Fantastic experience: I've been getting tattooed by Paulie since I was 34. Now at 58 Paulie has done 28 of my 30 tattoo's and he is an absolute artist. The friendly nature between the 4 or 5 artists working there is the first thing you notice. The best thing is the perct lines and shading and aftercare advice. Couldn't recommend anyone higher than Paulie and the crew at finest Leans. Always spotless and ink is always spot on.

Negative experience: My wife and I had matching tattoos here and had to return a few times (I understand this happens and is fine). Now, 8 months later I dont even like showing people the tattoo, I have even been asked if it was a “home job”. I said I went to finest line tattoos and people laugh and show me their tattoos of fine line. My tattoo which was supposed to be subtle seems to be anything but fine. Maybe there are some technical details that make an outline of a car and caravan difficult that I don’t understand. It’s not terrible and I don’t hate it but I really don’t love it and want to find another artist to hopefully fix it.

Fantastic experience: Very cool place with a very chill vibe! Got my first tattoo here and I am very very happy. Customer service was wonderful from the booking to tattooing. I had Paulie who I would 100% recommend!! I asked for love hearts and he already had about 10 options of heart shapes printed out as soon as I got there. He also put up with me changing the size 4 times ever after I already had the stencil on. Wonderful experience in general

Fantastic experience: Had best experience being a tattoo virgin. Referred by a friend.. although I live in Melbourne, went all the way to Geelong. Pauli was my artist.. i told him that I am afraid and new to the ink world.. He was nice and comforting.. Facility was neat and tidy. But better if we go with an appointment, because when i had my appointment, it was already booked for full capacity. Had my tattoo with in 30min. Cleaning,stencil and Tattoo. Being first time I was not sure how it will look but stencil helped and Paulie was able to help me in deciding which would be better. Final product was exactly as in the image. Although it was little slant but nothing can be done now.. Overall experience: 4.95/5 Cleanliness : 5/5 Customer care : 5/5 Satisfaction: 4.5/5 Aftercare: 5/5 Explanation: 5/5

The care taken to ensure the design was right and placement was exactly what and where I wanted it made me one very happy customer.. The only down side was, I was quoted a price on messenger and told to bring cash, I brought the max quoted amount only to be charged extra.... Luckily my son had money. Negative experience: The woman who did my tattoo was sweet, but my tattoo didn’t last. She didn’t go deep enough, no wonder it didn’t hurt. I went back once to get it fixed and she free-handed part of it and made it looked jacked up, but I was resigned to being ok with that (what choice did I have), but it’s still missing parts of the lines and my attempts to schedule to have it fixed have been ignored. They need to stand by their work and not send people off with a jacked up looking tattoo.

The artist is so lovely, extremely talented and communication is on point. Was super easy to organise a time to go in and would get updates if anything was to change. You are able to consult through messenger and ask questions about a tattoo design you’re interested in or thinking of getting done and in response will offer a really good estimate price. Speaking of price, super super fair prices as well!
