Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Claire through Instagram and had very clear and quick responses. The shop was clean and organized. Claire was gentle and I hardly felt the needles, even though my tattoo was in a relatively sensitive area. There was the perfect amount of communication; we spoke briefly to get to know each other while the tattoo started, but much of the time was quiet. The tattoo I got was relatively complicated but Claire handled it with ease and grace. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve gotten 2 tattoos here. One is beautiful (done by an artist who has since left Ink Ink) and the other is terrible. I felt pushed to do things I didn’t want to do. Claire (who is not a color or realism artist) was assigned to me the day of to do a flower piece with a small amount of font. I sent pictures to the studio ahead of time so they could see what I wanted. Instead of taking that as inspiration and making an original piece, Claire printed out the stock photos layered them on top of each other and called it a day. She also insisted It was impossible to do the font the way I asked for even though I sent pictures. The end result was a mashed up mess with one stem of four separate flowers (one of which you can barely tell is a flower). Also, she used weird neon colors that we didn’t agree to. I hated it before I even left the building. The worst part is that I finally decided to just get it removed and was told that, because of the way she mixed almost every color with white, it cannot be removed. It’s also too big to be covered up. I cannot comment on Kelsey or her work but I would never ever trust Claire to do another tattoo ever again. TLDR: I got a lazy, ugly tattoo that wasn’t what I asked for and it’s stuck on my forearm for the rest of my life because it can’t be covered or removed.

Kelsey is so incredibly talented!!! I am blessed to have a peace of art that is beautiful and meaningful from Kelsey. She truly cares about her work and people.

Experiencia fantástica: Kelsey is one of the kindest and most professional tattoo artists I've ever worked with. She's warm and easy to talk to, not to mention she is insanely talented to boot. I got lucky enough to get a last minute appointment after the studio renovation. It's not finished yet, but she got a beautiful start to my sunflower to represent my sister. It's gorgeous, and I can't wait to collaborate with Kelsey on another.

I was lucky enough (patient enough) to get a 3/4 sleeve by the shops owner Kelsey. Not only was her work next level, so was the entire experience. From great communication and planning to chatting and getting to know all the other staff and artist while I was there for multiple day sessions. They even helped me out with my after care when I got stranded in town for a few extra days due to some car issues. I can not say enough good things about Ink Ink, the owner, the staff and the all around amazing experience I had. I'll definitely be back again for more amazing work and I recommend you all do to.

Experiencia fantástica: After years of searching and not commiting to an artist, I stumbled upon Kelsey at InkInk through Instagram. I have never spent time with a more talented, compassionate, and driven artist, who truly loves what they do. I requested birth flowers for my three boys. Seems simple.. Flowers sound simple, but quite frankly, many artists cannot do what Kelsey does, color realism. Before finding her work, I saw a hundred pictures of what I knew didn’t want, something that looked like a cartoon or a two dimensional flower. I felt defeated and like Noone could put my dreams into reality. So I flew to Missouri! My half sleeve is my largest piece of art work. I was incredibly nervous, Kelsey answered all my questions and reassured that she would walk me through the tattoo. Additionally, my original flight to Missouri was delayed by an entire day. Kelsey was patient and understanding. I was beside myself until I landed and met her in person. I had an immediate sense of relief that I chose her to be my tattooist. She worked with the time we had that evening, creating the design until 10pm. The next day, tattooing me the entire day the following day we took frequent breaks and the conversation just flowed about work and motherhood. (Another bonus, she’s also a fantastic mom, who also loves being a mom!!) then was able to rebook the day we missed out on, and met her in New York to finish our project. Kelsey’s work has depth, beauty and layers of color. I have MORE than a tattoo, I have a work of art that will last me a lifetime. I will definitely see her for more work in the future. A few months ago, I went to get my first portrait tattoo by Kelsey and let me just say, this is the first time I ever cried from just a stencil… For the last 5 years I had been searching for an artist to truly capture my vision for my dog’s portrait. After reaching out to Kelsey, I instantly knew she was the one! My experience with her in her shop was one for the books! When I started talking and getting to know her, it felt like we were already friends just picking up where we left off. Not only did she slay the tattoo, she made me feel at home and welcome. It’s important for me to feel comfortable with the artist that tattoos me as I have been in very uncomfortable situations in the past with other artists. Needless to say, I am so happy to finally have a tattoo of one of my dogs. Yes, the final piece made me cry! It was done so beautifully and is truly remarkable. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I had getting a tattoo from Kelsey. This is a review I have been meaning to post for so long but because of my crazy life and circumstances I am just getting around to it now. Kelsey is so incredibly accommodating for her out of town guests and their pieces. She has multiple options for anyone lucky enough to come to Springfield for tattoos. Luckily I am a few hours away so I even drove home after my full day session. With that being said, Kelsey tattooed my recently deceased, handsome boy dexter, a cat I had in my life for almost 20. She showed immense compassion for my grief and we ended with an absolutely beautiful piece of artwork. I consistently get compliments everywhere I go. People stop me in the street to tell me they've never seen a tattoo that beautifully done. I didn't speak much during my appointment because I was still grieving and I honestly was keeping myself from crying half of the time. Kelsey offered me multiple breaks, entertainment, she even let me use her charger from her tablet so I could be distracted with television while she was working. Her apprentice and the other tattoo artist in her shop regularly laughed and talked alongside myself and Kelsey whenever we were talking. Her shop was comfortable, immaculate, and such a treat from others I've been to in the past. The seat I sat in was in front of a giant window with all the sunshine making it a much more positive experience for me. There is so much talent in that shop and I cannot wait to go back and finish my sleeve.

