Experiencia fantástica: Had the best and quickest experience with getting two piercings here today! I got a flat on one ear and helix on the other. Mark did a wonderful job lining them up and piercing! He also made sure I was happy with the placement and comfortable before proceeding. After getting in, I was out within 5 minutes. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a new piercing☺️

Experiencia fantástica: The people there were really nice and the person at the reception dusk got me in there right away and was really fast. the woman that pierced me also did it really fast and she was a very nice and kind and she made sure to tell me how to take care of it and stuff. All I was concerned about is surprise but the price is OK for a piercing and I would definitely come here again.

Experiencia negativa: I went to get my snug downsized (well healed NOT done by this shop) and the experience was horrible. The piercer started with his fingers before causing so much pain he switched to the tweezers. From there, it went down hill. My well healed piercing is now extremely swollen and bloody

Experiencia fantástica: Went on Valentine's Day and they were slammed with walk-ins. Luckily we had made an appointment with Jacob Wilfong, so we didn't have to wait long. Jacob is professional, thorough, artistic, funny and he has a love for Star Wars, we do believe. (Just a hunch, from looking at his walls in his studio) He plays the best music, anything you want. We showed him our design, he stenciled it out, and applied it in the colors we chose. He has done 3 of my tattoos and a couple for some friends. I will keep going back to Jacob, he is the best, imo.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with Miguel and Bella. Bella did my nose piercing, she did exactly what I wanted, it was a wonderful and fun experience and I felt heard and she did exactly what I wanted. Miguel then brought a very special piece of mine to life and made it look absolutely phenomenal. Would suggest going to him for tattoos and her for piercings everytime. Miguel knew how important this piece was to me and was patient and kind and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you guys

Experiencia fantástica: They were Awesome! I walked in and they couldn't get me at the shop (walk ins, am I right? Lol) but Nathan was ON IT and I got in with Erik Tattoo. He was FANTASTIC, working in what I wanted, and did not rush the process even SLIGHTLY, even though we ended up staying well after closing (walk ins, RIGHT? Eeeeeek, be BETTER than I am folks). I will DEFINITELY be getting more work with him. Music people, he's your guy, we vibed from Maroon 5 to Slipknot, and it was an ENTIRELY new experience to have to hold still trying not to SING too hard . They are so welcoming, and accommodating, I really don't know why you'd want to get inked anywhere else. Update 12/30 I SWEAR I do NOT do this ish on purpose but walked in AGAIN for some fall out retouch, and MAJOR PROPS TO RACHEL because she holds it down and has been slammed both times and like the BOSS LEVEL efficiency fairy She is, made it happen. Because anyone that has gone under the needle knows, addiction just doesn't cover the compulsion, I ended up getting an entirely new tattoo by Jake, and long story Short there will be a third update soon when more work ensues. He was so friendly and accommodating and honestly the sketches peppered about, ranging from the CLEANEST Mandalas to the most Ethereal and Adorable Cartoon Kitsch Macabre left me speechless. Honestly there is no better shop, staff, and series of artists. At least according to this former Vegas Girl. Don't roll the dice by going anywhere else ♥️

Experiencia negativa: I went here while on vacation to get a hidden helix piercing. After debating for a long time about spending the insane price, I finally got it done. The piercer took a very short time to line it up. I looked in the mirror at the dots but it's a hard spot to see. He mentioned this piercing growing in popularity so I assumed he had done many before and trusted him. He told me literally nothing about aftercare. Luckily I've had many piercings. After all was done, I took a picture and got a good look. The angle is way off, making it so the back can be seen and definitely not a hidden helix. I panicked but thought maybe the swelling was the issue. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I've since tried several different jewelry in it and it all shows the back. It's angled right between a hidden helix and a vertical helix, but not angled right to be either. I would leave it out and try again once it's healed but I spent so much!! I guess I'm stuck with a weird and off piercing. Be careful getting a piercing there.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience, the guy pierced my conch and he dropped the ball in my ear. I had to go to the ER to get it removed. Instead of them recommending me to get proper help they tried using a toothpick and tweezers to get it out. That ended up pushing it back in deeper and at the ER the lady was so surprised on how far back it was. It ended up getting pushed back right on my ear drum which thank God the pointy part didn’t touch my ear drum and if it would have it would have caused me HEARING LOSS.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely recommend this place. Very chill and comfortable environment. Staff was helpful and nice. My daughter did the nostril and he did so well with her. I recommend Angelo he was calm and had a soft touch and for sure a good vibe. We will be going back to get our belly buttons done together ♥️♥️.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. Completely horrible work and I’m ashamed of it being on my body. There is blowout and spots where ink is missing. The tattoo is horrible.

