Experiencia negativa: Purchased a replacement earring at this shop after having the same earring in my tragus. I purchased a nice gold earring and spent good money on it. I had had my previous earring for more than 10 years. Within one month the earring had fallen out and was lost. I contacted the shop and they did not provide any assistance or hold any accountability.

Experiencia fantástica: Got pierced here with my best friend. We were walk ins and they were so amazing some of the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The piercer was super respectful and made the environment so safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I am beyond upset with my experience at this piercing shop with Bunny and feel it’s important to warn others. What happened to me was careless, reckless, and honestly dangerous. I came in for a tongue piercing. The piercer did not use clamps and instead free-handed the piercing. She pierced my tongue so crooked that it came out the right side of my tongue through the muscle. It was immediately obvious something was very wrong. When I pointed out how insanely crooked it was, we had to completely remove the jewelry and repierce my tongue all over again. After the second piercing, she told me to swallow and warned that I would “taste pennies.” I refused and asked for a cup to spit in instead. I then spit out about half an ounce of blood. This was terrifying and absolutely not handled with the seriousness it deserved. To make matters worse, she used a bar that was far too short for a fresh tongue piercing. My tongue had no room to swell at all. Within 3 days, I was in so much pain that I had to go to a different piercing shop to have the jewelry changed. The piercers there were horrified when they saw my tongue. The bottom is pooled with blood, one entire side is swollen and purple, and the trauma is obvious. I was told that the placement and bar length were extremely unsafe. This woman could have caused nerve damage or facial paralysis. The carelessness in how this piercing was done has left me in immense pain and genuinely worried about whether my tongue will heal properly. And after all of this — the piercing is still crooked. This was not a minor mistake. This was a complete lack of professionalism, proper technique, and concern for client safety. I trusted this shop with my body, and that trust was completely violated. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that takes hygiene, anatomy, and safety seriously.

Experiencia negativa: Got my piercings done here almost a full year ago, my septum, then my two snake bites. I was super scared because I hate needles, but was calmed by the piercers calm demeanor. Went home, just to find my snake bites were VERY uneven. Ended up going to another piercer to get a professional opinion and they said one of them was wayyyyy too close to my lip. The septum is slightly high, but it suits my face structure. Also super overpriced. Don’t remember the exact cost, but it was definitely over $350 -even though they had a deal per each additional piercing you get in a single session.

Today, I was pierced by Danielle, she’s the most amazing manager and I’ve enjoyed interacting with her for years. She did an amazing job, I already liked her personality but her calmness, steadiness, and swift hand made my Medusa (which I was terrified for) go SO smoothly. I was like, that’s it? She really took her time and it’s perfect. Thanks Danielle!!! (And Dylan).

However, her piercer, Bunny, did such an excellent job of keeping her calm and performing her service so professionally that my daughter didn't even feel any pain and left the appointment feeling nothing but excitement. The both treated her with respect and made sure she was taken care of and her needs were met. She was really nervous, and Joe explained everything to her in a way that she could understand and only proceeded when she was ready. He also offered her a break in between her piercings to make sure she was comfortable and ready. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend them if you have a little wanting a piercing.

Experiencia positiva: My cover up is still in the works of getting colored but it is worth it and Desiree is very light handed and her lines are amazing. Would definitely recommend Desiree for a cover up tattoo any day or just a tattoo for that matter. Her price is 120.00 an hour. And yes you have to pay a deposit of 50.00 but that deposit goes towards the tattoo.

