Expérience fantastique: I came here to get nanobrows, Eve was easy to talk to and booking was easy via Instagram. Service was great, no complaints. I had my eyebrows done and couple of days later I noticed some small areas of uneveness. I reached out to Eve with the complain, she was apologetic and very professional about being accountable for her work. She slot me in for a touch-up session. She was kind to do the touch-up to my satisfaction without any charges, which I wasn't expecting. So overall, a good experience, my brows look great. Thank you Eve!!

I have natural patchy dark lips and Eve was able to lighten and create a custom-made lip blush shade. I feel more confident and less stressed having to do minimal make up on a busy morning routine. I don't have professional good clear photos so I will wait to take better ones but she created a kintsugi anatomical heart for me for my sternum done on December 11th, 2024 and it is pure art. Expérience fantastique: I had my tattoo done at the end of May, I wanted to wait to fully heal before I do a review. The tattoo is an image of my beloved golden doodle Evo! So, first is first. Location. Kind of hard to find it, a small door between two big other locations/business. I passed twice before I located them. Inside. Clean, large, sunny, friendly people. My tattoo was done by Soy. I have two sorries: that I didn't ask Soy to sign the tattoo because is a piece of art! No kidding! And second, I feel sorry for not asking to put it upside down, so I can see my beloved dog all the time. The way is now, is seen the right way by the people around me! Final mark: 12 of 10!

She always makes you comfortable and checks in with you before, during, and after the tattoo. She makes sure you like what she has come up with for your tattoo, that being; placement, size, design, etc. She is great!!!! I would 110% recommend her :)

He was very integral to the design process and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Roughly 4 hours, and it went by with no problems. To such a talented artist they may appear insignificant but to me they mean so much and I appreciated the fact that he treated my design as important to him to! After reading how difficult it is to heal a forward helix, I was pleasantly surprised with how little discomfort/swelling I got. I tend to believe it's due to the very precise placement and selecting correct jewelry as per Courney's recommendations. Will be back again soon!

Expérience fantastique: Had my tattoo done by @funboy.matti mid December and he was great! It was my first tattoo so he was very patient, calm, and friendly. We had to make tweaks to the text while there and he took the time to redesign it to my liking; paid attention to detail; walked through sizes and placement; and provided solid advice and/or feedback while supporting my decision and not being pushy at all. Not to mention, the space was clean and well set up. Overall - great service and experience by both Chronic Ink and @funboy.matti.

Expérience fantastique: I did ombre brows by kissami last week. I always had mind of my brows since I got last EYEBROW in my country. So I decided to get new eyebrows shape and here I am . It was my first time tattoo shop visiting. Kissami was nice enough to forget my anxious. When I made an appointment we already discussed about what kind of shape I am looking for and good for me. She also recommended me which type of brows can be best for me since I have enough hair. We decided to do ombre and design the shape. I love my new eyebrows. Especially the shape of both side. I heard that nobody has same symmetrical on both sides but my new eyebrows looks like it! I will definitely visit for touching up

Expérience fantastique: Well, I did eyebrows! And I love it! The atmosphere has been very smooth and pleasant since arrival. They greeted me warmly, which helped ease the initial tension. After the tension dissipated, we moved on to a consultation about eyebrow shapes. The detailed and friendly guidance made it easy for me to choose the eyebrow shape I liked. They meticulously sketched the eyebrow shape and actively solicited feedback throughout the process. Unlike other places where the designer would just draw the eyebrows arbitrarily, I could do it the way I wanted here, which was great. After about 20 minutes of sketching, we proceeded with the actual tattooing, and from this point on, I felt so comfortable that I even dozed off. I was so comfortable that I couldn't tell what they were doing on my face, and when I woke up, the work was already finished. They also kindly explained the aftercare procedure. I immediately sent photos to my friends, and they all praised it as beautiful. I highly recommend it. I was a bit worried because it's a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo at a tattoo shop, but that was unfounded. In fact, the experts' meticulous work made me even more satisfied. Thanks to Kissami :)

