Negative experience: Went in to buy a nipple bad, explained to the man the current issue I had with mine. He then sold me a bar even smaller, looked at it once I got out the shop and realised it would make it worse so took it straight back in to be told can’t be refunded or exchanged. Very sad as I loved kasbah, I don’t think the non refund was the issue it was the fact my issue wasn’t explained by PIERCING PROFESSIONALS the first time I went to buy.

Fantastic experience: Visited today after having issues with a piercing which was done elsewhere. The staff were super helpful. Changed the bar to the correct one to help it heal and prevent it from getting any worse! Thank you! I’ve also had a number of piercings done here and never had any issues - great service and friendly people! Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!! I usually don’t wrote reviews but I have been a loyal customer to Kazbah for over 6 years now, initially the piercings were good value for money and healed decently, but then they pierced my bridge wonky not straight through and pierced my eyebrow through the actual eyebrow itself with a straight bar, which they didn't inform me off as I would’ve requested a banana bar for it to heal. Overall disappointing and left me with wonky not good looking piercings.

Negative experience: I urge you not to get any facial piercings from this studio. I have had multiple instances where I have had to go back because of wonky piercings. I had my bridge done by the man upstairs and it was extremely wonky, i couldn't belive he was happy to let me leave the shop. I had to work up the courage to ask for a re pierce. Thinking it was just a one time mistake, i went to get a vertical labret, which was also done wonky, this time when I had gone back to ask for it to be taken out, the man upstairs tried to convince me it was actually straight and said "he could not get it straighter than that", basically admitting he can't do straight percings. After a lot of convincing i manged to get him to take it out, I was offered a free re perice but considering this has happened TWICE now in my face! I decided I would rather go elsewhere. I know others in my life who also had piercings done by the man upstairs that were wonky. Wont be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I got my tragus pierced couple of weeks ago by a lovely lady! Yesterday my piercing came out and I went straight to the store and I got it replaced free of charge. I have never had such a great customer service at a store before, everyone is so welcoming, respectful and kind! I can’t wait to come back to this store in a couple months time!

Fantastic experience: I have had my lip, conch and septum piercing from here all over a 3 year period. The piercers are so professional and have been amazing, quick and caring during the initial piercing as well as the after care. Honestly, they have been so patient. I could not recommend them more!

Negative experience: After 2 weeks of having a ear peircing. It had sunk into my ear and skin had grown over the peircing ended ip in A&E. After they had taken it out. The piercing was black. Meaning its not proper silver they use. Its the fake fake stuff

Negative experience: I got my nostril pierced at Kazbah on June 28th, and unfortunately, my experience has been really disappointing. I originally went in to get pierced with a stud, but after explaining that I eventually wanted to wear a hoop, the piercer advised me to get pierced with a hoop straight away, saying it was “totally safe” and that the idea of not piercing with a hoop is just a myth. Trusting their professional opinion, I went ahead with the hoop. For the first few weeks everything seemed fine, but around the fourth week I developed a piercing bump. It started small but quickly became large and painful. I went back to kazbah for advice, and the staff were dismissive, giving me some wipes and saying it would go down in two weeks, and if not, to see a GP for antibiotics. The wipes didn’t help at all. When I went back again, they were once more unhelpful and dismissive, blamed it on my “poor aftercare,” and refused to change my jewellery to a stud—even though I asked. They told me to get steroid cream from a pharmacy and basically sent me away. Eventually, I went to a different piercing studio for help. They immediately noticed that I had been pierced with a cheap metal hoop that had started to rust, and the angle of the piercing was off, which made changing it to a stud very painful and difficult. I’ve now had to spend extra money fixing a problem that could have been avoided if proper advice, jewellery, and aftercare guidance were given in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend getting pierced here

Negative experience: I came here to get my daith and helix piercings done, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The jewelry they used was completely inappropriate for fresh piercings — the decorative part of my daith ring kept slipping inside the piercing and causing constant irritation. When I went back for advice and asked to have it changed, they refused and blamed me, even though I had carefully followed all aftercare instructions. It was clear they didn’t care once the piercing was done. I ended up going to Blue Banana, where the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately recognized the issue and replaced the jewelry with something much more suitable. If you’re deciding where to go, save yourself the trouble and go to Blue Banana instead!