Dylan was very kind and patient and didn't try to force anything. She ultimately decided not to get pierced. They were very nice. Experiencia positiva: Most uncomfortable and worse , piercing shop i've ever been to!! Not only was the person at the front highly rude in And also leaving indications of that Even in my bag... I am more upset that I had asked for a double threaded piercing bar and I did not get it i'm looking at it now and i'm looking at the receipt and it's not what I asked for ... Not to mention the whole time.I just felt very, very uncomfortable in this establishment because of the person of front.At the time the piercer themselves was a very amazing person and Made me feel very comfortable.I do think that the person at the front is very quick to judge.And it's easy to tell by the emotions and expressions on their face.I've worked in customer service for 4 plus years.And this is just not how I would handle it ...if I saw my co-worker handle it this way?I would be very disappointed... I'm not saying that the person's Initial , reaction to me walking through the door was rude , just poor customer service all the way around very obvious by facial expressions and body language which usually In my experience with customer service should be hidden .... I've gotten piercings done at 3 or 4 different other piercing shops.And this is the only one where I felt like I was being judged the whole time .... I need my. Piercing downsides, but I'm going to go to someone else. Due to the behaviors of the person working the front ... And!! The fact that I didn't get what I asked For which was pretty clear on My part. ( This felt intentional) I specifically asked for a double Threaded piercing... I had also received suckers in my bags which are called dumb dumbs and I know that you are not supposed to suck on anything.After an oral piercing, for it can cause really bad issues.Therefore feeling that was an indication on them even more so stating their judgments on me !!! I've really never dealt with such petty and back handed customer service Even from a fast food establishment .... Let alone someone who am Allowing to Pierce my body.Yes, I understand the piercer himself was amazing.But when you come into an establishment and that's what you get.It does make you very uncomfortable and nervous ... Not to mention, I am seeing a review.I know it is old, but it does say that they were given a care kit.I was charged for everything including The ball on the bottom of my piercing which is fine because if you totally it up. It comes to what they said, but I am confused as to why some people were given care kits and I was charged ?Maybe it's because they had spent more than I did and if so, understandable, but I just want to say everything that was done to me. In case this person Was doing some form of retaliation or just treating me different for some reason. I understand if this person had a bad day and that was what was going on.But with the indication in the bag it really feels personal Which I could give a damn about but I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through and actually end up Sucking on the suckers, I was given in my bag.It could have been very bad to my piercing and I just hope that doesn't happen to someone else... I have just talked to other people who are more knowledgeable than I and google it There is no clear indication or good reason to back up why they would put this in my bag.Besides the one that I have come to determination today ... pure petty and inmuture mean girl behavior ..... I really can't figure out a good reason.And if there is a good reason please let me know because I don't want to feel this way about this person or the establishment ... But being the experience I had I cannot help it For all the indications and signs point to this And just so you know who was working cause.I'm sure you've multiple people up front ,It was on February 16th at 3:40 PM.Whoever was working that day that is who am referring to And this is honestly so sad.Because i've never had such a Successful and happy piercing.Is just sad that the choice of customer service running the front ruin that for me! I would have totally came back And gotten more...

I found this place and when I booked my consultation, My artist Bella did an amazing job with explaining how it would go down and what I should do after I got the tattoo. I got it on Saturday, November 16th and it is healing really well. Bella did an amazing job on the tattoo. I would 100% recommend her for any American traditional tattoos

It healed really well with no blowout, the colors are still vibrant, and the drawing is superb. I am itching to set up for another appointment when I've filled the piggy bank again. Flicka's art is well worth saving for!

Experiencia negativa: Tattoo guy took over an hour to "set up" when most artists take 5 minutes. I told him I wanted two words in cursive, no regular handwriting. He comes back with 4 or 5 options. Only 1 cursive. Uses a dark purple to write it on my skin. So dark he couldn't tell what he was actually doing on me and the tattoo process took 3 minutes. Went home and washed the purple off to find he barely tattooed me and missed several areas. My Tattoo wasn't even finished when it only consisted off 2 short words. Took forever to set up a "touch up" appointment for free through email. Then this guy ruins my Tattoo because his hand isn't steady at all. Now my Tattoo isn't cursive because he wouldn't connect letters and it looks like a child wrote it. I will never go here again. These artists need some more experience.

Flicka is always spot on with designs I love and is awesome to work with. Always plays good music, has good conversation and is very cultured and just an amazing artist. Jay, my piercer for the last 3 pieces I've gotten done, is a specialist and does perfect work every time. Very knowledgeable and has good opinions but lets me decide what route I want to go with each piece. Good with walking me through what he's going to do before doing it. Always recommend them. All around high quality shop that doesn't miss a beat. From reception with Lily to all of the artists in the shop, if you're looking for the best, this is the place to go. See you all again soon!

Experiencia negativa: Lily did my tattoo. The lines are crooked. I did not complain. However, my friend got the same tattoo and she pressed too hard creating it to blow out. The artist assured her that she would fix it by putting white inside of the heart. It is obvious both the white and the blow out still and she has stopped contact with my friend. I hope that this will save someone from going to this artist. We also paid $100 each for a heart tattoo that took less than 10 minutes..

Experiencia negativa: I got a tattoo infection as soon as I removed my tattoo wrap, I noticed a bad smell and my tattoo was warm to the touch and painful. I went into urgent care and they confirmed tattoo was infected. I did reach out to tattoo artist Clash. I won’t be returning. I hope everyone has a better experience.