I love going different tattoo shop to get tattoo so I decided try this place since u make me feel disrespected by hang out twice for no reason I’m not sure why. See like whoever that person have hard time I do understand trust me because my job make me frustrated and I has to deal with it so if u want get money to make sure your child have food on table get it instead been rude. I’m give you another chance to fix the attitude if not then forget it. Because that not how business go up with that attitude. Hope you all get better from whatever problems you have. Experiencia negativa: didn’t even have an issue. my mom and step dad got covid so they couldn’t come with me to get my tattoo since i’m a couple months shy of 18 so i need a legal guardian there. i was asking some questions about my deposit and i don’t know who i’ve been emailing but i asked if i rescheduled if i would have to pay another deposit and all i was responded with was “yep” just seemed a little unprofessional. they were nice the rest of the time though

Experiencia fantástica: Devyn did an amazing job today doing a Hamlet themed shoulder tattoo of a cat with a skull. Great detail with excellent shadowing and just the right splash of color. She was friendly and easy to work with. Absolutely awesome! I don’t understand all the negative reviews as my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Perhaps many of the negative reviews were from those who were upset about losing their deposits after canceling right before their appointment. These are lovey, very talented artists. If you’re in the market for a tattoo, please give this business your consideration.

Experiencia negativa: I was so excited to get a booking with Maddie. Then all of a sudden have someone else e-mailing me about cost, it couldn’t be done in Springfield it would have to be in Branson and month would have to change. It was like I was having two conversations with different people. Then she said I had to pay my deposit right then or they would give my day away. Which I would have done. But NOW you acknowledge I had my 8 hour appointment already scheduled in October??? Tonight I feel like a kid on Christmas Day and Santa didn’t fill my stocking.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister and I saw Maddie to have a touch up done on the heart on the left and to get a replica of the tattoo my Mom had (right side). I went all in and also got and arm band tat that day as well. Maddie was very professional, welcoming, and personable. Most of all, all three of my pieces look amazing! My only complaint was that scheduling was a bit challenging due to having to schedule only through email. Other than that the parlor is incredible and I loved supporting an all female staff/business.

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I went in to get piercings. They did great for both of our belly buttons but the eyebrow ring is not so great. They pierced it straight up and down instead of to the side, which I thought was a little strange. Now its VERY infected and has been for about 2 months but they screwed on the ball so tight that I, nor anyone else, can get it off. When I messaged them and asked about it they said it looked fine and to keep cleaning it. It just keeps getting worse. Im not sure if its because of placement, lack of hygiene or an allergic reaction. No matter the case. I still cannot get it out of my face.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a tattoo from Mariah today and I am blown away by how it turned out! She seriously exceeded my expectations and gave me a tattoo that I'm really proud to have. Not only is she a great artist but she was so gentle and light handed, the whole process was oddly relaxing and I actually was in and out of sleep throughout the whole tattoo. I feel like she would be great for someone getting their first tattoo. I have two additional appointments with her to finish up my arm and I don't think I'll ever go to anyone else. Every artist at Ink Ink is phenomenal, you can't go wrong with any of them. They all have seriously impressive portfolios. But if you're looking for something bold, bright and colorful definitely check out Mariah!

