They had a room just for kids with a movie playing and even a stuffed animal to hold. Everyone on the staff was so kind. Matt especially was wonderful. He was patient and reassuring, and talked my daughter through every step and made sure she knew what to expect. He did such a good job, my daughter didn't even flinch when he did the piercings!

We would not have trusted just any piercer to do the angel bites. He took his time, was extremely meticulous about placement and sanitary. One of the few piercing locations I would, without a doubt, return to for all my piercings.

Experiencia fantástica: First let me say that I live in southwest Fort Worth and am not a fan of driving distances to get any service done. However, I can’t say enough positive things about this business. The shop was recommended to me by my granddaughter. She received a piercing here 6months ago. At 75 I decided a third ear piercing was a good birthday present to myself. So I was a bit nervous. I didn’t need to be. Everyone was so kind and reassuring. Matt was the best. He talked me through the whole process and I will always remember his kindness. I was impressed with the shop itself, the decor was interesting and very clean. As I said, I can’t say enough about my experience here. I would gladly recommend The Chosen One to anyone looking for tattoos or piercings. Can’t beat it, and worth the drive!

Front custodian was extremely friendly, and helpful. She complimented my hair:) Piercer is top tier, 10/10 with an amazing setup, chill vibes all around. My daughter got her ears pierced and it was a very safe and professional experience thanks to Matt and Libby, they made my daughter feel at ease, and the place was extremely clean and sterile. We will definitely be going back to get more piercings and it will definitely be my spot of choice if I want to add to my tattoo collection! I wouldn’t recommend going to Claire’s or Ulta, who use piercing guns, which are not sterile and bad for the longevity of the piercing.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to think carefully about where they take their business, as reputation and respect are earned through conduct, not just talent or ratings. Experiencia fantástica: My family and I came in for piercings with Matt, and he was very thorough and efficient. The shop was spotless, and we were very pleased with our experience. They even had a haunted house when we visited, which made our visit even more fun and memorable!

Experiencia negativa: He was late, but that was cool. Things happen. Both guys seemed nice enough, but this was the roughest piercing that I have ever had. Usually it's smooth and the pain is far less than what I made up in my head. This was the most painful piercing that I have ever had. My ear is literally throbbing and hot. I'm going to continue to clean it as instructed and hopefully it works out. But whew...if this pain continues, it'll definitely have to come out.

Getting a tattoo should be a comfortable and respectful experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. When we simply asked about pricing, they actually tried to pick a fight and even attempted to assault us. If you value being treated with basic kindness, I would not recommend this shop. Everyone is so nice and kind.I’ve gone alone and i’ve always felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as i walk through the door. The piercer and owner, Matt, is so kind and gentle when doing piercings. He’s done my lip piercing and he took his time making sure that it would be straight and even with my anatomy. Healing process was really great too. Same thing with my second earlobe piercing, he noticed how my first earlobe piercing (not done by him) was actually higher than standard and he suggested it would be best to use a different type of jewelry to accommodate to the healing process in the area of my piercing. He always cares to makes sure that the piercing will be done right and that you are comfortable and educated about how to take care of it.

And they are very gentle, I got my nose pierced so obviously I was nervous and Matt walked me through it, showed me how to clean it and everything! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and she left feeling beautiful and confident! The shop itself was so clean and very cool! The design was out of this world, so many collectibles.