Expérience négative: I will not refer to my tattoo artist by first name out of respect to this person. 1. My tattoo didn’t fade, it literally is gone. It genuinely does not look like I have a tattoo anymore, I got the inside of my middle finger done, I understand that finger tattoos fade, but I got the tattoo done September 1st and it had already been gone two weeks in. As of right now, there is parts of my tattoo that is not there. 2. If you go to this place, understand that touch ups will cost you money whereas other places, do not charge for a touch up after your tattoo. Chronic Ink did warn me about this before going so I can’t be too upset about that, just annoyed that nowhere else does this. Great people, but unfortunately, won’t be back there for a tattoo, maybe I got unlucky and this was just a one time thing, but if I have to pay $85 + tax each time I go I’ll be spending around $1,020 a year just to maintain this.

Expérience fantastique: Dimitriy was an amazing piercer! My wife and I recently went in for piercings (a lobe for her, helix for me). He was quick, clean and kind throughout the process. Later, when my helix was having some issues, he messaged me every day to offer guidance until the issues cleared up. Would absolutely recommend Dimitriy to anyone who wants a piercing!

Expérience fantastique: Dimitriy was an amazing piercer!! He did my bridge piercing for me and did an amazing job with the placement. He was kind and fun to talk to throughout the whole process. He even followed up after the next day making sure everything was fine with the piercing and ensured me to reach out anytime I have questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend!!

Expérience négative: I can't get in contact with the shop. Sent an inquiry email three weeks ago, heard nothing back. Sent a follow up email a week later, still nothing. Tried calling a couple of times during business hours and no one picks up. Shame, because my friend had a great experience there. Oh, but they have started sending me emails about flash tattoo drops, so clearly they got my email, they just can't be bothered to respond. I would understand if they're not taking new bookings, but if they could at least reply to that effect, that would be helpful.

Expérience fantastique: Really pleasant experience getting tattooed with Chou. One of the hardest working tattoo artists out there. Worked all night on my 2 large colored tattoos. Frequently checked up on me and even did leg massage on me when my leg got numb. Over all 10/10 with Chou!

Expérience positive: Unfortunately had a somewhat bad experience. The bottom of the tattoo which was a little cartoon turned out wonderful, and I thank him for that, that cartoon it means a lot to me. The speech bubble above looked great freshly done but the words blurred into each other in about a year. I'm currently getting tattoo removal on it and was told the needle was too thick for the small wording. The other aspects of the cartoon character are beautiful and the tiny legs are easily discerned, I suppose the outline of that was single needle. I know I brought in a small cartoon with small wording & cartoon wording is thick I know. To be honest he warned me about it blurring, and I agreed to that. But if he had suggested doing the same font but skinnier with less of a chance of blurring I would have agreed to that. I thought the text at that size meant it just had a risk of being blurred. It was my first tattoo and yes I should have tried to know more beforehand but the shop had such great reviews I went in blind. Just research your tattoo before, what size you want done, what thickness, i'm sure they would have done a better job if I had been more exact.

Expérience fantastique: Came in for a double nose piercing. What a great experience. Tyler is such a great guy! Explained the whole process and was very patient and informative. I would recommend requesting Tyler if you plan on getting a piercing here. Everything is sterile and super clean. Great atmosphere

Expérience fantastique: The coolest and most welcoming shop I've been to. Jack pierced my 2nd lobes and eyebrow and was incredibly thorough. They took their time making sure the placement was perfect, and the banter during the service was amazing. They're so knowledgeable and thoughtful.

He talked me through the process of getting my earlobes pierced, explained what he was doing each step of the way and provided a lot of information for healing and aftercare. 100% recommend Tyler and Chronic Ink as a great piercing destination.

Expérience fantastique: Soy was AMAZING!! She did a portrait of my dog and it’s beyond my expectations! The hours she charged for the tattoo were very fair and her work is so detailed! Such a GREAT experience for my first tattoo! HIGHLY recommend!!

