Libbi was amazing and explained every part of the piercing process and everything they were doing in a manner that was informative and calming, despite me having multiple piercings already. I love all the accessories they sell in the cabinets too and couldn't help but treat myself to some afterwards!

Fantastic experience: Stepping foot into the shop, is like being welcomed home- the atmosphere and vibes of the place and people are ALWAYS 10/10. My first experience with Titanic was back in October 2024, when I got my snakebites pierced. I believe it was Libbi at the time who did the piercings for me. It went very smoothly and I later returned in July to get my hoops that I had put in swapped out. Oren kindly swapped these out for me as they were pinching slightly, then later on in July, Libbi pierced both nostrils and my septum. Considering I have quite a noticeable septum deviation, she pierced it perfectly, counteracting the deviation. I have had no issues with my piercings, and I plan to come back in late September for more ;) I have also had the pleasure of having Titanic’s Junior tattoo artist tattoo me multiple times! Ant has always been very friendly, supportive and chatty, which has helped to put my anxious mind at rest, and all tattoos have healed nicely! Can’t wait for the next session! Thank you ever so much, everyone at Titanic, love you all!

Fantastic experience: I got my thirds lobes pierced by a lovely lady called Lizzie I believe her name was, she was very considerate and made sure everything was how I liked it, she was gentle and did everything really well and the service overall was great.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both had piercings done the same day. I liked that they had clear and strict age policies which is why I chose Titanic. My daughter was having her first set of lobes and I had a helix done. I messaged them first to ask if I could bring my daughter in to have a look and ask any questions as she can be quite anxious. They were brilliant and booked a time a few weeks before with Jenna who showed her the piercing room, explained the process and showed her the needles. When it came to the day, another person did our piercings. Both of us had the opportunity to change our minds and although the appointment was quick, it was thorough and careful. Three weeks after, my daughter managed to lose one of her earrings and they were able to fit a new stud as a walk in with no charge which was very kind. I am really happy with our experience and I'm sure Titanic will be our choice for any more piercings in the future. The shop is clean and tidy and well presented.

Fantastic experience: Got my conch and lobe piercings done by (I think) Oren, and was amazing! Super friendly, and was done before I knew it, didn’t even realise my cartilage was pierced. Couldn’t recommend any more, I’ll definitely be coming back if I want any more piercings!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous since I was getting a Helix and a Septum and I only had lobe piercings but I was offered water and Libby was very nice when I had asked her to distract me by talking about something. She was very reassuring the whole time and took it in small steps. The whole building has a very nice design and it's a very friendly environment. Afterwards, also told me that I can flip my septum as long as it's not excessive and showed me how to do it with hers. Told me to come back if I had any issues and I could request her again. Also the prices are good and I will definitely go back for my next piercings

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. My daughter had her ears done and was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I returned myself for my nose and lip and again was made feel welcome. I had an issue on my behalf afterwards but staff were very quick at getting back to my email and very helpful and helped me to resolve the issue. Highly recommend. It's difficult to find good piercers. Will be returning again soon. :)

Fantastic experience: Visited Titanic today to get both my eyebrows pierced and have the say the work done by Oren was top class. Very precise on his work , takes care in the quality and is very knowledgeable, was comfortable to be pierced by him and would 100% recommend him as a piercer. Any future work I would like to get done I would choose this dude, definitely the best person I have ever had in my experiences.

All of the staff are funny and kind and always make me feel welcome. I wanted to get my Daith done as it is known to sometimes benefit certain health conditions.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here with Jenna! she did both my nipple piercings whilst making me feel comfortable and confident. She took her time to make my piercings perfectly straight and i didn’t feel rushed at all. She was calm, talkative and friendly. She taught me about how to care for them afterwards now they are healing perfectly. i would recommend this place to anyone and im sure the other piercers are just as great!

Fantastic experience: lovely staff! all the girls were incredibly patient when my girlfriend and i took a million years to pick our jewellery lol. i had jenna for my vertical labret & ear lobe piercing and she was so kind, friendly & efficient. both piercings are healing very very well even with my lobe being through scar tissue and both piercings were done with much less pain or discomfort than i expected due to such obvious professionalism and experience. very thorough about after care and give you lots of helpful information and expectations for healing. the shop also has lots of beautiful jewellery and other cute items to buy such as tarot cards and bags & piercing/tattoo aftercare supplies. DEFINITELY will be going here again for my next piercing/tattoo and will recommend to anyone local looking for either service. all in all 100000/10 experience here :D (my girlfriend got a labret and anti eyebrow piercing and can say the same for her piercer and experience at this shop)

