Experiencia negativa: I went in on 02-23-26, a Monday and got help from Jonah in reference to a cover-up I wanted done. We worked together well and eventually we got an appointment set up for the following Tuesday, 03-03-26 with a design selected. He took a stencil and said he would start working on it. I paid a deposit and watched him schedule the appointment. I texted him a few days later, and he didn't seem to remember who I was and I had to remind him. By Friday of that same week, I asked how the design was looking and he told me he doesn't have anything prepared and he would just draw the design we discussed the day of my appointment, but he told me that he would be busy with walk-ins prior to my appointment. I tried to work with him, but ended up requesting cancelation after it was clear that this wasn't going to turn out well or with any meaningful preparation. He decided to just keep my money despite not working on my design.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to get a peircing and Karen is definitely just a pro.. She's patient and kind. She was so welcoming. Her work is flawless I'll never let anyone else peirce me! Only complaint was of all the workers there she was the only one tending to every new person walking in. so many workers there that day but as people walked in she was the only one welcoming them in and getting their paperwork started so they don't just feel not welcomed and leave. The room was filling up and she was the only one helping and tending. It just makes the wait longer for everyone. I just remembered feeling bad for her it seemed overwhelming but she handled well. Anyway! We will definitely be back. I'll call before to make sure Karen is working first.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I went in for our mother/daughter tattoos. She got my birth flower, I got hers. We were right next to each other. The staff were professional, the designs were drawn beautifully from our pictures on our phones, hardly any redness the next day. Honestly, they look so perfect that they almost look fake, like I could just peel them off. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a tattoo. Also, didn’t hurt as much as other tattoos I have gotten in the past.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here to get my belly button pierced after having a pretty bad experience at another tattoo place about a month before. With that being said, I was very nervous and worried something would go wrong. However, the awesome lady who pierced me, Karen, was beyond amazing!! She reassured me, explained to me everything I needed to know, and did everything she could calm my nerves. The piercing came out great with no issues, very quick and pretty painless! She even took the time, using her own materials, to explain exactly what went wrong at the previous shop I had tried to get my piercing done originally. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re nervous. You can tell she knows what she is doing and you will be in great hands!

He did a wonderful job with the piece but was also very conversational and chill; the visit certainly sped by and was very reasonably priced as well. They were so cool and had such an amazing energy that really helped make the whole experience comfortable and fun I'm in love with the tattoo as it just happened to be perfect commemoration for my dad's passing last year, and it looks incredible, will update healed pictures in a few months (if I remember lol) Love this shop, will definitely come back for future work 100%!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in with my friend and I got my eyebrow pierced and my friend got a tattoo and lobes pierced. Karen did such a good job on our piercings, it was so fast it felt like it was done in an instant. Neil did my friends tattoo and it turned out so good, made sure my friend was real comfortable for his first tattoo. The shop was super clean and they were all so incredibly kind. Highly highly recommend, I am from out of town but will definitely be back.

He does not have a heavy hand, which was awesome since the tattoo was on my foot, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The healing process was the best, little to no pain or soreness after and the quality of line work was perfect. Thanks so much Chad!! Will be back to him for future tattoos

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very professional and the place is very clean! We have been a hand full of times to just check put the facility and vibe. There were always people there waiting, but the mode was upbeat and no one was complaining. The waiting area is very small, but they do have 2 very comfy and large chairs. The last 2 times we went it was to get piercings. And there was a short wait but only because they needed to clean and sterile the equipment. I surely dont mind waiting for that! Once we went in the back, the piercer was great at easing any anxiety and maintained a professional aura. She obviously knows what she is doing and seems to be very good at it! We couldnt have asked for things to have gone better! We will return!