Experiencia fantástica: Top 3 piercing experiences, if not number 1! Showed up on whim as a walk in- the receptionist team was super sweet and helpful, showing me all the colors and choices. Zero wait time, which helped w the nerves, and then Mark, my piercer, was the cherry on top. He made conversation with me and my cousin seamlessly and when I asked for a second piercer to ease my nerves, it was a non issue. Highly recommended this spot, as well as Mark and Angelo, my piercers :) thank you!

Experiencia negativa: She did a decent job but the price we were told at the desk was different than what we were charged other than that it was fine. Edit: now that it’s healing It’s looking worse it’s uneven there’s stray lines and some of the lines are patchy this was my first tattoo and everyone told me not to go to grade A but I tried trusting the process it’s definitely not worth the money I would not recommend this place now I’m going to have to spend more money to get the patches fixed. Also I have a couple of cuts from the razor from carelessness while using the razor.

Experiencia negativa: I came in there to simply get my nose ring put back in and it was alone $10. The guy that put it back in gave me no warning of how hard it’ll be to put back in due to the fact I have a “corkscrew” ring. He completely man handed my nose it bled more than the actual piercing when I first got it on top of the fact he gave me no warning of how bad it will hurt. He continued to ruff handle my nose and force it in I mean completely ruff. I cried so bad and even then my boyfriend said it shouldn’t be bleeding that much and he caught an attitude saying “you can leave instead of telling me how to do my job.” Then he said I already have an irritation bump which wasn’t there until he forced my nose piercing in there. My overall experience was horrible I’ve never heard good things about this place I just simply wanted my nose ring put back in because I had just got it a week prior. I didn’t get his name but he was a Mexican guy kind of heavy set with a lot of nose and ear piercing. I wouldn’t come back here my nose is still hurting not to mention the fact it hasn’t hurt this entire time the healing phase was great up until now. I’m very scared it will start to get bumpy now. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend he wasn’t good at preparing me or explaining things.

Experiencia fantástica: Miles was my tattoo artist, and he was amazing. He was kind, caring, and so sweet. It sounds funny, but I brought up i wanted to buy a drink before the tattoo...He took money out of his own wallet without a thought. He worked hard on my tattoos, made sure I was comfortable, and was so light handed compared that it didn't hurt half as much as I expected. It was a amazing experience. 10/10. I have never had such a wonderful experience during a tattoo session.

Experiencia negativa: Went to go get my frog eyes redone & usually it’s a welcoming environment at grade A I’ve been there for my other piercings. The heavy set cousin that does the piercings was looking me up I repeated my name the spelling of it at least 5-6 times & the lady who was enjoying her lunch which was fine was even repeating what I was saying & he said I had a attitude told me to leave because he couldn’t spell my name correctly like there’s not another grade A I can go to he was just rude & unprofessional even in front of a child he was getting loud because he couldn’t either hear or spell my name correctly

The piercer did my septum it came out the next day he told me to come in get it replaced for them to try to charge 31$ for his sloppy work ! Not professional save yourself the hassle

Experiencia negativa: Rude staff. Overpriced. Only pro is that we were in and out. Kinda glad we were bc I didn’t want to be there longer than I needed to be. Editing to add: it was not the piercer who was rude. It was the woman at the counter. My son got both his ears pierced, not one. But $80 for simple piercings is insane. We were originally going to go to Filament in Wabash because it was only $45 but they needed a photo ID of my son which I don’t have because he is only 6. I agreed to pay that price because it was my son’s birthday and he had already been disappointed by a different shop. I had no issue with the piercer, he was kind but using a sharpie that is used on every client to mark the ears is unsanitary and I never watched him open a new needle, there was one sitting out already. It’s clearly a common theme that people are having issues with the woman at the counter being rude maybe it should be handled better.

