Experiencia negativa: Go literally anywhere else. lol. Unless you go in specifically for flash or just a walk-in, it's totally not worth it. I sent in a consultation form in July '25 and got booking confirmation the same evening for September, paid the 175 deposit and then heard absolutely nothing from my artist until the day of my appointment AT the shop and they proceeded to have me fill out a form that is literally the same page as the consultation on the website. I felt like i wasn't listened to or that my artist particularly cared. He asked me questions that I had already answered on the original consultation form(that did also include images). They don't care, they force you to buy aftercare without even asking prior if you need it and you pay before the service. Overall it kinda blows that I paid around 500 for a tattoo on my hand that I hate, doesn't look cohesive with the piece above it (which was, honestly, a pretty achievable goal), and is just overall not what I actually asked for and I wish I spoke up more that day as it has now been four months and I still feel the need to cry about it. Overpriced in my honest opinion and I wish I would've just moved around my vacation schedule to see literally any other artist in the city.

Experiencia fantástica: My cousin and I were planning a trip this month and we planned for an off day between the Universal parks. We decided to get tattoos together as our rest. We were looking for shops around or close and found this shop and decided to schedule our appointments. The scheduling was super quick and easy. I didn’t have an artist in mind when the question was asked but was super thrilled when I was assigned Arianna. I looked up her work and loved all her designs and couldn’t wait. When we arrived, the check in process was quick and easy and everyone there were super nice and helpful. Arianna totally understood the assignment and vibe for what I had semi planned out. I had always wanted a watercolor tattoo and she blew it out of the park. Super chill and quick. Solid line work and amazing blend of colors! I will for sure be back in the future and booking my next design with Arianna! The overall vibe of the shop was fantastic and a good time was had for sure!

Experiencia positiva: My wife and I each got a tattoo on vacation in Orlando. We planned in advance by sending images. We had a very long wait time for our scheduled appointment. My tattoo was detailed and my wife’s was very simple. Both tattoos were completed well below estimated times. When my tattoo was complete, I had about 20 seconds to check it out before it was wrapped and told not to unwrap for at least 2 days. In two days I was home in another state. I realized the guy had missed coloring in a section of my tattoo. It took over a week to get the shop to refund a “very small” portion of the cost of my tattoo which I asked for to cover the cost of getting it fixed in my home town. My wife and I felt the tattoo shop was overpriced to begin with but we were splurging on vacation for our anniversary. Overall the experience for us was not great. Wait time was long, we felt both our artist were uncommunicative and the atmosphere for us came off as very brisk. We were hoping for an experience given the cost and ended up disappointed and with an incomplete tattoo. Wouldn’t return.

Experiencia fantástica: hart and huntington tattoo co in universal city walk is one of the best if you are looking for a coverup, to a whole piece of color or grey scale they have amazing artist to accommodate that. i had to get a cover up of my ex name and stephanie my tattoo artist helped, i was looking for grey scale and ended up doing color, the artist there know what they are talking about and from now on it will be my new spot, i want to thank stephanie for making something to look forward to everyday other then having something that i hated, thank u for taking on this tattoo it is greatly appreciated and i will be back soon.

I came across this awesome chick Stephanie James. She has a video of her at the Hart and Huntington shop in Orlando right on city walk. I was gonna be staying at the hard rock so I checked out her videos and found a link to the shop, I checked out her work on your website and omg it was amazing the line work and color saturation she does is amazing. So that was it I booked my appointment online it was so easy got everything set up and ready to go and when the day of my appointment came I was blown away with not just the shop but everyone there they were so nice and friendly. I met with Stephanie and told her what I was wanting and where and she exceeded my expectations. You guys need to know you have a true artist on your hands. She was awesome, friendly and easy to talk with during my appointment. This is all because I found her on TikTok promoting her work and your guys amazing shop. I will definitely be recommending her and your shop to anyone coming out this way.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my appointment with Adam Natonio a couple of weeks ago. The shop is incredibly clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was fun and lively which made my 7 hour appointment much more pleasant. Adam did an incredible job on my illustrative back tattoo and accommodated my multiple requests during design to come up with a mockup and make some changes as we discussed what I was looking for. It ended being an 8"x6" coverup of 25 year old work and he worked around what was needed to make the coverup successful. The tattoo itself went great. Adam constantly ensured I was doing alright and took breaks from time to time when he noticed the swelling and pain increased. He took time to explain everything about after care and spent time ensuring I left in good shape with everything I needed to take care of my tattoo. (Will update with a current photo later) I will definitely return for future work.

