Negative experience: i can't reply to the owners response so have had to create another review. 1. I did make a booking previously and I did cancel in advance, in fact the response was along the lines of "thank you for informing us of the cancellation we hope to be of service in the future". I've never in my life made a reservation or booking and been a non-show simply because i think its downright rude to do that, but if I did like you say I did then I sincerely apologise for that, was never my attention. 2. I asked the customer service if what I'd wanted was possible and the answer was yes, and then was told to please wait. That was on September 8th. So I waited, cause I know tattoo work is not easy and requires precision. I waited until the 13th and no contact whatsoever from your side. I even travelled and was heading to Dubai with no contact whatsoever from your side. How was I to know the artist was celebrating their birthday? Or was travelling? Or was unavailable -- you could've simply told me sorry for the delay but the artist is away etc etc. 3. The explanation on the whereabouts of the artist where only told to me TODAY on the 17th. Nothing was exchanged from your side with me since the last message on the 8th. 4. Furthermore, earlier today I was informed that the owner asked I take down my negative review and when I said no I was told and I quote "being hateful is never positive." WOW. being hateful, I'm now hateful. WOW. 5. I don't know what you're going on about regards getting a tattoo in Egypt or elsewhere, I was simply informing your CS that it's basic customer service 101 to inform the client or possible client if there are any problems, delays etc. I own and run my own service oriented business and I know what customer service is. And that this is not my first tattoo nor my last but the customer service is seriously lacking. I never mentioned anything about the quality of work, simply was not happy with the lack of response from the CS team. good day

Negative experience: I read the positive reviews and was excited about getting a new tattoo.. I contacted them on WhatsApp as advised on the website, sent in the pictures of what I wanted and was told to wait for a response. It’s been nearly 5 days and radio silence. The most basic of services — to respond to a customer is certainly lacking in this establishment. Doesn’t matter if the end work is first class it’s obvious customer service isn’t important.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience for the time I messaged them. I had sent the words I wanted to have tattooed. They send me a huge list of fonts that could be. I picked one and they asked me to send a photo of my arm and they sent back a photo with what the tatoo would look like. That was great. The appointment was great. The artist was Shailesh. He talked me through what would be a better size for it and measured it all out. I’m so glad he did this as it looks better that little bit bigger. The set up was very clean and all equipment sterilised and new. He took his time and I was so relaxed I dozed off at one point. The font was very thing but he absolutely nailed it and it looks amazing. He went over all the aftercare and then sent me it also. I have 5 tattoos now and this guy was way ahead of the other people who have done them on me. Total professional and Amazing detail. Highly recommend if your wanting a tattoo. Thanks Shailesh

Fantastic experience: I had my bunny tattooed on my inner arm yesterday by Shailesh and it was amazing. He was very patient and was very flexible in fixing the design that I really wanted. He was also super skillful and very attentive to detail and it looked exactly like my bunny! Negative experience: Awful. Very rude communications and prices are extortionate. They wanted to charge me 500 AED for a simple tattoo which is 2 dots. The semi-colon which recognises ‘depression and suicide’. This is almost 4 times the price of anywhere else and literally 5 mins work!!!! Id avoid them at all costs. Rip off and very rude!!

Fantastic experience: If you have any doubts, let me put them to rest. I contacted these guys because they were the best rated on Google. I was traveling from Afghanistan back home to the USA and wanted to get a tattoo. Obviously that's not allowed on base but with a layover in Dubai figured I'd give it a shot there. Contacted Huzz and they got right back to me. Within a day or so we had the design finalized. When I arrived in Dubai it took some time to get through security and get out. These guys understood and waited for me. From the time I arrived til the time I left I was treated like family and it was a great experience! Do not hesitate to reach out to them for your tattoo or piercing needs. I would absolutely get tattooed here again. Just a word of advice if you're traveling in the area, use an actual taxi or uber.

Positive experience: Went for a piercing a couple of months ago and it did not go as easily as all my other piercings, even though I double checked with the piercer about the material and size of the jewelry. But the following check up was excellent, everything was explained so well and definitely made up for the initial difficulties with the piercing. Edit - RE owner reply: I did NOT seek free services whatsoever (during the first follow up, I even DOUBLE CHECKED about paying), and was met with very hostile responses when I tried to contact Huzz about a second follow up, and I have the screenshots to prove this. I merely requested assistance because I was unsure about what to do, and everything was done with good faith. It’s shocking that the replies and attitude are so hostile and very off putting for new customers. I was very appreciative of the first free follow up, and I stated multiple times that I can pay extra if necessary for a second follow up.

Negative experience: Pretty funny. I am from Switzerland; I know what is "hight price" for tattoos. Here is not only the fact that the price are hight, but that they double the price for the same tattoo for no reason (see whatsapp screenshot)! And by the way, when I text them that I found another tattoo artist, they answered me; good luck, you can be dead by choosing another one.. So guys, make you research to find another tattoo artist in Dubai.. With better price. Tattoo in Dubai are illegal, but it's the same situation for them. They unrespect us, so please, not respect them. I never write feedbacks, but as I am a full tattoed guys and get tattooed by a lot of artists around the world, It's the first time I need to make one as I am very disapointed with their relations they have with their clients.

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo done by Shailesh at Huzz Ink. I also had the pleasure of meeting the legendary Huzz himself! My design was a phrase in Arabic calligraphy which I had spent many years developing in my mind (including learning basic Arabic!). Huzz took the original calligraphy and made several important improvements to tailor the design exactly to the proportions of my arm where it was positioned. His input on the Arabic calligraphy at a high intellectual level was much appreciated. Then Shailesh did the actual tattoo and proved himself a highly skilled craftsman! I was extremely happy with his care and attention. The result is way above my expectations and I would give him a sixth star on the rating scale if that were possible! P.S. immaculate hygiene in the studio - very reassuring for a first timer!

Fantastic experience: I did a tattoo at this parleur on 2nd of Jan, 2020. This was during my own vacation in Dubai. I preferred this place as my friend had a tattoo made with this vendor in 2018, then located in Princess Towers. This vendor is per my tattoo as good as it can get, the tattoo has no flaws. However, my tattoo was relatively simple thusly cannot comment on bigger ones. I would recommend this place especially for smaller tattoos. (Per my experience)
