Negative experience: Went to buy a nostril piercing, as I lost mine and urgently need a new one because I don’t want it to close up. When I asked if they sold piercings, the receptionist looked at me weird, like she didn’t know what I was talking about and, after we sat down because she told us to wait for someone else, she kept looking at us weird with another member of staff, and laughing. They seemed to be talking in French. I don’t think I approached them unkindly neither, so I’m not really sure where the attitude was coming from. Both me and my boyfriend who came along with me felt really uncomfortable but we still waited for around 30 minutes and then left empty handed and being unable to go to no one else because of the time. No tattoo and piercing shop I went to in other places in London has ever made me wait this long or made me feel weird for trying to buy a piercing by itself. I would have understood if I was trying to get a new piercing done, but that was not the case and I just wanted to buy from a local shop to not have to wait until tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: Had my ears pierced by Tom last week, I cannot wait to go back! Tom is professional, polite, understanding and good at what he does, he explained everything and went over the piercings in detail before he went ahead. He also made the whole experience pain free by telling me when to breathe! He advised I waited 6 weeks before I got anymore so I could heal before doing anymore, so to me his honest too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Tom to my friends!

Fantastic experience: I had my second tattoo (modern sacred heart) done by Cesar and, like my first, this one was absolutely fantastic. I showed him an idea and he enhanced it beyond my dreams. The level of detail in such a small area (the front of my neck) is incredible. He is very professional, extremely talented, patient and a good guy. My tattoo took about 5 hours and he ensured I was as comfortable as possible. I am very impressed with the level of service I received, and I will be returning to him for my next one.
