Experiencia positiva: First time I had the pleasure of walking into this shop for a service was for a tattoo 2 years ago. It went amazing and healed perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better artist, so thank you to Mary Mack! However the second time I had come in was for a couple piercings. Now, I didn’t book an appointment with their piercer, so it understandably was a pretty long wait time. Not a big issue, stayed and was hyped for it. She comes in, she sets up, and we get started. Everything went well but my only problem was that there was no consideration of how the skin would swell up after my multiple piercings would be healing and I was given very small tight fit barbells for my chest and lip. Being so busy with preparing to move out of state, it was hard to find time to go back in for new barbells that would lessen the irritation but I really feel like that shouldn’t have to had been planned in the first place. Throughout the service my piercer was very friendly and informative. She had a very good energy to her and gave me no worries during that time so there is no hard feelings against her, I just wish I hadn’t been so focused on keeping calm with the anticipation of the piercings to notice this mistake. Lesson learned, will be making sure that my future piercers have the correct jewelry. If I had not moved across the country, I would still very much like to get my tattoos and piercings here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start with I’m very picky when it comes to my piercers. There’s only two I goto in town, but sometimes they aren’t available. I took a chance, and looks like I’ve found another knowledgeable, and reliable piercer. Angela is so kind, and isn’t afraid to tell you that you don’t have the right anatomy for a piercing, and will suggest something else for you. This first interaction told me everything I needed to know about her; she knows what she’s doing.

I haven't been in years to be fair But I was asking for this tattoo roughly the size of a baseball or softball on my side/ribs person 1: Said it could only be done the size of a basketball Person 2: Said it could only be done the size of a football my suspicions is that they were just trying to guarantee a good price which was never a problem or did I ask for extreme detail.. since detail was the main point in question. I am 32 years old been getting tatted since 16 have over 30 individual tattoos and I'm not really understanding what the problem was? or why something in between baseball and football/basketball could not be found. sorry if I'm tripping this is just my honest opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. Mikki does a fantastic job. Ive been going atleast twice a month for the last several months. I travel nearly 2 hours each way to see her. She did an awesome custom piece in memory of my mom, and made it nearly a sleeve as we kept coming up with more ideas. Mikki also did a fabulous cover up. Which I love! She has lots of great ideas and I love her work. She has accommodated my schedule, she is professional and extremely talented. I look forward to seeing her, which means more tattoo work to come. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Only for those who wish to come to a place that thinks completely outside the box don’t come here. Of course they can do great art work, but when it comes to adding more potential behind that work that gap is not filled here. I have a couple of tattoos and I thought to myself those tattoo artists left a piece of themselves with me cause they did it with my image in mind so I assumed this place would be ok with putting their own symbol of strength on me with my added thoughts. ( I had miscommunication about the size preference & how I wanted it organized). I went in to see if Mikki the artist I wanted could come to an agreement, but she denies to do anything unless the client come up with a Category( ruins the surprise). We finally got done talking over each other and I wanted to express how I felt about tattoo artists art work staying on me till I pass away and wanted this to be special and Mikki thought it was was best to then break eye contact with me go sit down and stare off into the distance like I wasn’t speaking and that told me I’m in the wrong place. I asked for my $100 deposit refund & didn’t get that back was told I could be swapped with a different artist but why say that when they have the same mindset of “I can’t do something I see as a symbol of strength when the client may not like it so I’m going off my clients thoughts.” When someone shows you your words mean nothing take it to heart and find someone who matches your vision genuinely not just someone who will do something with effort light hearted This what I said through text after leaving knowing I was getting nowhere. I apologize for not being more clear on what size & how organized I wanted the tattoos & thinking the artist thought outside the box that's that's all for the apologizing, but I only asked for a Refund and didn't want a tattoo done is bc after we got done talking over each other when I started speaking Mikki backed up sat down started looking around as if my words fell on def ears. Before that she held eye contact perfectly well so that showed me I'm in the wrong place. Thank you for y'all's service and letting me play pool.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there as a walk-in and they didn't mind. The ladies that were there, were super friendly & very professional. My daughter got a couple of piercings & I got a couple dermals (piercings). What I noticed the most, was how clean the place is & how the piercer was constantly changing her gloves. She explained our after care to us & made sure to let us know to come to her if there were any problems. I'm so happy we found this place. I will continue to come here. And will recommend this place. Too bad we couldn't do more than 5 stars⭐