Experiencia negativa: Contacted this business trying to find a new tattoo artist after moving to the area. After giving "someone" on the other end of their email a very basic tattoo design and being told "well she can't do that" and "she doesnt specialize in that" we were told to go somewhere else Never in my life have I been to a tattoo shop that run their clients away and show absolutely zero interest in working with people. I guess the rating of 2 properly reflects this shop. I would not waste my time here.

Experiencia fantástica: The place was in like a sketchy looking part of town but inside it was incredibly clean. they were the only place who could do walk-ins for piercings. we got checked in and pierced in no time. The price was great for the value, and the piercer we had was really professional. It was my first piercing but my friends say she was so much better than other piercers they had gone to. will 1000% go back again when i’m ready for another piercing or another tattoo

Experiencia negativa: My wife and daughter both went here for nose piercings. They charged $100 each, put the piercings lower than they wanted and claimed they couldn’t use a hoop for the initial piercing. Go to Kaleidoscope, save some money and be happy.

Worked directly with Devyn who was very professional and really took the time to make sure all of us got exactly what we wanted. She was very personable, professional, and did great work, even staying late to get us all done. Very impressed all the way around! Would highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Critical: Professionalism, Quality VERY poor quality done by Devyn at the Branson location but she also works in Springfield. I was supposed to get a solid black band that faded as it went up my ankle. It was supposed to cover up a thinner band tat that I had gotten done years ago. After a couple of weeks you could see all sorts of streaks in the tattoo and you could see the old tattoo under it. I sent in pictures along with an email and eventually went back to have it touched up. After trying to touch it up Devyn asked me to look it over and see what I thought. As I looked I could still see many streaks and this seemed to frustrate her. She did a little more touching up and then told me that she was done and that if any other touch up needed to be done it would not be free. Where I come from if someone pays you to do a job and you mess it up you redo it.. if it's still not right you redo it again at your own expense and you continue this process until it is finally completed correctly with no extra expense to your customer. It has been 2 weeks since her touch up and the tat looks horrible.. you can still see streaks throughout the entire tattoo and you can still see the old tattoo underneath.. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone at all... In fact I will discourage anyone I can from going there if I hear they are looking for a tattoo.

Experiencia negativa: Got a tattoo here almost two years ago when they were doing the $15 a word deal. The experience was decent. I recently noticed that one of the letters is fading on my back. I understand that I came during a busy event but it is extremely frustrating that I already have to get the tattoo redone after such a short amount of time. I will not be back. **Update: I have other tattoos that I got before this one that aren’t faded so the response from management is b.s.

Experiencia fantástica: Y'all are complaining about price and quality of work. Then on the other hand y'all are saying "I was there for 3 hours and paid 150 dollar and other places would of charged me 75 bucks for the same tattoo". I would love to see what a 3 hour 75 dollar tattoo would look like. I dont touch anyone for no less then 150 to 200 an hour. So if you was in my chair I would of charged you 600 for 3 hours. Good tattoos cost money poor quality tattoos is cheap. I've personally havent gotten a tattoo here yet but now after reading these comments I may have to go visit Springfield to get a tattoo.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Ink Ink to get a tattoo for my birthday in December. I emailed them from the contact page on their website and got a response within thirty minutes. When I got to the appointment, the staff was very welcoming and Ephanie, the artist for my tattoo, got right to sketching the stencil. The tattoo came out perfect. This was a great first tattoo experience.

Experiencia negativa: I set up a tattoo appointment and had an emergency to where I had to cancel/reschedule, and they told me i could not reschedule because it was too close to time and they wouldn’t refund me for my deposit I made. I am extremely upset. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have both gotten ink from INk INk and we are VERY pleased with our experience we have had. I am currently working on a sleeve and Kelsey, who is doing my tattoo, is a wonderful person to have doing a sleeve. All the girls have made me feel at home when i have walked in until the time i have walked out. I still have a couple more sessions to have done at this time but i do look forward the the sessions and can not wait to have this amazing piece finished that Kelsey has started. The store has been clean, along with the bathroom and very presentable every time i have walked in. The shop does not give off the "intimidating" tattoo shop feel. Its very open, and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Please, PLEASE don't let the negative reviews color your decision to visit these ladies! Having been to them twice myself, it seems many of these reviews are passing judgment without personal experience. I'm quite picky, and researched artists and shops in the area extensively before finally settling here. Their artwork quality is just second to none. Both the Springfield and Branson shops are pristine and welcoming, and everyone is so skilled at what they do. Claire is amazing- she did my second tattoo today, and it's just beyond perfect!! They make sure you're educated in tattoo aftercare and have everything you need for that, as well. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!! If you're considering visiting them but are concerned about some reviews, take it from a repeat customer- do yourself a favor and GO see for yourself! I haven't regretted it and you won't, either!