We took the family to Orlando for vacation and had seen the awesome reviews and decided we would have a girl's night out and get tattoos. Our daughter designed and drew our matching tattoos that we wanted. While at City Walk early in the day, we dropped in and talked with them about coming back later that night. We showed them the drawing and discussed pricing. We had a firm budget and they worked with us on what we had budgeted without trying to push us to do more. They got us scheduled for that night so when we went back they already had the tattoo ready to go! Our daughter had Arianna and my wife and I had Scott; they made our tattoos look like they'd been done by 1 person! They are perfect! We are already planning our next trip AND our next tattoos with them.

Experiencia fantástica: I found an amazing tattoo artist on TikTok (love her videos/tattoos) named Stephanie so my best friend and I went and got matching tattoos (cat on a moon) and I loved it so much that I went and got a second tattoo of the Hogwarts castle with fireworks above it because I saw the castle at night and fell in love with it. Stephanie showed me a design she drew up and I fell in love with it so I had it done. She’s so amazing that I’ll be going back for my 3rd one (all done within a few days of each other) before we head back home in a few days. I highly recommend this tattoo shop!

Experiencia negativa: Got a tattoo here a good few years (maybe 8+) ago and out of all the tattoos I have (and I have a lot) this is the only one I’m having removed (by laser). Sadly the artist I’d booked months in advance left the studio just before I arrived on vacation, in fairness they contacted me and said they had another artist who had recently joined and was as good etc, or I could have a refund of my deposit. Sadly I went ahead (wish I hadn’t) and regretted it within a few months once the tattoo began to get darker and darker and infill. The artist was clearly inexperienced as it was on my calf and ended up being more painful than even my rib tats, and that should’ve told me he was “digging” with the needle rather than tattooing and also he was packing so much black in that of course it was going to “bleed”, darken and infill over time. I’ve had other artists here in the U.K. (and Spain) comment on how “blown” the line work is, how dark it is etc. and the rat is running joke among my friends. Thankfully after around £1500 spent on numerous laser removal sessions it’s going to be gone by year end. And the kicker of the story, not only is it the worst tattoo I’ve ever had but also the most expensive based on size and time taken (ignoring the huge cost for removal!). Personally I wouldn’t return as IMO they either don’t check their artists abilities/backgrounds well enough, or they’re willing to let people with limited abilities tattoo, and at rather inflated prices due to location and the name over the door

When it comes to a lot of small, similar tattoos it’s easy for artists to just look at it as another job and get you in and out as fast as possible. This wasn’t like this at all. Chris was amazing and not only gave me a killer tattoo but was incredibly friendly and personable at the same time. I would recommend him to anyone. Will 100% be back for more work in the future.

Stephanie James was my artist and she did an absolutely incredible job! Great conversations, line work, and coloring. She nailed it. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in. Probably one of the best tattoo shops I’ve been in.

Experiencia positiva: I got my shell tattoo there April 2024, had to go back and get it redone because the lines were too thin, etc. I got another one at the same time as the touchup, a dolphin with waves/heart, and the lines were too thin again. It's only like a month old. I'm going to have to find someone else to redo it and pay for it again. Will not be going back, even though everyone is so nice.