Negative experience: When I was growing up this was the place to go but I am sad to say that has changed. Had a peircing a few months ago and went i today for a change of jewellery but when I explained I didn't get on very well with the type of jewellery I used they said that is all they have, fair enough, I understand, but their tonne towards me changed and they no longer were interested in helping me or giving advise. When I asked if I could purchase jewellery suitable for me from elsewhere and pay Kazbah to put it in for me they refused, company policy I suppose. I was going to ask further questions but as they were clearly not interested at this point I didn't bother. My experience of piercer and tattoo artist in the past is they care and will always provide good advise even if you are not necessarily using them because at the end of the day they generally care especially if you have previously been a customer there. I went into very bizarre next door to check their jewellery and unfortunately they provide the same type of jewellery however when I asked them where else I might go they were very happy to help. I will not name where I went on this review however when I got there and I explained my situation they said they often have people come in from Kazbah having had bad experiences and that they were not surprised as they have had to fix many problems that Kazbah have caused. My experience with this piercer was 100%, they cared, were very happy to help and advise and were happy to to help me even before I had made my mind up whether to use them or not. I will avoid Kazbah from now on and I will advise anyone who's asks to avoid! I understand company policy but I do not understand rudeness and a lack of passion in such a profession, if you don't care u can u should deginately not be in such a skilled trade. EDIT: after receiving a response I would like to offer positive energy in return as there was no positive energy on both my visits and this is reflected in other reviews online. As in my review this used to be the place to go 20+ years ago but sadly no longer the case. Upon reflection I have never had such irritation and poor healing with a piercing. Having an onsite GP makes no difference if you are not doing it correctly in the first place. This place has massively gone down hill and I think the gentlemen on the counter who does the majority of meeting and greeting needs to address his attitude and be more friendly. Sending positive vibes to Kazbah as you clearly need all the positive energy, vibes and support offered to you but it is not demonstrated in shop. Oracle is much much more friendly, welcoming and professional and offer advise which shows passion unlike Kazbah. So keep up your positive energy because it is not working. How false and patronising. Good luck, you need it!

Negative experience: I got my nipples pierced here, and although the experience was okay, and the staff were friendly, I have had to get a second opinion, and ultimately remove the jewellery just 7 days later - because my nipples weren't pierced; my areolas were. I am not a biologist, nor do I trust my own opinion of placement above a piercer when that is their Job. So when I was pierced, I assumed they were where they were supposed to be. It was only after a few days when the swelling died down that I noticed not only were both bars lopsided and in uneven depths, but only 1 of the 4 points of entry was in my actual nipple - the others were about half an inch deeper than they should have been and in my areola, where it is very likely to never heal properly (per 2 different piercers when I requested for 2nd opinons (as I say, I trust people whos job this is more than my own thoughts, but this was not an anatomy issue, it was a skill issue)).

Positive experience: This place is great for piercings if you get the guy upstairs, If you get the lady with red hair downstairs do not bother. She was agressive and rude to us. Rushed us out and made the piercing expensive more painful then it needed to be.

