Expérience négative: Shocked and disappointed by my recent appointment with Randi. I had a tattoo done by her and we got on the topic of others in the industry. She brought up Kerri and Taylor from Viada and started bashing them, saying how they use her to swap services and trashing their business saying not to go there. I know Keri personally and she is one of the sweetest girls I've ever met and I've also had services done at Viada and they are both so amazing and kind. I sat their in silence completely shocked that she would try to bring down another women owned small business. It was disgusting behavoir.
