I was extremely nervous and Bianka was very informative and the piercing experience itself went smooth. She is very kind and available if anything is needed. I also bought the saline spray to make sure it heals well as she instructed. This is something I have been scared to pierce since high school and I’m 29 now lol. Looking forward to returning for the next Friday the 13th

They were super easy and great to communicate with. Come the day of the appointment, our artist was Estelle and she was awesome! So friendly, clean shop, and really made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Gave clear after care instructions and even said we can reach out to her directly with any questions. Experiencia fantástica: My experience was truly amazing. Carmen is literally one the best tattoo artist and person I’ve ever met. I went in for an angel wings cover up on the back of my neck. Carmen’s hand is as light as a feather. The pain level 1-10 for me was maybe a 2 or 3. Carmen engaged with me the entire time. She made sure I was okay, asked if I needed a break, communicated whenever she’ll put something cold on my neck. The entire staff welcomed me with love, opened arms & overall outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location, as well as Carmen to do your next tattoo!!

I have a huge fear of needles, and this was my first tattoo, yet she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was very patient and never got frustrated when I was scared. The customer service was honestly 10/10—she talked me through the whole process. I highly recommend getting your tattoo done here, especially if it’s your first one.

Experiencia negativa: Was very disappointed. I gave my $100 deposit. Just to be let down. The tattooist ask for me to send ideas of what I wanted and that he would draw it up and send to me to see if any changes needed to be done. A whole week went by and never heard from him and every time we messaged I wouldn’t get an answer. The day before I was scheduled I ask if he had something for me to see and he said when you come in I’ll show you. Okay, well what happens if I’m not happy with what he drew up. The next day came and I just wasn’t trusting him at all at this point. I just rather lose $100 than not be happy with what I got.

I was never rushed or pressured to do anything. She took the time to explain everything to me since it was my first time and it made a huge difference. Emilee was very kind the entire time and gave me great aftercare instructions. The rest of the artists are also super friendly and it was really nice to talk to them while I got my tattoo. Also, the studio texted me after about a week to check on my healing progress which was very very cool of them! Overall the studio was clean and safe, the artists were delightful, the prices were reasonable, and Emilee was incredibly skilled in both their design and their execution. I would (and probably will) get another tattoo here!

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing for the price I paid. I chose this shop whilst on holiday in Florida based on the good reviews. I got a simple tattoo (just line work). When I left the shop I was happy everything looked fine. As the tattoo has healed the line work really isn’t great and a lot of the lines don't meet up and are very faint. I paid $200+ tip for a tattoo that took less than a hour and isn’t well executed.