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, I was super nervous as it was my first piercing but they talked me through everything and helped with the nerves. I also have a deviated septum so was definitely a bit trickier but they did a great job! 10/10 service. Big shout out to lizzy!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter booked in to have her belly button pierced for her 14th birthday post 2 days, on a whim when I got there I decided to have my tragus pierced at the same time which they accommodated immediately. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. My daughter suffers with anxiety and panic attacks and was nervous about the procedure. They made her feel at ease and after her procedure she felt faint, the staff were all on hand straight away, so kind and sat her down with a jar of sweets and kept an eye on her whilst I had my tragus pierced. Both piercings were explained throughly and they had a choice of different jewellery to choose from. Very professional, very friendly and would recommend 100% I will be due to go back in 6 weeks to change the tragus bar to a shorter one. Very happy and have had no issues.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you. I'm a pretty anxious person and was ready for panic attacks and heaving when I walked in. I booked in advance and left a note explaining that I was nervous and would need them to be patient with me. I believe it was Oren who did my piercing. He got me in a few mins early and let me calm down, offered me a cup of water and made sure I was happy every step of the way. He was reassuring and went at my pace which made it considerably easier to calm down compared to when I feel rushed. In fact I was so comfortable around him that it took considerably less time to get to it than any other piercing or blood test and I didn't even have a panic attack at all! I left with an amazing new piercing and an amazing sense of calm and confidence. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to titanic for years now, and have always found the studio to be a incredibly relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and an enjoyable experience to go to. Today I had a piercing appointment with Jenna that I was quite nervous for despite having many piercings already, however as alway, Jenna was a star and made me feel relaxed and comfortable and despite my initial fears, I got the piercings. Jenna was incredibly quick and gentle with the piercing and she was also very patient and understanding with my anxiety. Every single time I have gone to titanic has been a wonderful experience, but this time was a great reminder of why titanic is the only piercing studio I will go to as it is the best in my opinion. Thank you everyone one at titanic for making every visit fabulous and loving the new sparkles I gottt!

Fantastic experience: honestly if i could give more stars i would! i’ve been coming here for piercings and tattoos for a few years now and i wouldn’t go anywhere else! they are a very clean studio you can tell from just walking in, it’s very put together, staff are friendly and like i said the place is very sterile. everytime ive had a piercing, the piercer has always helped me feel confident and at ease and always make sure im happy with the placement, my artist Ceri is amazing! she is so lovely and friendly and im always looking forward to getting a tattoo from her, she’s very easy to talk to and have a laugh with and her work is so good! she’s very talented and i recommend her and this place to everyone i talk to about my piercings and tattoos, 10000% would recommend :)