Experiencia positiva: Very cute tattoo. But I was quoted 60 to 80 dollars for my line tattoo (by the front desk worker). Then I get to the checkout and they rang me up at 160$, which if I knew before hand I would not have gotten the tattoo. (And then plus tip). It was good work but way over priced. It did feel sexist as we were a group of three women, and the artist whispered the price. I wish he would have explained why a lined tattoo is worth that price.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten my snakebites, tongue and septum pierced here. Amazing employees that are extremely helpful and considerate. Healing process for all of these were very easy with little to no complications . Anytime I want a new piercing, I know exactly where I’m gonna go!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve gone to Joshua Gallant over 4/5 years as well as my daughter. We both have recommended him as well. However, with this last tattoo there has been lack of communication as in not showing up for scheduled appointments nor did I receive any notification he wasn’t coming in. He finished the cherry blossoms and told me to wait a couple weeks to finish the white on the blossoms so they would match the rest of my tattoo. I paid him $1600 for a tattoo that doesn’t match the rest of my arm. The issue is Josh stated to wait a few weeks and come back for the white. He doesn’t keep his word. I also paid for 1/2 day session and got maybe 2 hours out of it as he didn’t have a babysitter and I received no credit to the loss of those hours. It’s not about the money, it’s about the unprofessionalism of an artist not keeping to his word. Anyone who has tattoos wants a finished product and wants what they asked for.

Experiencia negativa: Went with my friend to get a tattoo behind her ear and the whole time we were there he kept saying “oh I do this everyday; I know what I’m doing; I’ll make it prettier; trust me.” Everything he did she didn’t ask for and/or want. My friend asked for a simple flower behind the ear with light shading. He practically filled in the flower and added white which is not what she wanted or asked for AT ALL. He was so rough with her that he was shoving her face into the seat, then proceeded to hit her hat to tell her he was done. He had a picture of exactly what she wanted when we started and didn’t do that at all. He made everything so dark that she literally left the store crying bc she hates what is PERMANENTLY on her body for the rest of her life. We are not pleased at all with the service we received. Would not recommend our artist (kique) at all. Will not be going back! I would’ve left 0-5 if it was an option.

Experiencia negativa: A horrible place for piercings! i had to pay $50 for a regular ear cartilage piercing, which is way over priced. then they used a Sharpie marker straight on the skin, which they use on every person! unsanitary much?? the piercer was very slow and hesitant when doing it and it took over a minute just for him to get the needle through a small amount of cartilage. the stud they used was way too small and had no swell room.. it also had the tiniest stud! my ear ended up swelling and the stud was swallowed by my ear tissue due to swelling and pure negligence of the piercer. i ended up having to switch the piercing out myself because it was stuck inside my ear and wouldnt heal.. im just lucky that im a heavily pierced person and had a larger jewelry to replace it with. another thing that kinda put me off was that they were taking pictures of me and my child without any permission!! i will never recommend this place or be back.

Experiencia fantástica: We walked in for piercings this afternoon. We waited about 5 minutes and they got us right in. My son was super nervous to get his ears pierced, so I got a piercing to let him see the process. The sweet piercing girl was so nice and super quick. When it was my son’s turn, she encouraged him, made sure he was comfortable, and made the quickest work out of piercing his ears. The shop is clean, the front desk staff were great and we hope to set up a tattoo in the future.