Expérience négative: I went to the Eglinton location and had a bad experience. My artist name was Soy (she does pet portraits) and when booking the tattoo I originally went with the largest size option that I was given and she told me a estimated time of 5 hours for the biggest one. However on the day I ended up going with the smallest one. The tattoo took 6 hours for the smallest one (it’s about 2 inches big) During the 6 hours she took her sweet sweet time talking to her coworkers (in a different language) beside her in between each stroke she did. She didn’t ask once in 6 hours if I was okay or needed anything, needed to stretch etc.. After the tattoo was done she said I needed to go sit in the waiting area for 10 min and then she will wrapped it. It ended up being 15-20 min during that time she talked to her friend and cleaned her station while I was just waiting for her. I have a sleeve done and not once have I been asked to wait to wrap any of my tattoos before soy was racking in her hourly $$ by the seconds!!!

Expérience fantastique: I've been looking to get full sleeves done on both arms, and have multiple sessions scheduled from October 2022 to May 2023. The photo I've shared is from my first session. They have some extremely talented artists, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Contacting Chronic Ink with your tattoo idea and providing reference images helps them pair you with the right artist.

I took a 3 hour drive to have Tommy do his thing and mannn I am so thankful for the realism and attention to detail this man possesses! Expérience négative: CHRONIC indeed. Chronic and perpetual calling me to cancel because your piercer scheduled hasn't turned up to work. Hire professionals. This is a disgrace. I booked a piercer to have a piercing (you did) removed for a medical procedure. I booked it the day before the procedure because I didn't want the piercing to close up on me. Sure enough, y'all just cancelled the appointment. I can't get it out myself and now I hope to God a medical procedure I've waited months for won't get cancelled because i'm stuck with this piercing. Cancellations happen. I get it. This is the 3rd one in 3 months. Going to your downtown location with this last minute notice is not only inconvenient but for me, not doable. What kind of Mickey Mouse management is this? You think this is appropriate? After have multiple tattoos and piercings done at this location, I am convinced the 4/5 star reviews on here are for the artists and piercers themselves, NOT Chronic. For crying out loud, get a reliable piercer on staff, or remove it from your list of services for this location.

Expérience négative: TLDR: Tattoo itself was good but customer service is really bad. Since chronic ink is such a big tattoo organization, they managed to attract and train a lot of talented new artists who do really good tattoos. However, it feels like a sweat shop. When I book the appointment and paid the deposit. The customer service people scheduled a consultation section one week before the tattoo section. (Because I requested a personalized tattoo) I was told the artist will contact me over email for the consultation with a draft of the tattoo and we can communicate over the week before the tattoo appointment about the design. However, the tattoo artist never "showed up". I waited the whole afternoon and received no email. I phoned them and they say the artist will contact me the next day. Still no email the next day. I got so disappointed and nervous because if I waited one more day, according to their policy, I won't get a refund of my deposit. So I was in a position where I saw no draft and would basically lose my deposit. I phoned again. And finally the artist emailed me with the draft. (Later I get to know that artists are all over worked and over booked and underpaid and he can only draft the design on their day offs) "Luckily" I liked the design. So I went in for the first tattoo appointment and booked the second appointment by the end of it because he can't finish it in one sitting. 2 days before my second appointment, I got a phone call from them saying that they want me to attend the appointment in Markham. I told them I live downtown and have no car, which means I need to spend 2+ hours on transit because of their company policy to change the artist's location. I re-stated that it's unfair for me to have to spend extra time and effort because of their decision and that they offered nothing back. So they "reluctantly" keep me in the same location because I'm a "trouble customer" (maybe I'm assuming but that's how I felt from hearing the tone of that lady on the phone) In summary, I will never work with this company again.

Expérience négative: My experience at chronic in tattoos was satisfactory. The initial artwork was not great and I had to sit with them to redraw it to the design I had initially proposed. I had to get it touched up as well, but I think that’s normal for the type of design I got. The cleaning instructions given by the artist and desk were vastly different, which were also different than instructions online. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Expérience fantastique: This was my first time getting a tattoo at Chronic Ink (square one location). Trace did my tattoos and she was WONDERFUL!! She is such a lovely person. I really loved the attention to detail during the planning process to ensure that the tattoos were designed to my liking. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they turned out!!! I am definitely going to be booking a few more tattoos with her.