Positive experience: 1. I had a really great experience with my septum piercing. Painless, quick and affordable. The lady who did it was so great especially considering I have had bad experiences with my septum in the past - so the 3 stars go to her. 2. Not entirely happy with the aftercare support. Requested assistance twice with changing my jewellery for the first time. One reason was that they’re too busy and it is store policy, even though I was willing to pay and wait in line - accepted this. The second time I intentionally went on a weekday and there was one person in the queue, however I still got told that they aren’t able to do it, just a “not today”. I completely understand store policy, but it was made to seem like if there’s anything I need assistance with during aftercare I must not hesitate to come into the shop but didn’t seem to be the case when it came to it. Otherwise, a lovely little shop xx

My sister is under my care for summer holidays but the lady ressured me as she was old enough. Never took someone else for a pericing before so felt a newbie to this. The lady was ever so lovely. Negative experience: i’ve been pierced here many times before nearly every single piercing i’ve had there has gotten infected but the prices were reasonably cheap. this time i got my nose pierced and nothing was disenfecred before hand and a piece of plastic tubing was left inside of my nose later to be found by me in shock

Fantastic experience: I had both my nose and second lobe piercings done at Kazbah around 5 years ago. The piercings all healed perfectly and quickly with no issues at all. The team was super friendly and made the whole experience really relaxed. For both piercings, they took the time to make sure I was happy with the placement before piercing, and everything was done with care and precision in a super clean environment. The jewellery they used has been great quality and is still holding up years later! My review is long overdue, but I wanted to leave it now as a testament to how amazing the piercings still look. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Came to this place on monday for monroe piercing , 1st day little swelling 2 second day itching around the mouth 3 day ended up in A&E with infection in the lip going to the nose also affecting the body. Waiting for infusions of antibiotics plus pills of 2 different types of antibiotics to take.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to shop for piercings! The staff are so friendly and their piercers are amazinggggg! I litro cannot recommend this place enough, definitely recommend to anyone wanting a piercing!

Negative experience: I have gone here for all my piercings with no problems at all, helix, rook, nose and finally got my navel. I do not recommend the red haired lady, while she is nice she pierced my navel so crooked. Bare in mind i came in and said explicitly that i dont want it crooked. She drew her dot and i pointed out how it was crooked. She said “no its not, thats definitely in the middle”. I even got her to draw the dot again and she just traced over the last one in the exact same spot. I should have told her again but i had already told her before. I shouldn’t have let her do it tbh. Look at the pic and let me know if that looks straight ( this is even after ‘adjusting’ it to make look straighter

Negative experience: I am a little frustrated as we always have gone to Kazbah for piercings, it’s literally the only place my whole family go but it’s declined in service over the years, I went in recently for a simple ear piercing as mine had closed up so just wanted another one to match my other ear, I trusted her judgement as she made a marking and looking in the mirror it seemed ok, especially as she was looking head on and comparing to my other side, after it was done it was completely too high and doesn’t match my other side, I can’t wear certain earrings now as they don’t sit properly and I have to go get it it done again but from somewhere else. My cousin also both ears done recently as we were hoping a different member of staff was there to do it, it was the same person but we were prepared this time and I told him to challenge her if he wasn’t happy with the placement which he wasn’t, when he did challenge her she wasn’t happy and responded with “so you don’t want them central then” he stood his ground and his choose of placement was perfect. The guy that worked/works there was amazing, he has always done a really good job and is the reason we always went but I feel the lady there that does the piercings maybe needs more training or to listen to her customers without taking offence, it’s a shame as Kazbah is the go to piercing place in Leicester but now we will need to find somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I always have my piercings done here as the staff are the loveliest people and the service is excellent. Today I went in on a hot day and made the mistake of not having much fluids, The man that did my piercings was Kurt and he was excellent from start to finish, he was very comforting and welcoming and when I went pale due to not drinking much fluids he was very helpful in getting me some water making me feel comfortable and grabbing me a chocolate bar to get my sugar levels up. Kurt was amazing and I’d recommend him to anyone! I will always visit Kazbah for future piercings as the staff are so hospitable and very helpful and have always provided excellent service as they did for when I got my nose pierced and then re pierced the second time also. Fantastic experience: Took my son today. He has been asking for a while to get his ear pierced but was still a bit nervous. All the staff in front of house were great. They spoke directly to my son not to us about him which I loved because it made him feel so grown up and in charge of his own mind. They allowed him to choose what he wanted and never rushed him or anything despite the shop being busy they were so patient with him and showed him so much respect. Then when it was his turn to go into the piercing room the lady who did it was so caring. Again she spoke to him as a grown up letting him decide on what method he wanted. She engaged with him over his minecraft tshirt which really put him at ease then did loads of high fives with him afterwards. She explained to him how he needs keep it clean and how to care for it over the coming weeks and then gave him the paperwork explaining how to keep it clean and look after it. It was a fantastic experience and after our holidays our eldest son wants to go and get his done there too. Thank you so much to everyone who works there you have made a little boy very very happy today x