We showed up there as walk-ins and Jake Wilfong was so nice and patient with us as we described what we wanted and even as I made a last minute change to mine. I do wish they had more jewelry, as most of the options were out of stock. So I ended up with jewelry I wasn't a fan of. No worries, I'll change it in 6-8 weeks!

Then Matt(?) was so patient and kind with my youngest daughter. She had her ears pierced previously but had let them grow closed, Matt was able to taper them back open and save us time, money and healing length. We had previously stopped at Claire’s where it was going to be $65+ to get her ears pierced. 100% recommend

Quick, very kind and polite. I don't want to use the term "amazing bedside manner" because that's more a hospital thing haha but she was great. Experiencia positiva: Hard to gauge my experiences here. I had my daughters get piercings here (one of them got a nose piercing the other got an industrial.) They got these piercings around 3 months ago and we’ve come to find out the industrial was pierced completely wrong and she didn’t have the anatomy for it in the first place despite having asked the piercer to check. It was pierced too high up with the jewelry resting directly against the flat. Slightly irking considering the price of the piercing and jewelry. She now has a permanent scar on her ear from where the jewelry was sitting. Unfortunate because all the other piercings they’ve gotten here look great and healed well.

I went on Friday to get a piercing and everyone was so helpful. Bella did my piercing and she was outstanding. She kept making sure I was okay, and she listened to me blab about my life. Experiencia fantástica: Timmy is my go to at Grade A. I’ve followed him from Clinton to the mall. He has done everything from a 15 minute to 6 hour session with me. He most recently did a memorial tattoo for my 5 year old cousin who passed away. The tattoo is flawless. I cried when I got to my car because it was so beautiful and represented my sweet girl so well. I recommend Timmy to anyone who wants any type of piece as he is a diverse artist who can do anything. I will always go back for him!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, just wow. I went into Grade A Tattoo and Body Piercing thinking I'd get a simple tattoo or piercing, but I left feeling like a walking masterpiece. The artists there are like Michelangelo, but instead of painting the Sistine Chapel, they're painting your body. The only downside is that now I'm constantly getting stopped on the street by people who want to take pictures of my stunning artwork. But hey, I guess that's just the price you pay for being a Grade A customer!

Experiencia negativa: I had a scheduled consultation with Grade A in the mall, which the store didn't open until a half hour after my scheduled time. I met with the receptionist and she told me that I could be seen same day and talked up three separate artists. We agreed on one of them, who she said was very personable and would "knock my tattoo out of the park." I showed back up that evening for my appointment and was told that the artist I was supposed to work with was running behind and that I would have a different artist. I agreed, since it was my first tattoo and didn't know the protocol, and went back. When I got the first stencil made, it was only half of the tattoo I sent them pictures of that morning. When I asked the tattoo artist if he would add the line work in that it was missing, he agreed and took a sharpie to my arm and began to draw in the lines that I wanted. I stopped him and told him that I wanted another stencil done, so that the lines were straight and it was exactly what I wanted. He begrudgingly agreed. When I came in that evening, I asked for a price estimate, which the front desk told me to ask the artist. When I asked the artist, he told me that I would need to ask the front desk. When I went back up, the front desk asked a third party tattoo artist, who made a price up on the spot. The tattoo itself looks very nice and I don't have any qualms. However the service and interactions with the staff were dismal and I will not be returning for future tattoos.

Experiencia negativa: I got my belly piercing from a guy who worked there and he did not do a good job it fell out after a week. I went to the same guy to get my cartilage done and after a week I think it is infected. I recommend getting piercing done by a woman next time for reasons; that this guy did mine fast and was not so friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: They were great! I was seen quickly and my piercer did a great job. It’s not quite lined up with my old piercing like I wanted, but overall he did a great job and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a piercing. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Experiencia positiva: The tatoo came out great. I was a walk in but I called ahead. The person they assigned me to was not very friendly and rarely talked to me. He also had his headphones in and was talking to someone else on the phone the whole time. I find that very unprofessional. The final product of my tatoo was great but the experience I had was not very respectful.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 8year old in for her first ear piercings. She was super excited. Marco was fantastic. He asked her how she wanted to do it. They did a 3 second count down. And did the second ear less than one minute after. Clean, professional, and considering the business context, extremely kid friendly. (I have a Grade A tattoo for 20 years ago.) Keep up the good work.