I read on other reviews a few people saying they weren’t high energy and friendly, it’s a tattoo and piercing shop, I would really hope my artist would be chill and laid back, clear minded, and not make me feel like someone is in my face pushing things Iike most of these other sales and cosmetic places do. They did not push me into anything or try to up sale, or anything. It was super chilled and laid back , they were really nice and down to earth, and I was able to relax a bunch with just the awesome atmosphere the shop had about it! My nose is a bit wonky shaped and she made sure to correct the piercing and re did it straight before letting it go like that. Definitely takes pride in her work and extremely professional. I got a bit nervous for two of the piercings because they are in very sensitive areas, and they made me feel extremely comfortable and hyped me up the whole time. She did an awesome job and made sure I was okay multiple times throughout the process. Thanks so much!!!!

Experiencia negativa: i am so mad! my daughter is 15 and extremely responsible and the piercer still had the audacity to turn her down with a parents consent. the reason this was said was because she said her “morals” didn’t agree with it and what she really meant was that she didn’t want a bad thing said to her name since my daughter was “too young and not responsible” even though that is my thing to decide. i am highly disappointed and will NEVER be returning. also didn’t help that i tried calling multiple times and they NEVER ANSWER!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Punch at AAA back in May and she did my third lobe piercings and my second nostril piercing. She did an amazing job with the piercings themselves as it was a relatively painless process. She also helped me pick out some jewelry that fit the vibe I was going for. Today I went back to her to have her check out my lobe piercings since they were bothering me. I was nervous to go because I didn’t want to be embarrassed if something weird was going on with them. Well I shouldn’t have been nervous at all because Punch did a great job at explaining to me what I needed to change in my care routine and what was going on with the piercings without making me feel silly! She changed the post on one of my earrings and assured me that nothing was going on to be too concerned about. I definitely recommend going to her for your piercings not only because she is a great piercer, but because she is very friendly and makes the process a lot less intimidating! Plus, I think it’s great to get a service from someone who is approachable and that you know you can reach out to if you have questions or need help!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! I'd been thinking about a conch piercing for a few months and finally called to look into it after the piercers at AAA were recommended. When I called I spoke with Amanda, who answered my questions quickly and confidently, and when I got there she walked me through it and talked to me at each step to explain what was going to happen. I was worried about the level of pain involved, and she compared it to a shot. That was pretty accurate, especially since pain is subjective. Now that I've done it, is compare it to a cortisone shot or a really hard pinch. Before and after me she also took her time to clean and sanitize her station. Base price + jewelry was very reasonable. Other staff I spoke with were also friendly. If you tend to vagal out during shots and stuff, just let them know and they'll work with you. Hopefully I'll be back soon for my first tattoo!

Got a simple and stunning stud for my nose and directions to take care of it! Afterwards I was treated as a walk in on off time and got a beautiful tattoo with Danny. I walked in with a custom design and he very carefully walked me through adjustments and after finishing up walked me through after care! Prices were wonderful! 60 for my stud piercing and 80 for my tattoo! Definitely recommend these guys for your tattoo and piercing plans!!

It smelled great, she explained everything that was happening, and it was only $40. My nose healed perfectly with no issues and I even came back and got my nose ring put in 8 months later!

Experiencia fantástica: Last week I went to AAA to repierce my doubles (which had closed up due to infection years ago) and add triples. Amanda was my piercer, and I literally could not have asked for a better experience. One of the original piercings in my lobe which I stupidly got done at Claire's like a decade ago (#RIP) was WAY too low -- not only making the two lobe piercings lopsided, but this one was almost guaranteed to tear down the line if I continued to wear heavy earrings. Amanda kindly offered to fix this piercing by adding a new one so that I wouldn't have to worry about a tear down the line, but also so that the two additional piercings I was planning to get in each ear could be lined up as evenly as possibly and parallel with each other. She took extra time to line everything up correctly and did a more than fantastic job. She was super helpful & informative throughout the entire process and also just so damn kind! It's been a week, and I've had absolutely no issues with any of the 5 new piercings so far. 6 stars! 11/10! Would absolutely recommend Amanda and AAA!