Negative experience: DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BODY PARTS! Recieved a nose piercing from one of the gentlemen here who assured me that it is best to get a nose ring straight away, which I have since discovered is untrue. He also gave me a lot of (what I have now realised) is bogus aftercare advice e.g. to only wash with warm water and that saline is bad? Eh? The piercing became extremely irritated almost instantly so I went to another shop to get it looked at after a week of hell, and almost gave the piercer there a heart attack when she took a look at the work these charlatans performed on my poor old nose! She removed it instantly so as not to cause any lasting damage, but it could have been very bad news as the tight ring used was not only too small for the hole they pierced, but it was also pulling the incision further down my nose. So, I am writing this as a warning as to not give these morons your custom, as they clearly don't have a clue! Don't risk your health! UPDATE: 2 years on I'm still having issues with my nose because of these cowboys. Keloids, infections etc. Please heed my warning.

Fantastic experience: Pete, and the lady with amazingly colourful hair are amazing, love Kazbah, do recommend to Rockstars, and everybody! I have mental health issues, and they always make my visits easy, simple, and are clear, transparent, and just wonderful Humans. They will care for you, and like plants themselves, they will hopefully grow, and grow. Absolutely deluxe service. Recommend the 18K jewelery, pieces are stunning, show stopping!

Fantastic experience: I got my tragus done here yesterday and they were the most friendly people ever! When I got it done a few minutes after my friend got her seconds done I passed out for a few seconds and the man was so sweet about it and made sure that I was okay in every way possible! It was also so cheap as well honestly it was so great will most definitely be returning!

Negative experience: You get what you pay for. I got second lobe piercings here in December, by April they still weren't healed. The bar was too short so I couldn't get a cotton bud in there to clean it like they told me to, and the butterfly back just gathered all the gunk. All this made it impossible to clean. My ears were painful, swollen, gunky, bleeding. I went into the shop around Feb and they loosened the back a fraction of a mm which did absolutely nothing, then went in again in March because they still hadn't improved. The lady refused to change them for flat backs, said they were "healing beautifully" and told me to put Shea butter (or cocoa butter?) on them at night, which I later researched and turns out it's not recommended. I went to a different piercing shop who told me the earrings were irritating my ears so I replaced them with titanium ones with flat backs and they basically improved overnight. If you get pierced here, take their advice with a large pinch of salt and always do your own research. I'll go elsewhere next time. 2 stars because the staff are nice at least.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to these guys! I’ve had all my piercings from them. I popped in the other day as I’d been having some irritation from my snug piercing. So popped in to see them and ask for info. Lovely lady out front had a look then directed me to amazing Pete. (Done most of mine.) Always a pleasure with him and always helpful and kind. Kindly changed it to a longer bar and will see how it goes. Hoping to be back for another piercing at some point. Thank you again, legends!

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience at Kazbah, Pete was incredible doing my belly button piercing that I ended up doing my second lobe ear piercing straight after on a whim. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, even offered a chocolate bar for sugar levels. I look forward to being a repeat customer here!

