My partner struggles with chronic pain and Lola always accommodates him, even checking in to see if he needs extra breaks to move around. Once my partner's back went out before the tattoo began and Lola was extremely understanding and kind when he had to leave right away. I can't recommend Lola and the staff at RCKT enough. Experiencia negativa: Went to get matching tattoos with my wife back in July ‘25 by Lola. The design was good, but the execution was subpar on mine. Shaky linework throughout, the shading/stippling is not good, some spots got completely missed with color and in one spot they got color outside of the lines. It was $250 for mine. My wife’s tattoo turned out better than mine somehow, the reason for the second star. I reached out a couple of months ago via email to see if it could be fixed and I never heard back.

Experiencia fantástica: *** Update 8/31/24 *** I went back to the shop yesterday to get a coverup on my previous shared tattoo done and Dang did an absolute amazing job! I gave him ideas of what I wanted and he put everything into action. His art idea was amazing that I had no complaints about. This was his own drawing and doing. I would totally recommend families and friends to come here. You can still see some of the old art but majority of it was covered up. I’m impressed. Thanks Dang, to another wonderful art on my body. Update! This is now my favorite go to spot! I’ve been here multiple times. I’ve gotten my nose, lip, cartilage and belly pierced here by Bonnie. She’s amazing! Very knowledgeable and I’ve always appreciated her opinions. I’ve also gotten my tattoos done here too by the one and only Dang. His art is amazing. His attention to detail is everything. She even talked to my daughter and I on speakerphone a couple weeks before our appointment which really helped my kiddo a lot. Got my nose done at the same time and was happy with that, as well. Experiencia negativa: I wish I had more thumbs to point down. Two just doesn't seem to cover it. We'll start at the appointment... You must make an appointment to even walk through the door. Our appointment was for 1:15 which we were on time for. However, we stood around for 45 minutes waiting for who knows why. Nobody was in there getting work done. However during those 45 minutes we stood around, they did promptly kick at least four or five groups of people out for not having an appointment. People walking through the door were pretty dumbfounded. Get out - Put your mask on. Secondly, if you bring your minor child there for a piercing, only one parent is allowed to watch! I specifically called to make sure we could both come back and watch. It was a 45 minute drive to get to this place, so I wanted to make sure. But when we got there, it was a different story. I had to argue with the piercer person to come back and watch. She says there's a Covid surge going on! Then she tells us to go sit in the corner. Due to the fact that I'm not a kindergarden student anymore, I just could not comply. I whip my phone out to record the momentus occasion - "No Video!" the woman demanded. Nowhere does it say in the mile long contract that we signed, that we cannot record it, nor does it say on their website or on any sign in the store. And yes, it's a store where you should be allowed to come and shop, but not this N@zi camp. Overall, nobody was friendly, nobody seemed to have ever heard of customer service, nobody cared about our appointment time, several parties were plain kicked out and not allowed to even look at the merchandise. On top of it all, the computers were all draped in plastic, everyone was masked up. As if plastic over your computer that you use is going to kill a virus. They are definitely afraid of people. There is no friendly vibe. It's just a dark, unfriendly, and a terribly vibed place where there seemed to be no happiness. I really doin't know how this place has as many stars as they do. I would not recommend anyone go here. If you all are that scared of interacting with other humans, you're definitely in the wrong business. To be extremely fair, the woman working the counter did tell us to have a good new year on our way out. That was the only positive, friendly interaction had. And the word TIP never even entered my mind while we were there. Good luck.

They have great hygienic policies in place with masks, and sanitizer when you first walk in. Easy to make an appointment online thru their website, and the selection of jewelry is all top notch/high quality! Everyone there had a positive attitude and showed professionalism the entire time; including the tattoo artist that was chatting with a client in the lobby.

Their shop has an excellent, extremely high-grade jewelry selection with plenty of options for my metal allergy. Jessy is a fantastic piercer and each piercing was as painless as it could have possibly been. The shop was very clean, everything was obviously sanitized prior to use, and all three people that were working and that I spoke with were very nice. Excellent service all around; I’ll be recommending this place to others and will be returning myself should I decide to have more piercings done!