Expérience fantastique: I went here for the first time recently! I saw this flash on Chronic Ink’s website and I knew I just had to have it. Raindog was super professional, thorough, considerate, and communicative, which made it easy for me to stay comfortable throughout the first of the 2 multi-hour sessions. It also definitely helped with my comfort that both the immediate tattoo setup and the shop as a whole was kept neatly organized and clean. The whole experience from beginning to end was a breeze, and I’m very excited to go back for the second session!

Expérience négative: My best friend and I got matching tattoos, I’ve been to chronic ink before which is the reason I came back (I went to a different location before and loved my experience), hers turned out perfect but mine not so much. It was my artists first time doing a finger tattoo which is fine and he was really nice. He informed me of fading over time which I already knew because I have another finger tattoo. My issue is that not even 3 weeks later it didn’t look good. It’s supposed to be a scorpion and I could tell when the scab was falling off that there were parts missing (almost as if he didn’t go over it enough). I followed all the proper instructions for after care as well. I sent an email to chronic ink and the manger asked if he could call me. I spoke to Ryan and he said that I could have a free touch up but would have to wait till it was fully healed as they couldn’t work on it while it was still healing. I called back to book in again and they informed me that Ryan doesn’t work there anymore and because he said it over the phone and that there was no proof they aren’t going to do anything. This upsets me because now I have to find a way to get this covered or removed. Especially because it wasn’t a cheap tattoo and I tipped. I’ll attach photos of the email I sent them, the tattoo when scabbed, the tattoo now, and my other finger tattoo (palm tree) that I got 3 years ago and love! I got it done by a different artist in Australia. I will never make the 2 hour drive to get a tattoo by them again. I regret referring people there as well.

Expérience fantastique: Over the course of just three weeks, I had my first and third lobes pierced at Chronic Ink and had the best experience with Zara the piercer! I had gotten my second lobes done out of town on a whim with my friends and the other place wasn't super professional and used steel. I was uncomfortable with the steel in my ear and went back to Zara the next week. She so kindly swapped them out for a really nice titanium stud, and also did my third lobes on the spot with a beautiful star. She made the experience comfortable, low pain, and answered all my questions. So grateful!!

Expérience fantastique: This is the most welcoming tattoo shop I have ever been to. Despite not having any visible tattoos, I was greeted warmly when I entered. The shop is clean, quiet with tranquil music in the background. I also witnessed my artist, Tommy, sanitizing his station many times throughout the appointment. He was very patient with stenciling my design and getting the placement and details just right! We even made last minute touch-ups after we were done. He also explained the entire process to me and even stopped for breaks when I needed them. I will definitely be returning!

I was inquiring about my first tattoos, and Janet (the person I was talking to over the phone) was such a pleasant and kind person to speak to. She was very quick to help me get going on planning and get my ideas sorted before heading into the shop. I look forward to working with the Chronic Ink team at this location! UPDATE: since my original review, I’ve gotten 5 tattoos by Kris! She created such a safe and inclusive space and I’m so happy with all the pieces I’ve gotten from her. I’ll definitely be going back!

Expérience négative: Is it fair to rate a business even if you haven't been to them? I post this because I have sent in form inquiries since last summer & then another a month ago with no responses. I've phoned and was just directed to fill the form online. I've been following you forever & been wanting to get a tattoo. I love Karen's and Zeke's work specifically. I get it that you're one of the highest quality & most popular tattoo shops out there. I have never encountered though such bad customer service. It's very unprofessional the fact that no one ever replies. A mere "we'll get back to you in a few days" would suffice. Though I am so disappointed I won't get a tattoo with you, I'm 100% certain there are other companies out there who would want my business. It's really sad but it is what it is. So thanks for nothing!

Expérience fantastique: Just got a wolf and a bluejay piece half sleeve done with george. I wont lie I was a little hesitant but when I seen his work I knew it was quality and then he finished my half sleeve in one session while it still looked amazing on a darker skin tone, this location was very comfortable and a clean environment. I would recommend anyone to get their realism done with george!