Positive experience: I got my nose pierced about 4 days ago and is healing perfectly fine but the crystal in my stud has gone after 4 days which is very bad as the percing doesn’t look very nice anymore so please consider this before getting it done

Negative experience: Rude and patronising staff, you get little to no aftercare help and all of the jewlery I have purchased have broken or infected my peircing within a week of having it. Don't get your nose peirced here as they refuse to help you change it out or take it out if it is infected. Auricle is a way better choice.

Negative experience: Returned twice to ask about a piercing that kept getting infected (a piercing I had gotten there) and was told the first time it was nothing, and the second time it was just my ‘hormones’. The second explanation was bang out of order to say. It got to the point where the jewellery was tearing through where it should have, was puss filled and bloody, and I had to forcefully remove it at home because the store would refuse to take out a piercing because they themselves saw no issue with it, and told me to do it at home. Never getting a replacement jewellery due to how badly the piercing ended up as after I managed to take it out. Never going back here again even after getting multiple piercings from here in the past.

Positive experience: A piercing store I have visited many times but I think my visits here may have come to an end. Most staff are very friendly (Pete is definitely the best person here) but can be very rude and unhelpful. Every time i’ve been pierced it’s been by Pete. He is by far the best and makes the piercing experience quick and comfortable. However, I’ve found that a lot of the piercings I get done here have issues with. 1) My eyebrow was pierced with a straight barbell - I’m not a professional piercer but I know that that is not the way to do an eyebrow. 2) My surface-tragus was pierced wonky. 3) I’ve had multiple problems with my nose piercing. I’ve been to the store for help and advice and a lot of the time I’m refused what I need. For example, I had lots of problems with my nose ring and asked if they could change it. But they refused and just told me to use vaseline. I have also bought earrings from here before and when i’m walking around they just seem to fall out and break. Overall the store isn’t terrible but I will be sticking with Blue Banana from now on.

Negative experience: Good- Peter is very good. Had bilateral cheek piercing. My friend did first size 24, put in. Then I got it done my bilateral cheek piercing with Peter-was very professional and friendly. This was good But When we both friend wend to change smaller size bar-bilateral cheek , we both went individually different days. We had bad experiences from the owner My friend experienced rude owner’s rude behaviour- she was told to stand outside in corridor for waiting. She felt owner communicated very badly and made her feel as if she had done some”Zulm”/ wrongdoing and got punished to stand in corridor. My friend experienced rude felt as she was a prisoner in that corridor by all alone. I went yesterday - actual piercing artist is very good very professional. But the owner was rude to me also.the owner was rude as I just had to change my cheek bars to smaller 16 size. I was told to stand outside in corridor beside the shop I felt as if I did something wrong and I got punished I wanted to look inside some few jewellery for my bellybutton piercing. I had already my belly button pierced done in blue banana about 3 years ago- I wanted new jewellery- but owner rudely ansked to stand beside in corridor. I couldn’t buy . I felt humiliated and shocked with bad communication. It’s owner’s lost. He punished me to stand out and not let me be in shop. My legs were so pain ful. And I asked somewhere to sit. He said he got nothing . Just stand outside. The owner is very rude. I felt so humiliated . The owner was so rude. Me and my friend would love to go to Peter-the actual piercing artist. But the owner rude communication and rude behaviour will stop us to go in shop.