Often as a woman I'm not taken seriously, or the artists go "tough guy" on me, but he was friendly, bubbly, and extremely professional. I've been wanting to get a Disney tattoo for decades but I couldn't decide on something that fit my personality. I wish I had room for something BIGGER. His line work is IMMACULATE and he was open to any suggestions/changes without me feeling like I was putting him out. I get tattooed probably every 6 months- 1 year lately, and I'm going to save ALL FUTURE tattoos for him on our yearly Orlando trip. Maybe two at a time. I wish we were friends. Cannot recommend him enough. 7200 stars/10.

I was confused about pricing which the gentleman had patience with me and explained it to me. Although I’m not mad about this next part it did catch me off guard; they make you a goody bag for aftercare of your tattoo which is great and all but I would’ve liked a heads-up or even an option to decline if I wanted. Again, I’m not mad because it’s better than what I was using for my other tattoos but maybe tell your clients ahead of time. Now, Stephanie was phenomenal and I wish I lived closer or she lived closer to me because she was the absolute sweetest and funniest person there. Stephanie took me as a client at the end of the day and was just radiating excitement to do my small Rapunzel tattoo! Even hid a Mickey Mouse in there. The hours just flew by with how comfortable the shop feels and how friendly everyone was and you can tell they all love what they do and their work shows it. All in all I cannot recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Marlo is a Picasso with tattoos, not only are the designs perfect but his implementation and shading are phenomenal. H&H is my favorite shop for tattoos, you will love it!

Experiencia fantástica: First let’s talk about the shop. It is top notch. Comfortable chairs and extremely clean. You could eat off the floor. I’m still amazed at how clean it was. Now my artist. Her name was Ari Elise. She was Bryson’s professional and did an amazing job. My tattoo is flawless. Her artistic talent is simply next level. I could not be happier with my experience and outcome. I highly recommended this shop. You will not find a better one anywhere. And if you want a flawless tattoo done by an extremely talented artist then request Ari Elise. You will never be disappointed or let down in any way. Phenomenal job!

Experiencia negativa: I was so excited to get my wedding anniversary tattoo done at this shop my husband and I got married back in 2005 so we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. I sent an email stating exactly what I wanted I was assigned an artist and when I went to get the tattoo done the artist wasn't aware of what I wanted and made it very clear he wasn't comfortable first he asked if we brought our own prints which I was never told by email that I had to... another gentleman that was there helped us and we got the fingerprints the artist got everything ready but as he was doing my tattoo he kept making jokes about how he was nervous and how he didn't know what he was doing he also complained a couple times about his hand hurting and cramping. I really wish the receptionist I was emailing with would have talked to the artist made sure he was comfortable with what I asked for and then assigned me to one who actually wanted to do the tattoo. I'm not complaining on the tattoo it's ok ... but the service was not good I really felt uncomfortable, not at all what I had planned .

Experiencia fantástica: one of the best tattoo shop experiences i’ve ever had. i came in the night before i eventually got tattooed and what a calming atmosphere! given that it is in an area so busy like universal it really felt like a cozy little space. we were given all the time and attention in the world to scroll through a flash booklet but ALSO an iPad with their website on (great touch), that allowed for us to really dig in and make our decision. i returned the following morning with my idea secured and again the atmosphere was unmatched. a completely new set of workers that weren’t there at the time i was last night and they managed to make me feel JUST as comfortable. i then went through the whole regular tattoo process that everywhere goes through where my artist (Charlie // @stigmacharlie_ on instagram) did about 4 reprints of the design because he was so driven to not only make sure it looked good but to deliver a tattoo he was genuinely proud of. his customer care was fantastic as well in the build up to the tattoo and during when my dumbass kept stumbling about with my airpods when he was getting more ink for his machine. the tattoo came out absolutely fantastic and given that it was on the front of my throat i’d say that he was pretty soft considering! i couldn’t recommend these guys enough and if you’re a tattoo fan OR in the market for new ink and you’re already in universal, this shop should be a no brainer for you!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this shop and their artist. Was a walk in during orlando’s spring break and got seen immediately too! Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be back next time i’m in orlando!