Experiencia negativa: Went and got a piercing yesterday and it was so crooked that I was in excruciating pain. I took it out last night and half of my tongue is still numb and has no feeling . I do not recommend going to this shop for your body modifications. When I called the next day to get a refund the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said I should of called yesterday (after they closed because I was one of the last people in there). The woman who did my piercing is not good at her job. After looking at some of her other work after the fact I realized that her other piercings are very crooked and her tattoo work is very sloppy. Please be careful of who you let help you there.

They were very prompt in reaching out to me, and I sent in a few pics of what I liked. They paired me with the perfect artist for the style I wanted and got me in that same evening. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve spent about two weeks looking for a tattoo artist that’ll listen, and Claire did just that! The previous artist at another location tried convincing me into something 3x bigger and my entire arm and then proceeded to make fun of what I wanted. My boyfriend’s sister sent me a profile of another Ink Ink artist, but she said she couldn’t do a cover up (which I respect she didn’t take on something she wasn’t confident in), and had me fill out a form on the website. Claire got back to me immediately the next morning, and she already had a cover up idea and an appointment was set. I had a moon & 13 covered up from a Branson shop that blew out part of the lines with uneven shading, and I work with my hands, and it was embarrassing. Now I’m confident enough to show off my new tattoo. Immediately the day of getting it, we went out to several other places and I received compliments at every store. Thank you, Claire, for this boost of confidence. I’ll definitely be back for a few more tattoos.

Experiencia negativa: I got a lady bug tattoo from here, the shop in Springfield the girl who was suppose to do mine ran out of time because she had a piercing to do luckily Kelsey did mine. My other 2 friends who got tattoos here from a different artist the one who did the piercing ( I’m gonna assume an apprentice) they turned out horrible. One friend got a yin yang sign the lines were shaking and uneven and she forgot to fill in one of the circles on the white half of it. My other friend got a zodiac constellation which is just lines but they were also very shaking and out of place like not straight in the slightest. you could tell she just didn’t take her time. My tattoo was more interact then both of there’s so I’m very thankful she didn’t do it because I can only imagine what that would’ve turned out like. The shop atmosphere is nice tho and very welcoming. They just should’ve informed my friends that an apprentice or someone who wasn’t good with line work was going to be doing there tattoos that literally only involved line work. I feel bad for them. Not to mention we live 5 hours away and we’re here on vacation so going back would’ve costed more than having someone who couldn’t do it in the first place try to fix it, it wouldn’t be worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Got my son's ears pierced, they were super friendly, they took care of us quickly, she was really sweet with my son, the only thing I didn't like was that they don't use the needle on kids under 12, they use a piercing gun which we had been hoping to avoid. All in all it was great, she took her time making sure they were straight, she got both done in less then a minute, she explained after care well, his ears have healed perfectly, not even any redness or sensitivity

I went in for a cover up with an idea and because of her knowledge and outstanding experience as an artist she created amazingly beautiful design. I could not be more happier that I did my research and found the best tattoo artist. I would definitely recommend Kelsey and the entire Ink Ink staff. They are all so friendly and great!

Experiencia fantástica: Got a rook piercing done today. The shop was pretty friendly, with great music playing. I felt super comfortable, they explained what was going to happen, and then I walked out with a cool new piercing. I want a few more already to go with it. I'm also getting pretty tempted by a first tattoo. Ink Ink is where I will go. A couple days later, I emailed with questions, and received an almost immediate response.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed my ears repierced, so I popped in as a walk-in and Claire had me in & out in under 10 minutes. (True needle piercing, not a gun.) I didn't feel a thing. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm ecstatic about my tattoo I received from Claire. She was SUPER sweet and very easy to talk to. She took my design and my requests/edits and made it into something that I wanted to a "T". It's dainty and her line work is out of this world! SUPER clean and welcoming environment. Love that their aftercare products are all natural, locally sourced. They made sure you were comfortable and no pressure. Highly HIGHLY recommend. I can't brag enough on this place. Due to this experience, it would make getting tats super addictive LOL! xoxo!