Fantastic experience: Kazbah is, in my opinion, the only place to get a piercing. I’ve had 30+ piercings done by them and have had little to no issues and any issue that has occurred was quickly resolved by the amazing staff. For example I recently had an issue with my eyebrow piercing and went in for some advice and they sprang into action to help sort out my problem and I couldn’t have been happier with their solution. As a long term customer I’ve become quite familiar with the staff and feel more than welcome and as someone that goes frequently I can see they have this same heart capturing effect on even the newest to piercing by ensuring comfort and offering reassurance to nervous people. With that I would whole-heartedly recommend Kazbah to anybody looking for a piercing; whether that be someone who’s had many before or someone getting their first.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter to Kasbah so she could have a daith piercing as she has been suffering from migraines for the last few days. Pete did a great job as always and my daughter is so much better within 2hrs. I know this piercing works for migraines, as Pete did mine in 2019 and I've never had a migraine since. He has done many of our piercings. I made the most of the trip and had my nose pierced too. We travel 45mins each way as we don't trust anyone else. The shop staff are amazing too and very friendly. Negative experience: i have been going to kazbah for years and have never had any issues, however i am very disappointed with my recent eyebrow piercing. it was pierced with a straight barbell without me realising! only when i got home and had a proper look, i realised my piercing did not look right. there was a lot of tension on my skin due to the shape of the bar, it almost looked like it was bulging out of my skin. not only that, the bar was far too short. i had to go to another piercing shop to fix it. this piercer informed me they have had to fix quite a few eyebrow piercings from kazbah. it is common knowledge that an eyebrow should be pierced with a curved barbell. i do not recommend getting your eyebrow pierced here.

Negative experience: AVOID!!! Got my forward helix done here and it has ended up migrating and rejecting from my ear. I went back after the usual recommended time for a downsize and the staff rudely refused to. Going to auricle round the corner I discovered that I was correct and it should have been downsized when I went in. Cut a long story short I no longer have my forward helix and I am now feeling very poorly and run down because of this poorly done piercing. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Even attached some photos of what they did to me for your viewing pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Had 3 dermals at the age of 76 with Pete and I absolutely adore them. He was calming and made the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We went today with my Niece and Sister in law. What an amazing and professional experience. It was my nieces first ear piercing and they made it fun and relaxed. Chocolate bar was given to all before and even a free extra pair of earrings for my Niece. Well done Team !! X

Fantastic experience: Had my tongue pierced by Pete about 20 years ago, had a few other piercings done here and been to Kazbah with my daughter to have her septum and belly button pierced and recently been with my Mum and Nana who had multiple dermals done by Pete, so Pete has pierced 3 generations of my family and Kazbah 4 generations! Cannot fault them at all, perfect service from being welcomed in, to the piercing itself, everyone is so friendly and calming. Pete has so much experience at piercing, you're truly in good hands with him and he has a way of calming you down and relaxing you beforehand. Thank you all at Kazbah.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so lovely. I came here with piercings that were not done properly and they took them out free of charge. Every piercing I've gotten from here have healed perfectly. I'll recommend not to trust any other piercing studio but Kazbahs as they more well informed and trained compared to anywhere else and they also have much more affordable prices. I’ve had a number of piercings and tattoos here and wouldn’t go anywhere else’s the staff are always friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. Staff are amazing, cannot fault a single employee. Everyone is warm, kind and welcoming- regardless of wether it’s your first or tenth piercing. The environment is clean and safe. This really feels like a safe place for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing!