Fantastic experience: The team at Titanic are fantastic I've gone there for many piercings but today took my step daughter in for her first ear piercings. I want to personally thank Libbi and Christy for being so amazing with her, they were really patient and reassured her when she was crying. Christy gave her a lolly to help with her nerves and also some lovely stickers when she was done. Libbi also thank you to you aswell, you were so gentle with her and patient. She helped soothe her nerves and the piercings look beautiful! She felt super comfortable with you and cannot wait to come back to see you to get her earrings changed. The studio is beautifully decorated with lots of creative things to look at and buy! I cannot recommend this place anymore than I already have! My go to place for piercings ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently went in for a new Helix piercing. The experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. However, the 5 star review is for the aftercare I have received. My ear swelled up on day 4 in (from what I could tell) an abnormal way, as it seemed to be in a large area of the cartilage rather than just localised swelling. I called asking for their advice, and they were more than happy to take some time to have an online chat after I’d sent a few photos. It’s obvious to me now that I was overreacting, but at no point was I made to feel that way by anyone I spoke to. They put my mind at ease, and said that I was very welcome to contact them again if I had any more questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: Oren was absolutely amazing today, he done 3 piercings for me conch,flat and nose. He was soo good, so polite an absolute laugh and just calm, for him being an apprentice I wouldn’t have known if I wasn’t told that’s how good he was. Gave me multiple options of placements for my ears and guided me to where would go great with my current ones. The lady helping him was also lovely. Very clean very careful of there cleanliness; and showed customers the unpacking of the things used. First time coming to titanic and will definitely return. Oren is definitely an asset to your team! Fantastic experience: I had my septum done here by jenna and omg what can I say she was amazing I had it done 3 months prior to my visit here and the piercer done it in the wrong place causing me so much pain and discomfort so getting it re-done was scary for me but jenna made me instally feel at ease and reassured me it wasn't going to be as bad this time and within minutes she had pierced it and she was right! she didn't cause me any pain and made it super quick! Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to explain how FANTASTIC the experience I had at Titanic was. The team was absolutely incredible from start to finish - they were warm, welcoming and super helpful when I walked in, and my piercer Jenna was just a superstar. I ended up getting an extra piercing too! For my first piercing experience (other than having my ears done years ago), I had a truly wonderful time. The team did everything they could to give me all the information I needed to make informed decisions, and reassured me and made me feel completely at home. They answered all my questions with excellent expertise and knowledge, and this made me feel really comfortable and safe. They were super attentive, funny, and also great to chat to! Jenna really went above and beyond during my experience at Titanic - she was so so lovely, offered fab advice, and had an incredible energy, as well as being an excellent piercer who gave me sound recommendations and plenty of choice to adjust and tailor what I wanted. I am gutted I missed the names of Jenna’s colleagues (the man at the front desk and the woman who came to assist Jenna) because they were both excellent too and really added to how brilliant the experience was. I am so pleased with my new piercings and you’d best believe that I would absolutely make the two hour drive to come down here for any future piercings and tattoos! Thank you so much Titanic Team for the awesome work you do and for making this nervous first timer feel super confident. You’re all stars!!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Titanic Piercing Studio. After an unsatisfactory visit, I reached out to the owner to express my concerns. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive and failed to address my issues adequately. Her email, though polite, seemed more like a template response than a genuine effort to resolve my complaint. She emphasised that this was the first complaint they've received about a staff member in nearly four years, which felt like a way to undermine my concerns rather than take them seriously. I expected more accountability and a proactive approach to customer service. It's clear that Titanic does not prioritise customer feedback or satisfaction. I will not be returning and advise others to seek out a studio that truly values and cares about its clients.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try Titanic after having a bad experience at other piercing studios (Asgards) just around the corner and I couldn't have been happier! My piercer was so sweet and talked me through the whole process (I got 4 lobes and a navel piercing) and even sat with me and chatted at the end when I wasn't quite feeling brilliant. - The whole team was so kind and professional. - The studio was amazing and very sterile. - All 5 of my piercings are healing nicely with proper aftercare instructions given too me. - The pricing is reasonable and they had a huge selection of beautiful jewellery on offer. - The communication and booking system was easy to use and efficient. All in all if you're looking to get pierced I would definitely recommend Titanic!! <3

Fantastic experience: I just got my nose pierced here and everybody was so lovely. The process was very quick and easy and despite my nerves I felt comfortable throughout all of it. I am also very happy with the outcome of it:) Thank you! Second experience with my friend: Me and my friend went to get her ears pierced and yet again the staff were so lovely. They were patient genuinely enjoyable company whilst we were there. Cant recommend more!!

Fantastic experience: Had my tongue and septum done in one go, Weeze was amazing! So nice and I came in extremely nervous, but she was so calm to talk to and walked me through each step as it was done and we even have a laugh. The staff that was on the till, I think it was Matt? He was really welcoming and polite with me whilst I was signing forms and whatnot. Really happy with my piercings and with the aftercare instructions I was given.

Fantastic experience: Had my first tattoo today and the artist matt was amazing. Kept it comfortable throughout making sure I’m ok and having a general conversation whilst tattooing. He could have not been any more nicer if he tried and my tattoo turned out amazing. Thank you all very much definitely will be returning.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get a peircing I would not recommend Weeze enough. She was an angel and I felt so comfortable! I am never going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Had this place recommended and had a wonderful experience. Was my first tattoo so I was naturally quite nervous, but the welcoming atmosphere made me feel very at ease. The tattoo turned out wonderfully and was exactly what I imagined. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. I was super nervous with my vertical labret lip piercing but as soon as I entered the studio it was chill atmosphere, comfortable and friendly. Then my piercer Weezer, was lively and reassuring, she was super reassuring, speedy!! And also let me chill out for a minute after my piercing because it was an OUCHiE! But yes absolutely lively, always a 5* for this place. Also got a sweetie

Fantastic experience: they were all lovely and friendly; i came in to buy a new septum piercing and they not only helped me decide which was best for my face, but also helped me re-pierce my septum, which i wasn't expecting but really appreciated. from my experience they have a great range of piercings and are confident and efficient at piercing- not to mention reassuringly sterile!! many thanks to those who work there and i definitely recommend :-)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here numerous times to get tattoos and piercings and have been with my girlfriend and the experience is always a solid 10/10. all the staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable in the process. Can see myself coming here for as long as the formidable future can see!!!! <3

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of getting pierced by the wonderful Adele. I was super nervous but she has the most calming energy, was so patient with me and reassured me throughout. She explained everything as she pierced me and was super professional and respectful. I had both nipples pierced, she made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. Hoping to book in with her again soon!