The entire process was very straightforward (nearly painless): scheduling was easy, the staff was friendly, and my tattoo artist (Stephanie) was amazing. We spoke about the art I provided, she tweaked it, and the end result looks fantastic. I couldn't be more pleases with the result.

Experiencia negativa: Went in ready to visit with an artist for 3 tattoos on the adults in our party. Carried our toddler with us and spent enough time in the shop to flip an entire flash book. 3 artists were there. We were greeted and then not another word was spoken to us. Stars are strictly for the cool design of the shop.

Experiencia fantástica: I had spent about 6 months looking for someone in the New England area that did patch style tattoos with no luck so with my upcoming vacation coming up I checked around Orlando where I found Marlo Salvatierra at Hart and Huntington Tattoo. Marlo had some incredible pieces on display including some great patch styled designed I thought were amazing. Booking was an absolute breeze and communication was great. Marlo was fantastic, he was friendly, professional and a killer artist. Marlo brought my design to life perfectly and absolutely nailed it. The colors popped, the patch effect looks amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more and totally recommend Marlo to anyone looking for an amazing piece.

I walked in to Hart Huntington Tattoo Co. by chance and was met with one of the warmest and comfortable atmospheres while receiving a tattoo. The people were great conversationalists and I had no issues describing what I wanted to my artist, Adam Natonio. He executed perfectly and the overall experience was thrilling. Customer service and attention was phenomenal. All employees are easy going and meet you with kindness. 3.) Willingness to help: It came time to pay and my tap-to-pay would not work. Not o ly did they made me feel OK, Adam found a solution so I could sit for my tattoo and pay for my services online instead of the POS. CHRIS EDGE: (Tattoo Artist) Experienced, talllented, detailed, and caring - four words that describe what you can expect getting a tattoo from Chris. All I wanted was some text on my arms, but in koiné greek. Chris went out of his way to download specific time period font to his I pad to find an amazing font for my tattoo. His attention to detail is awesome. It was a blessing receiving my first tattoo here and by Chris Edge. ZERO complaints. Thank you to everyone at H&H!

Experiencia fantástica: Editing my review as my wife returned for her tattoo with Marlo and the experience was equally fantastic. Such an exceptional place making us feeling even more like part of the family. I almost didn't want to post this because an experience like this I wanted to keep for myself. This was my first and only tattoo and I spent many years contemplating it and finally decided to go for it. The professionalism from HH Orlando was incredible. From beginning to end I felt like part of the family. Adam's creativity and handywork married ideas we thought up for gaming and coffee with his own creativity to really bring out what we all hoped was going to be an awesome and memorable tattoo and it was nothing short of all those expectations. Big shoutout to Adam for taking the time with my family and me and for creating not only a great piece of art but a memory that will stick with us forever.

We’re both big Bob’s Burger’s fans, so that’s what we decided to go with while on vacation! We LOVE them! Jason did mine and Chris did my husband’s. Everyone is friendly and the shop is very clean!

Experiencia negativa: Worst tattoo experience I’ve had. First of all I was booked in at half 12, it took Adam over 2 hours to draw an extremely small back tattoo for me from a reference image on his iPad after arriving late and I’ve had a load of more complex and larger tattoos to gauge this process. Most of this was due to his inability to focus and spent most of the time mucking about with fellow artists but when I finally got my tattoo started it was near 3pm. It then took him several attempts to get the stencil to size and then again to actually get the stencil to sit straight. When he finally finished the tattoo it wasn’t great quality nor, even or straight. I didn’t have time to say anything at the time as I needed to get away sharp to get a taxi to the airport at 5pm as the appointment over run far longer than was initially told when booking I even stressed this to the Adam a couple of times throughout the appointment. I’m now left with a substandard tattoo that I was fleeced $600 for when you could get the same back in the UK from a decent artists for around £200. In my opinion avoid at all costs and take your money elsewhere. Can’t speak for the work of any other artists in the shop but don't get one if it’s Adam tattooing you.
