They took the time to make sure that the piercings were in the locations I wanted them while ensuring that they were positioned correctly. Experiencia fantástica: Editing to change to five stars, they made it right and I ended up having a really good experience. Came in to get a nose piercing changed out. Was barely acknowledged and told to wait for someone. Maybe the piercer? I wasn't given an ETA, and waited there for 30 minutes with no one communicating to me. Someone could have at least shown me the jewelry that they had available while I waited. A few employees were keekeeing at the front with some clients but still never acknowledged that I've been waiting for a while. I ended up just leaving and no one noticed. I guess if you're not a college student or come in with your family you don't get good service. I would avoid and find somewhere else with better customer service.

When I went in the room to get the piercing the man was so educated and explained everything to me so well, not to mention it was PAINLESS. Like literally I was so scared for nothing. The power happened to go out but with awesome collaboration we made it work my vertical labret looks great and I can't wait to come back for my bridge. She could have made more money when I tried buying extra jewelry but instead recommended that I shop locally for the right septum rings once I healed since I was only visiting Gainesville. The piercer, Caroline, was very professional and clear about her actions throughout the whole process so it was much easier to relax! Great shop!

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved to this state but wanted to get more piercings. I did a lot of research because I wanted to find a place that knows their stuff. I'm glad I found this shop. Everyone who works here is super kind and welcoming and were helpful in answering all my questions. They're not just trying to push you out the door. I was looking for a jewelry change for a pair and piercings and getting my second lobes. The piercer realized that I didn't even need a jewelry change so she refunded me the difference. My ears are healing great and look good. I definitely plan on going back to get more.

Experiencia fantástica: such a welcoming environment and extremely friendly staff! i went in for my first piercing ever and was quite nervous about the experience, both the store owner and my piercer were super sweet and reassured me throughout the entire process. everyone made me feel very welcome. lots of ways to pay, with an atm inside the store. i paid $50 for a nostril piercing due to a special they were running. you get to pick the jewelry and they had cool options. such a fanatic place. if i get another piercing, it will absolutely be here!

Experiencia negativa: In two visits I purchased 5 “titanium” piercing, “high quality jewelry” and if you ever buy that with them you know is not cheap but I always get piercings with certificate where I came from. Anyways in my last attempt I get 3 jewelry that was terrible, they irritated my skin and even scratch my nose, this is not anatomical compatible with nobody, also the ones I have on loose the color with 3 days hahahahahah I will never buy there again! The customer service is amazing but the product is poor, terrible I don’t recommend!

Environment The owners Their piercer Amazing people and even if they didn’t do such an outstanding job, I’d go just for their persons. I’ve gotten nearly all of my face piercings here, and just got my nostril redone. I love it, and it’s beautiful. Piercer is great at visually gauging and measuring. Perfect fit as ALWAYS. love this place and I highly recommend it. Their piercing prices also include jewelry and for today’s world, extremely reasonable/affordable.

Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend coming here. They were both super sweet initially for the years I had been going, hence why I became a very loyal customer and only ever got pierced by them. Kimberly completely switched up on me the second something went wrong and I called her on it. I got both of my nostrils pierced and experienced some trouble with sinking due to the jewelry being far too small for a fresh piercing (not for any other reason). She suggested I needed bigger jewelry over text and confirmed in person that the correction would be free of charge. Once it came time to do the jewelry exchange, suddenly she insisted the lowest she could go was 50% off and would not budge. I tried explaining that had I been informed this could happen if the jewelry was too small from the beginning, I would not have picked out the jewelry SHE pointed out. She then started redirecting blame for the complication onto my cleaning practices despite me not being new to piercings and having had 9 before this point, and that not being even mentioned as a part of the problem before that exact moment. They were about to close and I needed the issue resolved so I paid the money in the moment and then addressed it over text the next day. I respectfully explained in detail how I felt wronged and that the situation was very unfair to me in a time where I really did not have money to spare (I had only gone to them at that time because they were having a piercing sale). After years of rapport and very sweet messages back and forth, suddenly she was incredibly cold and short. She told me I could get my refund and was just as short when I picked up my cash. I was super disappointed because I love to support family-owned at any opportunity and thought we had a decent relationship, but I don't do fake and she completely switched up despite being the one in the wrong. (Editing to address the response I received): I WAS NOT SWOLLEN I DID NOT EXPERIENCE SWELLING. And you knew that because I told you more than once. Longer bar = fix for swelling. My issue was that the jewelry was microscopic and any pressure towards my face caused it to sink into the freshly pierced hole. YOU suggested I needed larger jewelry over text and YOU assured me it would be free when I came in person. Why on god's green earth would I only correct one piercing knowing the danger the second one could be in? So yes I asked for both tiny pieces of jewelry that YOU suggested I get to be replaced free of charge. Also you did not say cleaning multiple times a day causes swelling. You said H2Ocean and antibacterial wound wash cause swelling (a blatant lie) and said I should only use soap and water to address the swelling I was not experiencing. But let's say you were just *going down your checklist*, why did that not happen at any point (over text or in person) before it was time to pay? Finally, your text was cold and one sentence and in person you didn't address me until it was to ask me "Is cash okay?". Say what you will, but you've lost me and anyone who knows me as a customer.

Kimberly helped me feel right at home, helped ease my anxiety, and was able to work me in with Stretch even though they were pretty busy that day. Stretch was very patient and kind, and did an excellent job on my first piece. Since then I've also had a tattoo by Tomi, and Madelynn as well. They all do great work. I've also had a few different ear piercings done by Uncle Bob and have been very pleased. Everyone there is great and does great work!

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I called the shop asking about getting an upper lobe and cartilage piercing. She answered all my questions and then told me to come right in since they take walk-ins. I came in later that day and she was incredibly kind and personable. We talked while I filled out the paper work and she told me about her business. It’s run by her and her husband who does the piercings. She helped me pick out jewelry since I have curly hair and was scared of it wrapping around the piercing. Afterwards, her husband brought me back and we got started. He made me feel so comfortable and we talked the whole time. The piercing was relatively painless and they told me how to take care of it. They also gave me a cell number just in case anything went wrong! I’ll be going back for all my other piercing and tattoos!

They’ve done all of my piercings since I have been in gainesville, including conch, nipples, eyebrow, snake bites, and probably more that I can’t remember lol. Kimberly and Bob are so kindhearted and always make me and my best friend feel like family when we come in. Kimberly is always available by text for any concerns regarding the piercing and readily offers solutions to any problems that may come up! I truly have never had a better experience than at pizzazz. I 100% recommend if not for the incredible prices and customer service, then for the atmosphere alone!

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my daughter for a navel piercing after experiencing first hand their amazing hospitality and professionalism with my oldest for another piercing. They treated us like family, we’re very friendly, but also professional and very knowledgeable. They made me and my daughter a lot more comfortable. Answered tons of questions and walked us through the cleaning and healing process. They also gave us their personal number to call/text for any questions. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and will be back in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: Been to this shop a couple of times now and let me say, the shop runners are all super nice, inviting, and overall great! Each time I got multiple piercings in different locations and they turned out REALLY well. Good, simple healing process without any snakeoil quick heal tactics. Plus, they are probably the most reasonably priced shop in gville. Their jewelry may not be the most high end, jewel studded pieces, but if you’re looking for a good piercing job that isn’t much of an issue.

Not only did the man have a super sweet and awesome wife, but he had a super cool Boston accent and went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible and assure me. They’re so upfront and honest and super fair with prices. Never will I go anywhere again to get a piercing. New found shop :)

You will not feel rushed when picking jewelry which is so important. Kimberly is always available and responds incredibly fast with answers. If they keep up the good work, I will go broke.