Experiencia positiva: I have been to Grade A multiple times for ear piercings and tattoos. No complaints until recently. I got my navel pierced and it was my stomach that was pierced, rather than my navel. Nearly 6 months later it hasn’t healed and I am unsure of what to do. This is the only issue I have had with the piercings, but still it is unfortunate.

Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled an appointment with an idea in my head of what I wanted. The ladies at front desk looked at what I was thinking about and both said Ralphie would be awesome at that! I took their advice and booked the appointment with him without seeing his artwork. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted and Ralphie sat down with me and we created something I'm super proud of! He was cool, creative and helpful through the entire process! I have other tattoos and have ended up some what disappointed in the way they turned out. I finally have an awesome tattoo that I want to show people and be happy with what's on my body! I will be returning to Ralphie for all my future work!

Experiencia negativa: I had gotten work done by Ralph at their other location on June 6th. I had called a few days ago to schedule a free touch up as some of my thin lines are already fading, jutting out, and quite frankly, aren’t even straight. I had received a phone call today telling me that Ralph would be at the Glenbrook location during the time of my appointment and to head there instead. I had arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which was at 4:30, and Ralph wasn’t even there. He had eventually shown up a little after 5 and proceeded to ask me what needed touched up (which was stated above) and he responds with “that’s kind of nit picky, honestly, but I can go over it again if you want the lines to be thicker,” which was incredibly rude. Not only did I not get my touch up, but I was treated poorly after having to wait an extra 40 minutes for him. In my opinion, I get to be picky over something that’s going to be on my body forever. I would rather pay for a touch up than to ever return to this artist again.

Experiencia fantástica: Timmy did my tattoo and my moms tattoo. He did an amazing job on our tattoos. He was very kind and he assured me that he would do his absolute best on our tattoos (which he did awesome!) this is a very sentimental tattoo and I’m so happy he was the one that did our tattoos for us! We were a walk-in and he was very happy to take us! This is my second time getting tattooed here and I will definitely be back in the future for more! The only thing is the front desk is slow or doesn't communicate with staff. Same with phone calls never got call back from a quote. Otherwise highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Got my helix and conch pierced by Mark today and it was an amazing experience! He watched my body language and pierced my ear at the perfect moment each time, so I could tell he truly cared. I will now highly recommend him for piercings :)

Experiencia negativa: I went and got my navel pierced here a few days ago. Everything seemed alright and clean. I got home and looked at piercing and realized he had completely missed my navel. The jewelry sits about twice as high as it should. I'm very upset because I was so happy to finally get this piercing done. I have taken it out and now I have to wait for it to heal before I can get it re-pierce. Will not be going here again. I knew I should have stuck with my piercer, Jacob, at Anchor Down Tattoo in Syracuse.

Experiencia fantástica: I was originally in last week for a septum piercing, which turned out perfect; I really appreciated his sterile conscious, cleanliness, and professionalism during the piercing. While waiting to be pierced, I notice a book of work by artist Joshua Gallant. After flipping through a few pages, his talent and style were evident and I knew he was exactly who I wanted to fix a sad tattoo mistake I had, from 3 years prior. Joshua was quick to respond, extremely professional, knowledgable, accommodating, clean, careful, and honest-I had high hopes and truthfully his talent and work far surpassed my expectations!! Thanks Josh, I really appreciate you and the work you do! Can’t wait to see what you’ll come up with next! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!

I’ve had issues with swelling around the last two piercings I got done and they were more than welcome to change the jewelry out with no issue. Every piercer makes you feel comfortable and goes your speed. Would absolutely recommend and it’s one of the only places I trust for piercings!