First and foremost I was extremely nervous because it was my first tattoo, however as soon as I entered the location the staff was extremely friendly and chill the environment was amazing with really great energy. Expérience fantastique: I just had my ears double pierced at Chronic Ink on Eglinton. The staff were SO great; approachable, friendly, accommodating!! I stupidly showed up on the wrong Sunday (a week early!) but they took me anyways, and were really nice about it. I had Zara pierce my lobes, she made me feel instantly comfortable and was very personable. The piercings are well positioned, and the experience was very comfortable. I may not have gotten the most adventurous of services, but I would feel comfortable going back for something more complicated in the future. Overall a great experience!

Expérience fantastique: I got my tattoo done by Patrick a few weeks ago, and he was a pretty chill guy. Patrick is an amazing artist - he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the tattoo, made sure I was okay with the placement and size of it, and took the time to alter the design with some different ideas he had come up with the day of. Expérience positive: Had my conch and helix pierced here today by Tzara. She was professional, the studio was clean and felt safe, and I love my new piercings. I also really loved the range of jewellery I had to choose from for my piercings. I got a really beautiful Buddha Jewellery piece for my helix. Only downside (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was I originally booked for the Downtown location as it is just around the corner from my condo, and was only told 2.5 hours before my appointment that the piercer wasn't in that day and I had to go to another location. More notice would have been appreciated. But that's on the downtown location, not this one. Overall, pretty happy and would come back for next piercings.

Expérience fantastique: Got my first tattoo back in December 2018, it was done by Alison and it turned out amazing. Her skill and suggestions made my whole experience at Chronic Ink amazing. The healing process was fast with the advice give by the staff at the front desk.

Expérience positive: This is an edit to my previous 2 star review. I had originally gone in to get a very small tattoo behind my ear to indicate which ear I'm deaf in as my friends often forget and now I don't have to remind them. I figured while I was in I'd get another simple tattoo I have retouched as the colours fade over time. When I initially went in, I had been given 2 quotes for my tattoos that I misunderstood to be hourly rates. They added up to a price that I felt was unfair, which was the major motivator behind my previous review. Since then, a member of the Chronic Ink team reached out to me and said there had been a misunderstanding that lead that lead to the price being calculated as 2 separate tattoo visits, instead of 1 visit using the same supplies. As such, he helped process a partial refund bringing the total cost down to something that felt much more reasonable. He also offered me a discount should I choose to return for another tattoo in the future. The manner in which this was handled was very professional, and made me feel that I should adjust this review to be a more positive one as this issue could simply have been ignored. I will likely return to the shop in the future with a fresh slate and I would say I can recommend this place to others as they certainly do care about the experience their customers have.

Expérience fantastique: Been to the studio 3 times now and every time I've had a lovely experience. The staff and artists are super pleasant and the overall atmosphere is incredibly positive. I've worked with Kris 3 times now, and am so happy with all 3 tattoos I have by her. Would definitely recommend both the shop, and especially Kris if you're looking to have a super positive and pleasant tattooing experience by an incredibly talented artist :)

I came across Ethan's page and fell in love with his designs. I decided to finally pull the trigger and get my first tattoo with Ethan. It was a decision that I definitely do not regret! My overall experience was wonderful. Ethan was professional, very friendly, and I appreciated his great attention to detail. You could tell that he takes great pride in his work as he wanted to ensure the tattoo was perfect. I will certainly come to him again for my next tattoo. I highly recommend Ethan!

