He was not comforting and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Tattoos are suppose to be special we were celebrating a birthday and this was far from it. I recommend looking before booking here.

The placement is perfect, and the amount of jewelery offered is absolutely fantastic. Many beautiful high quality brands and pieces to choose from which makes the experience even better. I left with the biggest smile because of Dani, and I can't recommend this place enough.

Michelle provided EXCELLENT care and service, she was knowledgeable, patient and so kind. She explained everything in detail with no pressure, and talked to my child like she was a friend. Last week my youngest daughter had her helix pierced by Danielle, and it was quick and very sanitary. Danielle was very informative and answered every question without and hesitation! Great place, no regrets!

The studio was very clean and well-organized, which really put us at ease. Everything was explained clearly and the process was quick and professional. Expérience négative: Mark came highly recommended from a friend, however the consultation that was suppose to be 30 min was rushed and was 15 min. I was.okay with it because I communicated all my points and examples. He assured me he would come up with something good based on my notes, their process is not to send out designs for confirmation which I can kind of understand. He asked me to book a day to do the tattoo and we would make slight adjustments that morning. When I showed up, he showed me his design which was exactly what I asked him not to do. I had asked him to do a creative take on the Greek titan Atlas, " carry the weight of the world on his shoulder" (and clearly stated I did not want a half naked Greek god on my shoulder) but rather use my shoulder (the placement of the tattoo) to achieve that and gave free rain to use a map with pages instead of a globe. I even sent multiple examples to him for inspiration. The design he showed me was a very basic possibly off Google version of a half naked Greek god holding a globe. When I told him it was exactly what I asked him not to do, he argued it with me saying that it was in his notes and messages. And that the appt was cancelled. Im shocked that this is the approach to a large tattoo. There was.no talk of redesign other than from me. He yelled at me that he didnt have time for this and was clearly upset as was I. Clearly they need to rework their process. On a large tattoo I would pay for the design time and a second consultation before booking an entire day off work and prepping for care and recovery just to be disappointed and time wasted . I want an artist to understand the objective and bring creativity to the piece they are creating. The response from the artist was unacceptable and counterproductive and lost my trust instantly.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely recommend Danielle for any piercings always. She's very knowledgeable, and very sweet to talk to. Been helped multiple times and she's always been very patient and very understanding of everything, no question is a stupid one and no amount of questions is too many. All the piercings she's done was very very clean, precise, and quick. The cleanliness and precision makes for a world of difference for healing time, all piercings have healed very quickly with no issues compared to other places where the piercings took significantly longer (nipples healed fully in a few weeks instead of the usual 8 weeks vs nose that took a few months) I've recommended her to many friends already and will continue to recommend her always.

Expérience négative: I got a fine-line tattoo behind my ear and the artist’s line work is very clean. We tried multiple stencil placements, and I appreciated his professional input on positioning and size. I asked clearly about the placement in relation to my hairline because I didn’t want any part of the design to sit where hair grows. I was reassured that it would not overlap and that only a few strands were being considered during placement. Now that it has healed, part of the tattoo is in the hair-growing area, and hair is growing through one of the petals. This was specifically what I was trying to avoid, so I’m disappointed that my concern wasn’t fully addressed before finalizing placement. The tattoo artist is skilled, but I think the communication around my hairline concern could have been more careful and accurate.

The artist, unfortunately I can’t remember his name. Really cool guy with a big beard. Anyway he was so awesome to talk to. It was my daughter first time being in a shop. She was scared and nervous. But this artist joked around with her. Made her feel comfortable. He pierced her noes so fast. I was impressed. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this shop to others. But I will say, their parking lot is a joke. There is no where at all to park. Also 2 massive pot holes that will destroy a car. So be careful.

Expérience négative: I've had friends go, even my teen had a good experience with their ears being pierced. However she went in to get her smiley pierced, it was uncomfortable after months still. We went to a body mod specialist to change the jewellery and they confirmed the inside of her lip was pierced! Not her smiley ! Along with that the jewelery used was incorrect aswell. Now she has to wait for it to heal and stop swelling and spend more money elsewhere to get the piercing she wanted.

He incorporated everything we sent him in the reference photos and he was so patient with us when we were deciding where to place our tattoos. He gave us samples of after-care lotion and thoroughly informed us about how to care for our fresh tattoos. I also got my ears pierced by Brock a couple weeks after that. Expérience négative: NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, I WAS CHARGED ANYWAY, AND THEN THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME OUT OF EVEN MORE. Bad experience with this shop. I drove more than 1 hour to this shop for my scheduled "free 30 minute consultation" with the artist, Cam. Not only did I need to wait longer for our appointment while he finished his smoke break, he spent maybe only 5 minutes talking with me about the design I wanted. There was no attention to detail or collaborative discussion there. I was then charged a $50 deposit to book a future appointment for the tattoo. Given that I do not live in the area, I changed my mind and decided to cancel (I came back the same day I booked it, while I was in town, and the Artist was again on a smoke break). Anyway, I was refused a refund because they apparently don't have the technological set-up to issue a refund. They told me that no work had been done towards the design, so the manager advised me to contact head office for a refund but I was similarly refused. Despite their "late cancellation policy" that is only supposed to charge $50 in the event of a cancellation within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment, they told me that deposits are forfeited for ANY cancellation. I was not informed about this when I paid the deposit. Looking on their website, there is no mention of this policy either and appointments can even be booked online without paying a deposit. Not to mention, they did not even cancel the appointment when I asked them to cancel it in-person. I received an appointment reminder the day before the cancelled appointment and I needed to cancel again online. Makes it seem like they were trying to scam me out of another $50 for late cancellation.

