Experiencia negativa: Called at 430 to see if there was a piercer she said she would be there until 5 I told her I was on the way I arrived at 445 and she told me she didn't have time. I ask her why she couldn’t tell me on the phone so I wouldn't rush up there. Very disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: I got my belly button pierced about a year ago with a friend. We both just recently had to take ours out as they continually got infected and swollen. My belly button is now bruised and tender. We followed all cleaning instructions and still continued cleaning them as we thought we would just take a little longer to heal. They did not heal. Mine was also crooked. I will not be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: Came super excited because of all the good reviews and as soon as I walked in this heavy set bearded dude looked at me like I was barging into his home living room and interrupted his chill session. Zero customer service, horrible attitude. Clearly this place doesn’t need any new business. Update: Luckily the trash attitude of this dude drove me to find s tattoo shop down the road and I couldn’t be happier, cool tatt people that understand how to run a business where trust and good vibes are fundamental. Update 2: there was not one single client in that store! unless you have a room in the back full of people you’re blatantly lying, which is absolutely expected from someone that has zero idea of how to provide an iota of service. The next shop, I thankfully drove to, was actually busy and in 15 minutes the lovely host had me meeting an artist. Do Better! There was not a single customer in the shop, the fact you keep doubling down on this pitiful lie says everything there is to know about this fantastic combination of amateur/snobby/generic excuse of a business you run. And the fact you believe your comment about is some kind of gotcha is hilarious!

Experiencia fantástica: Josh was my artist. He was awesome. He took all of my pictures and notes and created exactly what I wanted. He also redesigned my tattoo when I arrived to cover a little area. He then added some extra water color design on the fly at the end. He did a wonderful job and it looks amazing. When I had questions when I got home he answered them when I called. The place was clean and didn't have loud loud music playing the entire time. Nice calming music was nice. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be having Josh do more in the future.

We had a very thorough consultation with a detailed breakdown of how he planned to correct the tattoo. He had an answer for every question and a solution for every worry I had. The tattoo turned out great and was affordable as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here to get a walk in belly button piercing and second lobe piercing. I was 15 at the time turning 16 very soon. The Q said they couldn't do belly button piercings on anyone under 16 and could tell i was disappointed, then asked when i turned sixteen, and i told her when, and she decided i was turning 16 soon enough to do it, after asking my mom if she thought it was okay. I thought this was very considerate of her and loved that she asked. Only had to wait about an hour or so and told us we could leave and come back then. When we came back we didn't have to wait at all she already had everything ready for me. The piercings went smoothly, she knew i had only had my first lobes done when i was a kid and that i was very nervous. She asked me if i was okay and was checking up on me after each piercing. After it was all done she told me how to clean it and to call if we had any questions or concerns. Overall i was really satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be going again.

Q got us both in same day, even allowed us to come a little early and we had such a fun experience from beginning to end. We had about an hour before we had to get my mom to the airport and Q got us both in and pierced so quickly while also being so friendly, informative and even helped place our piercings perfectly for our anatomy. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

(this was my review 11 months ago... as of now, speaking to other piercers and trying to find new jewelery I have since found out my helix piercing was misplaced and will need to be repierced in order to comfortably wear any different jewlery, I cant even wear a stud nor sleep comfortably, I have taken it out to let it heal and hopefully get it properly pierced by a different company). ps: don't believe ALL positive reviews they give a free cleaning spray if u give a 5 star review at the shop and show it to the employees... (I'm not trying to say everybody has a bad experience)