Experiencia fantástica: I was kind of nervous to get my dath piercings. Maddie is knowledgeable about her job. She helped me pick out the right jewelry for my needs. She explained the process to me while she was piercing me and explained the after care to me too. I was nervous for no reason. The piercing process went really well. I had little to no pain during and afterwards she did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them for all your piercings.

Experiencia negativa: Most definitely do not recommend Kristen. Scheduled an appointment over a month in advance and multiple emails back & forth regarding a tattoo. The day arrives for appointment and she takes the day off. She transferred our appointment to another artist and did not provide details. The artist she transferred appointment to was awesome and honest that she did not feel comfortable in completing this type of work with the time allotted. Kristen's next available appointment if we wanted to reschedule is not until September. We did not reschedule with her due to same situation may occur, she is unprofessional, unreliable, and showed no respect to us as clients. So, long story short, we waited over a month to be refunded our deposit and sent home without any work done. No one at the shop bothered to call us to let us know that our appointment had been transferred and if we were comfortable with another artist doing the work. I just moved to Springfield and this experience was just awful and I hope is not what is typical of local businesses here.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife came to touch up and add onto an existing tattoo. We were aware of the bad local press from the television show, but their gallery on Instagram displayed some very talented artists. First things first, the atmosphere and ambiance was much more inviting than the other tattoo shops in town. It was clean, the music was at a normal level, and it was bright instead of dark and brooding. They even accounted for seating for me to watch my wife get her tattoo. Normally a seat is shoe horned in, but there were comfortable spots nearby already in place. Secondly, the staff were super kind, positive, and well mannered. The shop was busy but the ladies working here were very kind to everyone. Third, the artist that took care of my wife was very talented and knowledgeable. She listened to my wife's desires and made them come to life. In short, beware of the endless false reviews for InkInk. When you read through them it becomes clear that most of those folks likely have never been in the shop. It's unfortunate that is the case. Though I was skeptical at first, a bit of research made it clear that InkInk is an excellent choice if you want a tattoo in Springfield. I absolutely support this all female led and run business and hope that when you read this and the other reviews that you'll find the truth is that the bad press was unfortunate, but has nothing to do with the quality of work and the service we experienced at InkInk.

I went in with a general idea kindl of last minute, later at night and I was welcomed by Kristen she helped me come up with a great water color design that I love! She did great work and was good company while getting the tattoo! She also but on a medical type sticker over my tattoo to help it heal well, id never seen this before but it's amazing! Only 5 days later and this beautiful piece is almost all the way healed and only getting brighter ! Thank you Soo much Kristen and ink ink! I will be back for many more tattoos! Experiencia negativa: Horrible horrible horrible. I got my tattoo here two years ago and I refuse to show people it, it’s so bad. The lines are uneven and crooked, rounded corners are squared out for whatever reason, the script is crooked and not where it’s supposed to be at all. Two different people (including the owner I’m pretty sure) had to do it because apparently I was uncooperative or they just wanted me out of the store?? The first one who worked on it moved excruciatingly slow, and due to my super low pain tolerance (which I mentioned) I may have yelled the f word a few times, but I didn’t think that would be such a horrible word to say in a tattoo parlor. I was constantly told (not asked) to stop being so loud, which is pretty rude honestly considering how painful it was. Due to this, the second person came by to do it quick, and she moved the way my arm was being held which MORPHED MY SKIN AND THE TATTOO! If my memory is correct, it’s was the OWNER who made the genius decision to change the position i was in, you’d think she’d know better? She also ripped through the tattoo, saying it would hurt less to do it that way. That I understand, but also that means less attention was paid than should have been. The shading is horrible and patchy. The tattoo cost me $145, and after going to multiple artists after the fact, they said the work should’ve only cost me about $70, so I paid twice the amount for not even half the effort. I 100% felt like their only intent was to take my money and get me out of the store ASAP. It’ll cost me about $70 to get it touched up, and a bunch of pain because as I mentioned — super low pain tolerance (and it’s in my rib cage). Skip this place, go somewhere that’ll do GOOD work and charge a fair price for it.