She is down to earth, and makes your piercing experience the most easy going and comfortable one. When he passed I called and asked Mark to do my memorial tattoo. It’s a powerful message to my husband and it is so beautiful. I have had countless compliments on it. Friday November 8/24 I came back to Mark and got another. His work is precise and exact. Excellent skills and patient. Very talented artist. Don’t hesitate to come her for ink or piercings. I pierced my nose last year and not a single thing went wrong. The store is impeccably clean and the people working there are kind, helpful and support.

Expérience fantastique: Went in on Saturday and got 2 of the halloween flash they were offering. My artist (Mark) was absolutely amazing!! He was very kind and did an outstanding job. I will 100% be going back and getting more work done by him.

Expérience négative: I booked my appointment with Mark for 11-12 where he agreed to do my tattoo. He did not start until 11:30 he went out and smoke break on the time that he was suppose to be doing my tatoo, this is my first and it was rushed and the outline on my skin that was drawn was not completed as he did not complete the stars. This is by far my worst experience and I expressed that the tattoo looks less than what is shown n outlined on my body and he was told no and to go pay. I would not recommend Mark to anyone for tattoo, very unprofessional and rushy and has no patience. Please look at my picture for reference, the picture I took, the outline he drew is less stars than the picture given and I did not end up with 26 stars as on his drawing.

I went to see Brock for advice - he removed it and now 10 weeks later I was able to get it repierced - it looks great and is healing perfect!

Expérience négative: It’s only years later after getting more piercings from more skilled piercers that I realise just how bad my piercings from steel n ink are and how bad the advice the piercer gave me was. My septum is noticeably crooked, enough that I can only wear a basic ring or it’s super obvious. Moreover, my labret was badly placed resulting in gum damage necessitating a $1000 gum graft.

Expérience fantastique: I was pointed one of their artists for what I wanted done (big scar cover up). I had a consult and explained what was needed and asked him to make me something special. He asked what things I liked and colours. I had a rough idea of what it may have been like when finished but when I went for my appointment for my actual tattoo I was blown away and so was my husband. When he completed it I couldn’t even tell there was ever a scar there before. I am beyond grateful for being able to work with Tito and this company in general. They listen to the clients/ customers I will tell all my friends and family to deal with this company in the future

Expérience négative: DO NOT COME HERE!! Me and my sister went to get our ears pierced, we both got double lobes and she got one helix, all of hers got infected and both of mine got infected. We followed everything they told us to do. We cleaned it well, made sure we sprayed it yet still it got infected. Do not come here, find a better place. I cannot reply to your comment so I will say it here. I have come into your place. Twice. Your workers have done nothing but ask questions about if you’ve done it right. I understand that they can’t do much about it but they could act like they care.

Expérience fantastique: Came in to see about getting a tattoo and was able to fit me in considering I was a walk in, turned out amazing and am more then pleased with the work that Brooklyn did, I’ll definitely be back in the near future.

Expérience fantastique: Love this place! Made a conch piercing there two weeks ago. Everything was amazing. The staff was very professional and supportive. Jeff, the piercing specialist, provided me with all information regarding procedure and further care.Also I was pleasantly impressed with a cleanliness inside the studio.Highly recommend this place if you value your health and the quality of services.

Expérience négative: Went here today to look at some flash as I have had an itch for a new tattoo. Lady at the desk SHORT blue hair lots of piercings. She was nice at FIRST but once I started by asking pricing of a redrawn flash she informed me that artist wasn't in. OK. So I did have another picked out and that artist WAS there. I asked what the price was. She doesn't know. OK i can wait to speak to the artist .. she says idk how long she will be. You can email her. I said no thanks. I can find another artist in that time frame. Does NOT SEEM like this place wants clientele. Nor wants there employees to have extra holiday money. Went somewhere else where they actually want to work. This place is way more interested in selling you jewelry then anything else. If it's not well Maher they need a new person at the front desk cuz .. if she could of tattood why didn't she offer to help me.. weird. Won't be back. Bad vibes only.

Expérience négative: Made appointments for myself and my partner. His was canceled as we stood waiting at the door! Rebooked the appointments, and his was canceled again! And, my artist wanted to change my time too. Seems everyone had more important things to do than take care of their customers. Only good news is that I was able to get my deposit back with no hassle.

Expérience négative: got a lip piercing from here by brock and he was extremely rude and cold the entire time made me feel very uncomfortable, i expressed how stressed i was if it was going to be crooked and he was offended i said he might do it wrong. then what do you know he then did my piercing crooked and when I brought it up said it’s just because of the curve barbell, you’re tryna to tell me this is only because of a curve? definitely not the entire thing is totally crooked and it was very expensive so i’m very disappointed