Expérience fantastique: I had been mulling over getting a tattoo for about 2 years but just could not decide on a style or design that I thought I would be truly happy with putting on my body permanently. I had heard and read a lot of good reviews on Chronic Ink so I began to follow them and a few of their artists on Instagram with the intention that perhaps I would see something I liked and finally follow through with getting my first tattoo. In late October of this year, a piece finally came across my feed that I could not get out of my head that was up for grabs. That evening I messaged the artist who posted the piece (Ethan) and asked if it was still available, and to my surprise, it still was! I took this as a sign that it was finally time to book my first tattoo! The booking process was seamless and I had an appointment booked approximately a month after my initial contact with Ethan. When I arrived for my appointment, all the staff were helpful and friendly. They were quick to greet me and advised me to make myself comfortable while Ethan set up his station. The shop was very clean and inviting. Great first impression! This being my first experience with getting a tattoo, I was pretty nervous going into it, but Ethan made the experience a breeze and my nerves subsided quickly! He was super friendly and it was easy to tell that he is a true professional and takes great pride in his work. His passion for tattooing was palpable! When we finished he made sure to explain the proper aftercare procedures and let me know what I should and shouldn't do to make sure my tattoo heals properly and asked me if I had any other questions. They also provide you with a 'quick tip' pamphlet when you leave to ensure you do all you can to keep your tattoo looking as good as possible. This is perfect for anyone who is the new kid on the block when it comes to getting a tattoo :) Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Chronic Ink! I am super happy with the way my tattoo turned out! This may have been my first experience but I can confidently say it will not be my last. Thank you Chronic Ink!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Honestly, I had the best experience at Chronic Ink. I was nervous about getting my first tattoo. Christine was patient and answered all of my questions before I had the tattoo. She was flexible when I wanted to make minor adjustments to her design. The actual process was pain free. I was scared that it was going to hurt and it just felt like scratching. After the procedure was done, she put on this special bandage that they use for burns. She told me to keep it on for a week and then peel it off in a week. I did not bleed. I did not scab and I was able to show off the tattoo one week after getting it. She even answered questions after the procedure was done. It was the best experience and Christine is a talented artist. My tattoo is stunning and personal. I have recommended her to all my friends and if/when I get another tattoo, I am definitely coming back to her! Thanks so much Shafily Dupre

Expérience négative: Horrible place. -5 stars if I could. Not only did the worker who was doing the piercing lie about wait time, saying she'd be back in 5 minutes and return in 45. But she had the worst attitude while doing the piercing as well. I've heard their prices are absurd, but I thought they should have excellent quality for such high prices. Boy was I completely wrong. Would've rather gotten my piercings from a flea market than from this worker. The pictures attached below are a visual representation of the scam they are portraying. A paper boat hat for 40$. Really? Hard to believe this place has won so many awards.

Expérience fantastique: Chronic Ink is an awesome shop. They have the best artists and they are all super nice. I had a great experience with my artist Tommy. I wanted a traditional Chinese Phoenix tattoo. Tommy was awesome. Such a great artist. My tattoo looks amazing. 2 more sessions to go. I can't wait to get back there. Definitely a gem in Toronto. I would 100 percent recommend this place. Two thumbs up!!

Although his english is not great we communicated through a google translator. If you are looking for realism book asap as you don’t want to miss TK! Expérience fantastique: Got my first tattoo here, done by Amber. I'm only 16 so I was expecting a little bit of judgement from employees, but it was extremely welcoming. Everyone there was very nice and engaging. Amber did great, I felt extremely comfortable with her and she completely blew my mind and exceeded my expectations with the tattoo. Healing has been going well. They are very clear with aftercare instructions. Overall, amazing experience.

Expérience fantastique: I have been here twice to get piercings. Three helix and one forward helix. Both times, I had to call ahead before going because the piercer isn't always scheduled to work. The piercer was patient, knowledgeable and helped me find the jewellery I was looking for. He also helped me find alternative options when the industrial piercing I wanted wasn't going to work out aesthetically. The room where the piercing work is done is small, sterile and brightly lit. The piercer was meticulous and careful in his work. The end result was fantastic. I plan to go back a third time because my ears don't have enough holes yet.

Expérience fantastique: Dropped in with my girl to get a nose piercing and first tattoo, respectively. Each of our artists were warm and friendly, and full of information. No pressure, a really relaxed vibe and had a great time. A wee bit pricey for me but I got a rose gold 14k piercing to ensure I would have 0 issues. No infections or anything of the sort, and the procedure was explained to me in detail as it was done! If I do my other side, I'd definitely go back here.