Negative experience: First of all, I don’t know how you can look at tattoo pictures and let them touch you. Second of all, the people working there won’t allow you see what you’re buying and then they will sell you garbage. I bought a nose ring that is curved and hard to close/open. They said their jewelry is from around the world and it supposed to work like this. The ring from China works better. Funny people… Avoid this place if you don’t want to get scammed. They might be “polite” but they don’t know anything about the job.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Kazbah years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Went in today with my daughter to get our matching Daith rings. All done very quick, painless and looks lovely. Such lovely friendly people and so very professional. Thank you.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to Kazbah since I was around 14 years old. I am now 32. The piercings I have had by Pete had always been great, Julie was always really friendly and welcoming to me and my Mum, and Clap / Martin was a name I’d often hear from my mum and uncle (Debbie and Steve) as they were all longtime friends since my mum was around 17 years old. It’s a shame that since they have hired the man behind the counter - my experience at Kazbah has been a negative one. So much so that I have to brace myself for whatever mood he may be in on any given day. Such a shame, as he seems to be the face of the business now. I came on to the reviews to see if it was just me, but wasn’t surprised at all to read that others have commented on ‘the man behind the counter’. I came in almost 2 years ago with my mum, as we were in the area and wanted to let Martin and Julie know that my uncle Steve had passed away, as him and Martin went way back. The man (sorry, I don’t know his name) - asked why we were asking for Martin. Naturally, we didn’t want to disclose to him due to it being none of his business, to which he gave an exasperated look, indicating that he then couldn’t tell us where Martin was or when he’d be in. The words patronising and condescending come to mind, and this was during a very delicate situation, but I soon forgot about it. I went in two other times, today being the second time. Both times were about either having help removing a piercing I found difficult or, today, wanting to buy a few earrings and having help putting them in. Both times I was met with a no, for reasons to do with their policy. If it’s in line with the business’ policy, that’s fine, as frustrating as it is, I have no problem with that. What I continue to take a huge problem with is the passive aggressiveness of this man. Absolutely no warmth every single time I have had to interact with him, and his default seems to be priding himself on him answering questions with the undertone of it all just being oh-so-obvious. His poker face, deliberately clipped sentences, followed by intentional silences do not have the impression I think he hopes they make on whichever customers he selects for such treatment. I wish Julie, Martin and Pete all the best with their business, as they’ve always been great. I even made a purchase today regardless due to my fond memories of Kazbah. But unfortunately, it’s 3 times too many. Had it not been for him, my review would have continued to be 5 stars. I suggest a course in people-facing skills if there are other strong merits he brings to their business.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely perfect- I got the other side of my nose pierced by Pete, fantastic guy, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while it’s happening and did a great job with the piercing! I chose a ring and so far it’s been healing perfectly, no issues whatsoever unlike what I’ve had at other piercing places- super clean, quick and professional- totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went with my daughter's as they were having their piercing done, I felt very comfortable when I walked in with them, we were met by the very friendly staff and Pete who did their piercing, was very professional. As I felt very comfortable that after we had left, I ended up going back and having a diath pierced and do did my daughters at the same time. Pete spoke to me all the way through the piecing, which helped my nerves. I then ended up going back in the afternoon to have the other death pierced as I felt very comfortable there, they are amazing staff, and make you feel very welcome when you enter the shop. Fantastic experience: Staff are very welcoming and so nice, Pete makes piercings fast and painless, your not rushed and it is so chilled out in there. Your not judged either, 10 peircings from there and they were all so quick and easy. I love it there.

Negative experience: Just had my ear saved by a professional, knowledgeable and very polite piercer. The piercer went through everything thoroughly and made sure I understood, I also received an informative aftercare leaflet. It's only been 4 hours but the relief my poor ear feels is phenomenal already. Kasbah, you are rude, unprofessional and I'm glad there are reputable and trustworthy piercers out there!

Positive experience: i previously had my helix pierced here and it seemed to go really well, so i went back for my daith. when getting your daith pierced, they offer a different type of jewellery for £10 extra which is completely fine, i just wish i would've been advised to go for the horseshoe instead of a clicker hoop. unfortunately, it caused bacteria to enter the piercing and irritated the fistula leaving it with huge bumps and an infection. i was really alarmed by the bumps and spoke to another piercer who recommended that i had it switched to a horseshoe as a clicker wasn't suitable, i went back and asked the man on the desk if it was possibly if i could pay to have it switched to a horseshoe since the clicker caused so much pain, but he was so dismissive and gave me some alcohol wipes and left it at that, no advice on how to help with the bumps either. i just really wish i was strongly advised to go for the horseshoe, or educated on the risks of the clicker hoop

Fantastic experience: Truly amazing staff that work here! I was greeted by two of the friendly and happiest people who both were so enthusiastic and encouraging then I was met by my piercer who was also just as kind and encouraging! I’ve never felt happier getting a piercing. I have a fear of needle but was dying to get a conch and I honestly felt so comfortable. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to everyone! Also got a chocolate bar which was a bonus.