Experiencia negativa: They overcharge for there jewelry and I bought a piece of jewelry from them and it broke within a couple of days($70) and it wasn’t being touched at all,the guy who pierced my upper part pierced it wrong and left me with severe scarring

Experiencia negativa: We brought our 10 year old daughter in for ear piercings. The initial experience was great. We were ASSURED that if any problems were to arise, that we should come back. 2 months later the back of her earring got mildly infected. This is where your experience will suffer. The (different than original) tech looked at her ear and stated that while he was " fully able to address the issue, he refused" he stated her age as the factor. So they will take $300 to pierce, but when the TRUE PROFESSIONALISM needs to come into play, these jokesters are no different then going to Claire's @ any Mall. He was super friendly and had a very calm demeanor, which really helped with my nerves. We had a great experience start to finish. The receptionist, I didn’t get their name, was freaking FANTASTIC as well. I will continue going to High Priestess for my piercings!!

Experiencia negativa: Lily did a tattoo for me and a friend..... we asked her to make sure the lines were straight (this is on our body for life) both of our tattoo lines were all jagged and definitely not straight....this artist pressed to hard on my tattoo causing a blow out she agreed to fix it. With white ink! I went in she tried to cover the blow out lines with the white ink. She told me to check back with her 2 weeks later, she never responded when I reached out to have he check my tattoo. Very over priced for what we got.

Experiencia negativa: I went there about four times and always had a bad experience. the last one was for the purpose of putting in new nose jewelry. It had closed so the guy had to open it up a little by putting a needle in my nose but it was too painful. He said that maybe I should pierce it again but he couldn't do it because I hadn't set up an appointment but I was already there. I live an hour away from this place and nothing was done but something could have been if it wasn't for these stupid rules. Ain't coming back there again

Kennie encouraged me to pick a cute and comfortable ring as well as one to replace another current nose ring so it’d be more of a matching set. Dylan was super chill, walked me through the whole process and made the appointment quick and seamless. While on great occasion you may be able to slip in for a walk-in, you’ll have a much better chance if you make an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day during a time that worked best for me and making the appointment online was very easy. (:

Experiencia negativa: Addictions is cheaper and uses surgical quality jewelry. We wouldn't pay $250 for four lobe piercings so they demanded to know where we could get it for less as they scoffed at us, we told them, and they scoffed again and insisted their jewelry is superior. Cringe all around. You need to teach your workers about professionalism.

The front staff was super friendly and was able to answer my questions. It's a nice clean environment, quiet and calm - over all it was a great experience. Once this is healed I plan on going back for another by him cause as someone with anxiety having an artist talk you through is just worth going back to em.

My friend went for a piercing and I didn't have a scheduled appointment but they let my get my piercings anyway, very sweet of them. The overall price was around $150 with jewelry, cleaning solutions and the piercing. Super easy, they make you feel extremely comfortable, allow your friends in with you and everything. Plus the staff were just overall great! <3 My new favorite piercing place.

I've had many piercings but he still impressed me greatly! Mainly I came to brag on how he handled my daughter getting really nervous/emotional beforehand. She was getting her lobes pierced a 2nd time and although she remembers the 1st ones, it was 6 years ago and she was still freaked out. Danny stopped everything once he saw she was starting to cry and said we could take all the time she needed and even stop if she decided she didn't want to do it at all (even if she did one lobe and decided she didn't want the 2nd one). She got through it and went on to do great!! I just really loved that he made sure she knew there was nothing wrong with being nervous and needing some time to calm herself a bit. Additionally, I could tell Danny was VERY mindful in calling my daughter "them/them" until he was sure of her pronouns which I found to be very considerate! Also, they gal who helped us pick jewelry, explain aftercare, process payment, etc was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I went in to have my piercings removed (11) and the guy there was amazing. I was panicking because I have MRI today and found out all piercings needed to come out for safety reasons. Anyways this employee opened their lock doors to me and even though you are expected to make appointment prior online before receiving service from them he allowed me to enter. I told him my story and he was kind enough to work me in such short notice. I was so happy and grateful I appreciate this business hiring such committed and hard working employee. I well go back again and I highly recommend this business I wish I could rate them 10 stars instead of 5 only allowed ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Took my daughter to get her bridge done today. It's our first time going here. The staff was amazing, warm and very welcoming. They made the whole experience fantastic. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and felt safe. I was expecting the piercing to cost over $200 since she picked non standard jewelry, but it was well under, including after care products and tips. We will 100% be going back here for all our piercing needs. I highly recommend.