Experiencia negativa: Okay, first time, I called to make an appointment, made one and they waited two days before to ask me what I wanted but only because I called to see if it was even going to happen due to the lack of communication from them, just only to find out that the artist I was assigned to couldn't do what I was wanting and was told to go to a different artist a couple months away. I wanted get a tattoo with my wife and they ruined that experience. So my wife got hers because of not wanting to lose the deposit, but I didn't even get a tattoo since I wanted it to be with her. So I lost my deposit and more importantly a special memory with my wife. The second time, I was communicating with them on Facebook Messenger to get a full back tattoo and was told that they would have an artist contact me...it didn't happen. Response to owner... I get that people have different skill sets, but I waited a month to get a tattoo and they wait 2 days before the appointment time to ask me what I wanted after I inquired about if this was even going to happen, just to only find out that the artist I was assigned to couldn't do that kind of work and to be assigned to another 2 months down the road. It's honestly not a good excuse, which is exactly what it is, an excuse. What you just told me is that your system is flawed and that you need to make it better.

Experiencia negativa: They had an online posting for $500 for eight hours of tattoo work. . Instead when we got there, no one knew anything about that online pricing! !!!!! Go figure.. and instead they wanted Two Grand for a single sleeve.. Talk about a price difference, or should I say false advertising? ?

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are absolute professionals. They are fantastic artists, and good at what they do. I was here with my niece while she got her first tattoo and the artist was excellent. She gave good instructions for after care, and the tattoo looks amazing. I brought my daughter in for her second set of eat piercings. The perfect was awesome and the pricing studio was spotless and well sanitized. Again the order was professional and awesome. Thanks for two awesome experiences.

Experiencia negativa: I had a tattoo done here about 4 years ago. I thought it was great until I got it redone and saw how horrible of a job they did. I have before and after pictures. They were also very rude. And when I tried to post this on their Facebook they deleted it and wouldn't answer my messages.

I had a beautiful wrist tattoo done there quite a while ago that is still gorgeous and gets constant compliments. Go see these ladies when you want quality work at a fair price in a great environment. Wonderful experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't get the review hate. These guys have tattooed both of my wife's arms with no issue. They've probably done 6 or 7 different pieces on her and two on me, and I couldn't be happier. Ink Inc. is my only spot to get tattoos, and for my wife, tattoos and piercings.

Experiencia fantástica: On my birthday Jan 24, a couple years ago I went to Springfield to get a bday tat. Drove a couple places first then heard an ad on the radio for them and thought how cool would it be to be tatted by a girl! So I drove over there and they took me in, even though they were techniquly closed. It ended up being a great experience. It turned out so beautiful and still looks brand new to this day. My others never look brand new after about a year. The girls were great and even got a picture with them. And it happened to be the day their show premiered on tlc. Next tat I get will% be from them. Next piercing for that matter too. Which will be soon. Wanting a couple of dermals. Love you girls. Miss the show. It was great! I’d give 100 stars if they would let me.

Mariah was our artist and she was by far the best artist I have ever dealt with. I love the atmosphere in the shop. Keep up the great work. I will be back for another tat! Experiencia negativa: I got a piercing there, well two. Lets say one is terribly crooked. I was told it was going to be $80 when I went in, went to check out and they said they had told me wrong that it was $110. Then charged me $3 more dollars for using my card, and then I couldn't check out until I left a tip. Will not be going back. They got almost 50 extra bucks out of me and they should have honored what they told me it would be. EDIT: in response to the owner, I picked the jewelry, and was told it was $80. Then After it was all done I was then told it was going to be $110. They should have honored the price I was told when I went in. If I was told the $110 price, I would have went somewhere else. Instead I was told after being pierced. Especially since its chipping now

Experiencia fantástica: My friends and I went to one of their special nights and couldn't be happier with the results. As busy and as late as it was, all the workers were super kind and took great care of us. This is my second piece from Ink Ink and Claire, for sure won't be my last!

Experiencia positiva: Great portfolios. I've been interested in getting another tat for awhile but they were a little pricey for my taste. I compared the cost of the same tat to other places that are equally as good and the cost was half as much. Still a great shop.

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars because not one negative review could produce a photo of a bad tattoo. All the bad reviews are because Ink Ink was a little critical of Springfield in their promo video. Lesson learned, people care about this town we live in and we are trying to #makespringfieldweird but we won't accomplish that if we punish awesome shops like this for exercising their right to speak their mind. Just watch the show on TLC and you'll see for yourself what they can do.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to get a lobe piercing because one of mine had closed up. I didn't have any wait time even though it was a Saturday! My piercer was really cool and inspired a lot of confidence even though I was nervous. One of my studs ended up falling out that evening, so I went back in and she re-did it for free. I tipped her again because she was so great, even though I' m an in-debt college student. 10/10 would recommend!
