Extremely friendly, professional, went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfectly safe and clean and did great work. Healed very well and I was very happy with it. Prices are very reasonable for such great work.

Expérience négative: Brutal experience. Had two consultations booked and each time I was canceled on last minute. Then when I call back to try and book for the third time I asked if I could book without a deposit seeing as I kept getting canceled on. They told me no and when I asked if it would be ok for me to call in last minute if I got sick or something they said no they need 48 hours notice or they keep your deposit. When I mentioned how that doesn’t sound fair the awful man on the phone told me to never call them again! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I HIGHLY recommend everyone stay away from this place. They treat their customers like garbage

Expérience négative: Very poor line work and when I brought it to attention Jarret said “you realize you’re hyper zooming in on it”….. as if that was a good excuse for his poor performance. If you can’t do fine line work, just say that. Now I have to go get it removed and redone by someone that can. Update: the shop contacted me and got another artist to fix it. Mac did a wonderful job trying to rework the tattoo. Greatly appreciated!

He couldn't even manage to execute a simple, straightforward tattoo-honestly, I could have done a better job myself. I've been upset ever since he put the tattoo on my hand without consulting me on the size or placement. Now, because of this mistake, I'm forced to look for a place to have it removed.

She made sure I was ready before piercing and asked after piercing my ear to ensure I was ok. She was extremely polite and explained how to properly take care of it. Taylor took her time asking what had made me nervous and my concerns, she then proceeded to take extra time explaining the process and making me extremely comfortable! She also took the time to talk to my friend who came with me who was having issues with a piercing she had done from a different place and gave her suggestions to help fix the problem. Not their fault. I came back after work and they saved my paperwork which was awesome. Got in within 5 minutes. Expérience fantastique: I went a few weeks ago to get my septum pierced. I hadn't gotten a piercing in years prior to that so I was extremely nervous . Taylor was amazing, she calmed me down; and made the experience way more pleasant . I mean c'mon who likes needles. A few weeks later and my septum is healing up amazing, I was actually able to put a smaller horseshoe in like I wanted at home without having to swing back and get it changed out. I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings probably in December or the New Year. Thank you Taylor for making my experience a wonderful one

Expérience négative: I've gotten a few piercing and tattoos from the shop now. Over half of my piercings I ended up having to remove because of poor placement. For my tattoo session I had to rebook 3 times. And everytime I was told Steve would reach put to me to rebook and never did. If I waited for them I would have never gotten my tattoos at all. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. You can get better service elsewhere for a better price. Steve was also nearly an hour late for my appointment. My appointment was at 1 and we did not start tattooing till 3. Friendly staff but beyond poor customer service!

Expérience négative: I went here to get my face dermal changed out and the first time the girl was soooo nice and did exactly what i asked for! Then a few months later the top fell out so I went back to have a new one put in and a different girl put the new one in and I said it was to big of a diamond and that i wanted a bit smaller.. she just proceeded to say if you want it smaller no one will see it and what's the point? So I kept it and left.. a few months later I went back again because I still want it smaller and wasnt happy. When I went back I asked the girl at reception if they had dermal tops and she says "why what's wrong with the one you have ?" I said I don't like it and she just told me they don't have any.. I don't know why I was being questioned on anything at all.. or lied to because I can almost guarantee they have dermal tops.. I'm just upset all I want is a small shiny diamond in my face dermal like how the first girl did it. I would give one star but because the first girl I went to was so nice I will give 2 stars. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

She made me feel at ease, is very knowledgeable and will make sure that you're not only happy with the placement but give her insight into where it should be and why. Any future piercings I get will surely be with her.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve only trusted Elisa to do my piercings for years. She did my Monroe piercing 8 plus years ago, and unfortunately it got infected for the first time a couple days ago. I saw a doctor, who tried to remove it and failed. He recommended I see “any” piercer and get it removed. I only trust Elisa. I saw her, not only was she able to do what doctor couldn’t, and remove the stud, but replace the stud with a safer stud and clean the area with instructions on after care- she saved my piercing. It healed great, and a day amd half later, it was almost back to normal. It’s healing great, thank god I followed her advice. If I followed the doctors advice- I would have lost the piercing and had a scar. Elisa made me feel safe, heard, and comfortable- and her knowledge was beyond any doctor could give me. Edit: I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection by my doctor- which definitely helped in the healing, but Elisa’s help definitely helped in the advancement and progression of the healing. The knowledge and experience she has is a definite asset. Always refer to a doctor. My healing wouldn’t been complete without the help of both..

I came back for her last day of apprentice with my friend and mom. She fixed my nipple pericing I had years ago. She also did my mom and friends Daith and they both turned out amazing. I went to see about a longer bar for my verticle industrial and she picked out a great bar and put it in for me thank you again Taylor I am happy to have found someone I trust she's going to go far in her career I will always suggest Taylor and her mentor Elisa both equally amazing and kinda woman

She explained exactly what she would be doing, measured out the exact size of what the new hoop should be with a calliper, and was extremely gentle and professional while changing my piercing. Everything used was clean/in sterile packaging, probably one of the cleanest tattoo parlours I’ve been to. Great experience!

And after 2 weeks healing she also switched the bar to a hoop and did an amazing job I love the placement and look. Zero complications, barely any swelling or irritation. Expérience négative: The work itself is OK....my appointment was at 1230. Scott came out to reception at 1245 to tell me he just had to set up. Took me back at 1pm then said he had to make the stencil. Placed the stencil at 1:10. Said he had to 'let it dry' then came back 20 minutes later with a coffee. I had tried to find him in the meantime to make a change to the stencil, and he seemed put out that I asked for this (didn't seem to need to let the change dry before he started with the ink). Was finally finished just before 2, for a tattoo that took him 15 minutes to complete. I don't appreciate artists who think their time is worth more than mine, and who have the personality of wet cardboard. $140.00 for a 15 minute tattoo that took almost an hour and a half, I expect more. Won't be returning.

Why is she employed there if she knows nothing about the products??