The staff at the desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was SO helpful and informative about my new piercings and which new jewelry would look good for my current piercing. Danny was very thorough with aftercare and what the piercing process would be. Experiencia fantástica: Our 7 year old daughter had finally decided that she wanted her ears pierced. We chose High Priestess of Salem, mainly, because I know their wonderful reputation in Eugene. But first I called around 5 different piercing and tattoo businesses in the Salem area. I wasn't especially impressed with any of them. High priestess was helpful and kind over the phone, reasonable prices and a central location. When we got there it was a clean and relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted with a smile by Taylor, who walked us through everything we needed, making sure our daughter got all of her questions and comments answered. Her piercer Dylan was calm and professional. Even though my daughter talks when she's nervous. There were a few tears for her second earlobe. But he calmly talked her through it without hesitation. All around fantastic experience! The best part is, that over the last couple days there has been zero swelling or irritation in her new piercings. Everyone's body responds differently, but it's truly surprising. Her ears are barley sore! 10 out of 10 will recommend to anyone getting a piercing around here!

Experiencia fantástica: My teen and I went for jewelry upgrades on several existing piercings. The counter person and piercer were very helpful in sizing and jewelry recommendations based on our taste. This shop is owned by the same company that owns HTC in the metro Phoenix AZ area I have also been to and loved. We felt comfortable the entire time. We will definitely come back to this shop for more piercings.

Experiencia negativa: I am giving them one star because of the front desk lady. I have been here 3 times all of which was buying jewelry and having it inserted in an already pierced hold. She is so rude, unfriendly, and just makes the whole experience terrible. The good part is Danny & Dillon whom are very enjoyable, sweet outgoing people and they always educate. Unfortunately this 3rd time will be my last because of the front desk lady with blue hair. I only came because Jori Zans is booked until April. Just wait Jori. Her business and establishment are worth the wait!!

Experiencia positiva: I really love this place and have had good experiences over the last few years. All my piercings have healed well, and I got some quality gold jewelry for them too. My complaint is that I can’t order anything online and they don’t ever return my calls when I try to call and order jewelry. They also don’t seem to answer the phone in general, so I’ve left messages three times over the last year and they have never called me back. I would email them, but they don’t seem to have one available to customers, unless I missed it somehow. I needed a specific piece for my next downsize and I can’t order it unless I make an appointment since I have no other way of getting in contact with them (they don’t do walk ins), and I know they probably wouldn’t have the piece, so I would have to make another appointment after they order it to get it swapped out when it comes in. That’s a lot of hassle when I can just order the piece online from another piercer and swap it out myself. I wanted to get it all done locally, because I do love the business and don’t mind putting money into it, but at this point I’m just going to get pierced there and do jewelry ordering somewhere else.

Experiencia positiva: I personally have not been tattooed here but have gone with friends and their pieces have been incredible. I have been pierced during a promo here- I wouldn’t go again as I got my belly button done and the piercer didn’t quit get close enough to my navel so the piercing never healed properly (even after a year) and infected from never healing until I removed it. I’ve known people to get great piercings here but maybe they just weren’t good at doing bigger girl navels? Or an off day? Regardless their jewelry is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Wanted a tat on my palm, got denied back in the day. Piercings are done professionally and was pleased with my snake bites. Lots of choices and polite staff. Had a tattoo done with them recently, pleased with it, will come in for a touch-up in a month.

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful experience. I was on the cancelation list. Then they called me to come in. When I tried to call them back no one answered. I left a message and did t hear back. So I went down there to talk to them in person and they were still able to take me even though they gave the appointment away. It was so nice to still be seen. I have gotten all of my piercing there. Thank you so much! All the staff at the downtown location was really nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an amazing experience here with my 13 year old getting her upper cartilage pierced for her birthday. Staff were amazing and her piercer was very informative and straightforward about our options. (She wanted to get the double pierced bar across the top, but he informed us of all the care that takes and advised we start with the single piercing first to see how she does with that) and we couldn't of been happier with the outcome. Pricing was fair and I would 100% recommend this place to any and all. Side note on needing birth certificate for those younger than 18- we were just beginning to move into a new house and I couldn't find her b.c anywhere so called in before her appt and they worked with me and let me bring in her insurance card for her piece of identification as long as it contained her full name and mine, that with my ID was enough for her to get her piercing done. Thank God!!

Experiencia fantástica: My time there was fun and easy. My Piercer who I sadly forgot their name, They we're really great they made me feel relaxed and not stressed. The lady that helped me pick out jewelry was super helpful as I didn't know exactly what kind of jewelry I wanted. For it was my first time getting a nose piercing. And it was my first time being at High Priestess. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Piercing was done with great care. All of the staff I worked with were very cautious to keep everything sterile and safe. But they are also hilarious, fun, and entertaining. Piercer put me at ease and was gentle. When I went back to downsize, I had another great experience with everyone. Even though they were running behind on appointments (not a normal day) they were apologetic and gave me great service again.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE and would recommend a million times over again. Had a double forward helix done and it was completely painless. All the staff members were friendly and answered all my questions. No pain during the piercings and zero issues post-op. The soreness to touch was gone by day three.