Expérience fantastique: My tattoo experience with Ted Kim was really amazing. Ted works steadily and efficiently, but doesn't rush. He's very professional, and takes great pride in his work. Ted spent the last hour of my 6.5 hour sitting going over every last detail until he was satisfied that my tattoo was complete. It had gotten late, everyone else was finished for the day, the studio was pretty much closed, and Ted was still working! Through my consultation with Howard, and then Ted, I got exactly the tattoo I wanted. The staff at the Eglinton location was also really great, periodically checking in on me with offers of tea or coffee. Chronic Ink is a very professional outfit, and in my opinion has earned the reputation as the best tattoo studio in Toronto.

Expérience fantastique: Been tattooed 3 times now, with more booked for the future, by one of their current apprentices, Kris, who does exceptional work. Seeing how she does colour packing, linework, and needle selection better than some pro-tattooers I know just showcases that Chronic Ink is a wonderful and professional shop with a great artist training program. Also, the more experienced staff members who occasionally wander over to watch and give advice are always quite kind and helpful, which is nice to see. Over all, I would definitely recommend Chronic Ink, especially this location, and suggest it is one of the best shops in the city. My only complaint is that some of the staff here like to play videos/music out loud on their phones/tablets despite the radio playing over the shop speakers - this creates an environment with a lot of competing sounds.

Expérience fantastique: I have gotten three tattoos here over the last few years. The shop is spotless, the artists are some of the most talented in the country, the management runs smoothly. I've had a couple of mix ups with the shop in the past. Both times that these more unfortunate things happened I feel like the team handled it very well. Ian was fantastic with my tragus piercing, it was painless!!! Great recommendations for my conch piercing which will be with Ian hopefully in the next couple of weeks. I was also able to set up a consultation for my first tattoo! Overall experience was 10/10!

Expérience fantastique: Got my tattoo done in early October, so this review is well overdue. Despite rescheduling and then going back to my original appointment they were quick to answer and very accommodating to me. Ethan did my shoulder piece and I literally fell asleep on the table (sorry Ethan I know I shouldn't have lol), even though I have a damaged rotator cuff in a section where he tattooed. He was so gentle and I have two other tattoos from a different artist (not at chronic ink) that had me sweating and shaking from how painful they were. The healing was easy and the tattoo looks amazing, I get compliments on it constantly. It is a very timeless piece that will last for a very long time, that I am sure of it. I also got some peircing advice on a peircing I was having issues with while I was there. Overall, very professional staff, very skilled employees and a warm welcoming environment. I will be coming back for other pieces in the future!

I went in for a walk-in consultation, and was seen right away. I ended up getting a lovely small piece later that day from Jeff, who did a fantastic job and made my first tattoo experience non-intimidating and a breeze. The customer service is also on point (shoutout to Payam!), which I really appreciate. I'm looking forward to coming back for more in the future. 11/10.

Expérience fantastique: This location was great, people were friendly when you first enter the building. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. The people make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. The work itself is beautiful, Christine did my tattoo and was super friendly and did amazing work! Things are pricey keep this in mind, but you pay for the quality of work you get, and this place is quality!

Expérience positive: I got my ears pierced at Chronic Ink on Sept 2, 2018. I got my second lobes and a helix done. I was very pleased with service I received at this establishment. I was confident in my piercers (Ian) knowledge and abilities by the way he answered my questions and provided information. The shop is incredibly clean and unlike many other tattoo shops, i was not intimidated by the atmosphere. After everything, including the service, jewelry and aftercare my total was almost $300. Although the service was amazing, I do believe they are very over priced. Since I am only 13, I was extremely nervous to get these piercings but I wanted them so badly. I am glad I went to Chronic Ink because they made my experience great. The staff was kind and informative. And I once again have to commend the cleanliness of the establishment. Chronic Ink is excellent but make sure you in the position to spend a good chunk money

My tattoo was done by a guest artist they were featuring at the time, Mumi, who did an absolutely phenomenal job on my tattoo. She was very gentle and took her time, made sure I was happy with the design and if I was doing well during the process, which I greatly appreciated. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with everything, and I'll definitely be coming back to Chronic for my future tattoos!
