Experiencia fantástica: To start, I myself am a tattoo artist, and I've known the owner Michael C for decades as we used to tattoo together for several years so I'm completely unsurprised to see he's running such a top notch #TattooShop. He's always been an amazing artist and a great person outside the shop as well. The work obviously speaks for itself, but customers should also be comforted to know how clean, safe, and sterile the shop will always be as well, with Mike at the helm, as cleanliness and sterility have always been a top priority of his. Also you should know that anyone working there will have to meet his high standards as an artist. In other words, if you need a tattoo in the Irving area, look no further.

Experiencia negativa: "I had put off getting my ear piercings redone for an entire year after they closed up. My previous experience from 15 years ago (pierced at Claire's with a gun ) was so painful that I was genuinely scared. Crystal was great once she showed up for my appt, even as I nervously cringed the whole time. I had absolutely no pain, what so ever, all day!. Update: Ran into piercing questions and now that it is done, there are no answers of the phone during business hours and no vmail set up for 3 weeks! -My rating has dropped since they are not available to answer any questions on their services once you leave... Last Update: Someone Finally answered their business phone. It was Crystal. She said to use a glove to give me friction... What??? -- I could but wouldn't be better to come in for 2 minutes? The piercing only took 5 minutes once she showed up 20 minutes into my appointment. I guess that's how this business chooses to operate..

This was my first ever facial piercing (I got a lip piercing) and it was quick, easy, and amazing experience. I got it done by a diva there and was very chill with me which calmed my nerves down. I’m very pleased with the work and has been healing very well. Would most definitely visit there again if I want to get more things done!

Experiencia fantástica: My spouse and I have been going to Iron Ink for nearly 5 years now and we won’t go anywhere else. The staff is so welcoming and professional. Cary is one of their tattoo artists and her work is phenomenal. People don’t believe that one of my tattoos is a cover up. She’s that good! While I haven’t had a piercing from them, I would definitely still suggest them! We continuously drive from downtown Dallas to go to Iron Ink and will happily do it in the future!

Carolyn was my piercer and she was great she was fast with setting up and talked me through the process as she was piercing. I got my ears pierced, and it wasn't near as painful as I was braced for, I didn't feel ridiculous asking questions, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. It came out exactly how I wished it would. She also asked me if I was still comfortable or needed anything throughout the tattooing process- very accommodating to my needs. I also had a chance to speak with Michael and he is so easy to talk to! Both of them excel in customer service, and I would definitely go back!

Experiencia fantástica: I had several piercings already, the hardware had to be removed prior to a scheduled surgery. After surgery I couldn’t get them back in myself so called Iron Ink after reading their great reviews. The woman on the phone was warm and friendly and suggested that I come in and speak to Donnie. Donnie was professional, kind and patient. I signed waiver, paid and he got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I had pretty much damaged my hardware trying to get it in myself. So he made great recommendations on new options for me and explained why. The shop was clean and the staff professional. I’ll definitely return for more piercing. I had been searching for a new tattoo artist as my artist moved out of state. I’ll def be returning to have Donnie tattoo me. I’m really glad that I found this gem of a shop!

Donni made me feel so welcomed and comfortable getting my nips pierced today. He also allowed my S/O to be in the room with me even though there wasn’t a ton of room it really made me so happy and comfortable….he communicated very well and didn’t make us feel awkward or odd so that’s a HUGE plus for me. My fiancé also was able to get a piercing today and Donni made his first piercing experience wonderful!! P.S What truly won me over is that He kept checking up on me throughout the piercing process and made sure I was doing okay! That truly means so much to me. Thank you so so much Donni. He pierced my nose I loved it so much I came back for a second nose piercing & I am planning on coming back for another nose piercing and tattoos with him. I have vasovagal syncope ( a low blood pressure reaction, basically a vagus nerve reaction due to many factors such as fainting when needles puncture my skin) I was recently diagnosed with a couple of years ago. I thought I could never get another piercing or tattoo again until I met Donnie ..completely changed everything with DR advice and under Donnie’s care/ guidance I’ve been able to get two successful nose piercings with no fainting! I’ve been truly blessed to find somebody that can work around this health issue with Donnie. I’m his customer for life!
