Positive experience: I got a ring tattoo last September and they told me I could come in for a touch up anytime, which I need because half of it has faded. I reached out on WhatsApp in December, January and February and haven’t heard anything from them. I hate leaving bad reviews but if I can’t get an answer from you, what choice do I have?

Fantastic experience: it was my first time and won’t be the last time, luis did my tattoo and his work is amazing so perfectly done, it was my first time being this happy over a tattoo, the place is so welcoming and everyone is just amazing, im really happy with everything, im definitely getting more tattoos there, the prices are definitely good too !!

This was my first ever tattoo experience & she ensured I was comfortable & thoroughly explained the aftercare process to me. Great job to the whole Ritual team at the shop that night for making us feel comfortable; from the cleanliness of the shop to the drinks and snacks given .

He spoke honestly about what would work and what wouldn’t. It was an amazing experience. However, I wish the cost of a tattoo cream was covered within. By the time I got into my car, I realised I had to buy a cream. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dimi.

Really the inverse of the vibe I've experienced at a lot of parlors around the world, they're super warm, and quality of the work is super solid. El is a total pro and Dimi has some buttery soft shading and fine line work, I'm thrilled with his work. If you're thinking about it, definitely hit them up!

Fantastic experience: Friendly admin staff Really accommodating. I was very apprehensive booking as it was my first ever tattoo and I really didn’t know who to trust. I had 4 difference places I was communicating with - but the staff were just lovely on WhatsApp chat. The actual tattoo was INCREDIBLE. I don’t recall the lady’s name that did my tattoo. Quite intimidating at first, no small talk - which I probably would have appreciated as it was my first time and I was so nervous. (Perhaps because it was a last minute booking, there wasn’t much room to chat and she wanted to get on with it. Who knows.) Professionally, she was OUTSTANDING! Confidently just smashed it! I was in awe! Couldn’t fault the service and the execution at all. Plus she soften and was always polite and friendly, answering my questions. She checked how I was doing re: my pain etc. Overall the experience was great and I’m so proud of my tattoo. Thank you so much My only criticism would be perhaps a sign outside the door would have helped. Once my Uber dropped me and left, I was a bit apprehensive going through a random door in what appeared to be like a residential area. As soon as I got in, it was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: It was a very easy experience. Studio seemed to be quite clean. Tattoo artist was friendly and followed hygiene rules clearly. I did not choose my artist because I booked the session with a very short notice, however no doubt that all the other artists are great also. I just send them via Instagram what design I want and they matched me with the artist. Just think about the traffic if you are commuting during busy times in order to avoid the delays. For sure, will come back again for other tattoos.

We sat and she created the design, we exchange and she is opened and give good advise. Spent 3 hours on the chair and everything went well, with the result I wanted !