Experiencia fantástica: I went and had my nose pierced about 2 years ago and I've had absolutely no problems with it. At first I was semi worried about having a bump or something which I hear happens a lot, but it never happened. Bonnie pierced me and was very helpful and professional when doing so. It was a quick and easy process. Was also very helpful when I went back to get the jewelry changed for the first time. My cousin has only gone here for tattoos also and the many he's gotten by them have turned out so well. This will probably be the only place I'll ever get a piercing from and when im of age, any tattoos. Im really amazed by the work thats done and the honesty they value.

I went to Cali a few months back and decided to get my rook done there. The place didn’t look sketchy at all but when I saw the piercing I knew she put it lower then it was supposed to go. Now it migrating and I think it’s leading to a rejection. It’s not infected looking, just pushed forward more then I’m comfortable with. My question is... Do you take out piercings? How much do you charge for taking them out if you do?!?

Experiencia negativa: Came in for a nose piercing and they didn't have the jewlery I specifically called and requested days before that they told me they had for me. Piercer was really rude and they were hesitant to give me my deposit back even though they were the ones that screwed up. Rude & unprofessional I decided to go somewhere else and would not reccomend RCKT to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: In October of 2019 I booked a consultation with Dutch. We discussed the tattoo I desired and some reference photos. I thought the consult went really well. He told me he would send me the draft soon. It is 2021 and I haven't heard anything from him since. July 3rd 2020 I had my navel pierced. I booked the appointment online, which was extremely easy and went very well. When I got there I was asked to sanitize my hands and wait. When I met my piercer -it looks like my note in my calendar says Bonnie- she was mostly nice although a bit clinical. The appointment went well. Everything was very clean, she did great with safety and sanitation. She took care to sanitize the area before piercing, wore gloves, fresh and new needles. The service was quick and a bit painful. As expected of course. The receptionist was lovely. I was instructed very clearly on after care. Very grateful for all the care taken in that regard. 4-6 months to heal. 6 months later I came in for a consultation regarding the healing of my piercing. The piercing appeared to be healing abnormally to me and I wanted to see what a professional thought. I was a bit early for my appointment and didn't realize they weren't open. I was more than happy to wait outside but someone insisted on letting me wait inside. When my piercer got there she did the consult in the lobby before she finished setting up for the day. She looked at my piercing very briefly and told me what she thought. Again a bit clinical, and it didn't exactly seem like she cared much about my well being but more about defending herself. I wasn't displeased with the piercing just looking for advice. At no point did we discuss what was going on that worried me about the piercing. (This may be a bit graphic, so be warned.) The problems I was experiencing include: excessive pus, crusting, bloody pus, bleeding, itching, scarring, bumps on either side of the piercing, radiating pain up to two inches away from the piercing, pain in the piercing itself, and the most alarming and graphic bloody red strings coming from the piercing hole. I have taken her advice and it is April. I am still experiencing many but not all of the symptoms. I will be going somewhere else for another consult because I am unhappy with the cold, clinical, and uninterested treatment I have received. Overall the sanitation is amazing, they take the virus seriously, and the environment inside and out is nice. The jewelry is high quality surgical grade stainless steel and extremely beautiful. If you can find an artist here that you bond with I highly recommend. Unfortunately, I haven't found someone so I do not see myself coming back. Do with this review what you will.

She is very informative about after care and is very good at what she does. The inside and outside of the building is cute and clean. Experiencia fantástica: Went here to get my nose pierced a couple years ago and I absolutely love it to this day! I got it pierced by the owner and she was so amazing and killed my nerves off so quickly. It wasn't even as painful as I thought it was gonna be! I will definitely come back here for future piercings, maybe even a tattoo!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my daith piercing today and Jessy made it such a wonderful and fun experience for me- even though I was very nervous I hope to come back real soon for another piercing (and tattoo yay)! Overall the place is really clean and sanitized, I bet way more than usual because of the whole virus thing. Would definitely recommend this place♥️