Experiencia negativa: So I have a few issues with my recent experience. I visited a couple of months ago with a photo of what I wanted tattooed on my thigh. I had visited this location and went to another artist a couple of times over the last year and this has never been a problem So when I went I was told that the original artist I had seen was no longer there. (my fault for not getting his information) So they partnered me with someone else who has been tattooing almost as long as I've been alive. He saw the photo and verified that he can do it and it wouldn't be an issue. I mentioned that I didn't like the look of the gems and wanted more feathers in that area as I was doing a peacock/phoenix looking bird. So I was told he would book me for the day and that it would cost 1000 for the day if it takes that long. In that moment I mentioned I didn't believe it would take that long this is my 13th or 14th tattoo and the other thigh I had done only took 4 hours and it was more detailed. this new one was a little larger but I expected it to be the same time frame. And I was told at that moment that it would be less if it doesn't take the full time. Fast forward to a few days ago I was called to be told that my artist was running late. Okay no worries I took the day off. I'm flexible. So my appointment was for 12, I arrived at 12:05 as I was already ready to leave my house and was told he was running 30 mins late. Now, I'm left waiting for over an hour while he draws up a whole new design. I explain when he brought out the first one that I did not like it. I want something feminine and like what I provided. I was then told at that time that he doesn't copy any other artists work. Okay that's fine, I didn't want an exact replica as I was changing it slightly. but I dont want the bird to look like an angry eagle. So he goes back and draws more. Now I don't see it again until the stencil at this point I was hesitant but I saw the stencil and really liked it and was like Okay this is pretty I can work with this. then he said he'd draw in the bottom etc etc. now part of the way through he mentions he doesn't do the delicate line work but we've already started. So why tell me a few months ago when looking at the original photo that it can be done and then the day of that you will not do what I want. Now the kicker that really pissed me off. We started at 2pm I was done by 530. I had left a 100 deposit to secure my spot and then when I go down to pay I'm told og did anyone tell you he only takes cash... ummm no they did not, so now I need to use the ATM in the facility that charged me almost $15 to remove the funds. And then I'm told $900 WHAT! I asked why when I was in the chair for 3.5 hours. the receptionist apologized and said that they do not have any say over what the artists charge and the two ladies down stairs said that it shouldn't of been that high as I was done in 3 and a half hours. charge me for 4 hours sure. but the full 1000. no thanks. I did the leg work and found the other artist that I've used there twice. when I heal I plan to go see him to adjust what I just had done and will be getting his info to follow him. The other piece I got that I was in his chair for almost 5 hours he charged me 600 and I'm obsessed with my other thigh piece. This one I just got, I left feeling like I got ripped off tbh. I get that artist time is valuable but I did not get exactly what I wanted and I left feeling very over charged.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing! I had Kenny as my tattoo artist for my thigh Harry Potter tattoo and he brought it to life! He took the time to make sure every line, shade, highlight was at my satisfaction, and made sure I was doing okay during the rougher sections on my leg/hip. I did two sessions with him, since he sat through 6.5 hours the first session to make sure all the outline and most of the shading was completed. He was flexible with my schedule and worked beautifully with my budget on this tattoo. He even went above and made the tattoo a little longer without any extra charge! I highly recommend him and this shop! Kenny will be doing more of my tattoos in the future for sure! The shop was nice and the desk ladies were super friendly!

The artist, Kenny, made me feel comfortable and really helped me out with the vision i had for the tattoo. Costumer service was awesome, the lady at the front was really kind and sociable and the whole experience was great. 10/10, I am absolutely coming back for my next tattoo!

Experiencia fantástica: This is probably the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. This is my second time going to Bill Claydon’s tattoo world and it was amazing again! Aerin did my tattoo this time and she was friendly and fast. Would recommend this shop 10/10!