Negative experience: WORST PIERCING PLACE EVER!!! Had multiple piercings here and all have been pierced incorrectly, in bad positions - needed to have them all removed and am left with scars. bad customer service too, wasted my time for weeks sending me back and forth and tried to gaslight me into thinking the piercings were fine even when they clearly weren't. Would never return again unless it was to get my money back.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed to have to write this review. Upon walking into the shop to have a look around for some new nose rings I was really excited however I was very quickly disappointed and quite frankly mortified at the customer service. One of my friends asked for some advice on her piercing but was quickly shut down and spoken to in a rude and patronizing manner as though she asked an out of the ordinary question. After witnessing this, I quickly made the decision to take my business else where and check if my friend was okay. She wasn’t okay, she was deeply upset and disappointed and this did not sit right with me. I went back to the store to address the issue, upon arriving I was nearly quite quickly dismissed however I politely offered to wait. When addressing the issue I was again quickly shut down. I assured them that it’s okay if you don’t know the answer to the question however there is a much more polite way to address the matter. They were unwilling to listen so I decided to politely leave the store. Upon leaving, rather than be polite the woman decided to save face in front of customers and yell “positive vibes” as though we were the issue. I responded with, “we came in with positive vibes, we weren’t met with positive vibes” to which the woman shouted “excuse me” as though I was a child. Seeing the same people being polite and friendly with others in the store, I instantly realized we were the only people of color in the store. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. If we were rude customers then fair enough but we genuinely weren’t. We were so excited to go here and we were utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never go here again neither would I recommend it. Update: it’s clear your recollection is significantly different but I think it’s important to mention that we purchased the nose stud before the poor customer service. Mind you, if the video is something you’re trying to use against me, I’m sure you have the entire interaction recorded, so I think you start by rewatching the poor customer service prior to our reaction.

Negative experience: If I could rate this store lower I really would!! The staff was incredibly rude and would go as far to say they discriminated me. The man who works on the store floor with a bun was mostly the issue. I had come out of town to visit the store specifically as I had previously gone in to get my piercings from here. The woman helped me pick out a nose stud which I had bought and then was still looking around the shop with friends. When I went back to the staff to ask about nose piercings and advice about what I could do if I’d like to put in a thicker nose ring but was unsure whether I could I got the coldest and rudest responses. The man made it out like this was an obvious question which to me was not at all. He ridiculed me in front of friends and other customers in the store and was very unprofessional!! I think it was fair for me to assume that I could ask advice of a colleague that worked at a piercing shop but instead I got made to feel stupid I left with nothing but BAD ENERGY. What made it ten times worse is that then I then watched him speak to the customers behind me with so much respect and was laughing away. When coming back into store to complain about this no accountability was taken and instead it was denied.i came in to respectfully let them know that this was unacceptable but as we were leaving the store the lady working there continued to be patronising with the intention of making us seem like rude customers when we walked in both times with a positive mindset after this incident. I would recommend you don’t go to this store the behaviour that was given if the staff was UNNACCEPTABLE. I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR ALSO that this genuinely felt discriminatory a whole bunch of customers walked in as we witnessed yet the only customers of Asian background were the ones spoken to like rubbish!

Fantastic experience: I visited on a Wednesday lunch time without an appointment and they were really friendly and welcoming. I went to get 3 ear piercings and expected to choose a basic stud which I’d need to keep in for 12 weeks until I could change to something else but they had loads of styles to choose from and I got the type I planned to eventually swap to. The piercing itself was quick and painless, Pete talks as he does it and it’s over before you realise it’s happened.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Kazbah for my piercings for years now, never once have they let me down. So accommodating and make the process so quick and easy. I often feel anxious about getting my piercings, and they are so comforting and patient with you. I honestly couldn’t recommend Kazbah more, especially to people new to piercings!
