Experiencia fantástica: I got an estimate for a cover-up, which seemed a little pricey, but I went ahead and booked it. I was very apprehensive leading up to the appointment (estimated to be a half sleeve and two full day sessions), because I had visited numerous studios to get a cover up that I really liked for 10+ years and had given up trying to get my current tattoo covered up. A few weeks before my appointment, Santiago contacted me to start the design and we worked on it collaboratively through text message to ensure it was something I liked. Santiago consistently reassured me along the way. My half sleeve ended up being a full sleeve (3 sessions) to ensure the old tattoo was covered up well. Everything worked out perfectly and I truly LOVE my tattoo. I initially thought the price was high, but after seeing the tattoo, it was well worth it. Santiago does AMAZING work and it was well worth the wait. In this situation the old saying, “You get what you pay for” was spot on. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Santiago’s work is truly top tier. I’m not posting the before and after here, but if you want quality, top tier work, I’m sure he’ll be able to show you the before and after if you have a consultation with him. Book soon, because he is so good that his calendar is full for months.

The experience was great and he didn't have a heavy hand at all - was very easy to sit for and got the whole piece completed in just over four hours. Jarek (Jaroslaw Gorajek if you're booking online) is a super talented artist and he's only in town until early April so if you want a superb black and grey tattoo from an incredibly talented artist, I'd recommend booking with him in the coming month or so! My whale tattoo has exactly the vibe that I wanted - it is beautiful and perfect!

This being my first time getting a real piece. I was nervous, but I knew I made the right decision booking with Terioshi. Prep was simple, fast, and clean. During tattoo he kept checking on me, offering me snacks and liquids, cleaned, and sanitized after each section of the tattoo. I've never seen so much dedication. His personality is easy going and understanding. The entire experience is unforgettable in the best way possible. I absolutely love my new tattoo and look forward to it as a memory. He took a drawing my six-year-old child made and transformed it into a meaningful, personal tattoo—complete with the image of my child’s hand drawing it. I was genuinely surprised to find someone with his level of talent right here in the Springs. I had consulted with an artist at a different shop during COVID and the individual could not communicate effectively nor was the artist particularly invested. I had a consultation for a refresh. My first impression was really positive. Because of that first impression, I had my 20 year old tattoo that is small and had become muddled refreshed by Gosia. It looks amazing. I love my old tattoo, and now it's like new. It is obvious to me that she is a serious artist, who respects your body. The shop is clean and professional. I would recommend it, especially if you are nervous and inexperienced, as I am.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get a patch tattoo by Terioshi Otto and it turned out great. I set up the appointment a month before, then flew out from Maryland the day before. Westside was a great place, very friendly and welcoming. My artist, Terioshi Otto was awesome. Very professional, friendly and thorough. It took about 7.5 hours total for my tattoo, but it turned out perfect. I couldnt be more happy. Every aspect of the process from start to finish was great and I will be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Gosia has been one of the best experiences I've had with a tattoo artist. She showed me a sketch prior to my appointment and adjusted everything to my liking. She is very attentive and meticulous, which is exactly what I needed for this very important portrait piece of my kitty that passed away from cancer. She took time and care to place the stencil to align symmetrically with my other thigh piece and did a wonderful job working with some scarring I have. She is kind and lovely to sit with and even offered me coffee. I am extremely happy with her work! She does exquisite fine line and shading. This is the most beautiful tattoo I have gotten to date. Experiencia negativa: The actual tattoo facility is super clean, impressive and probably the largest tattoo facility I’ve been in. West side Tattoo does seem to be setting the bar in Colorado Springs. But. We had Gosia. It was my husbands first tattoo and as his 44th birthday gift I was buying him his first tattoo. We arrived five minutes early for our appointment. Gosia arrived 15 minutes late for her shift. No biggie we all have rough mornings. She then took another 10 to greet us. And tell us she had to draw the design. (We made the appointment two months in advance.) She draws it up and we wait another 30 minutes for her to prep. Once she begins she’s extremely cold. Even telling me I shouldn’t even be there. She tells my husband he cannot talk or laugh during the tattoo. And when I tried to talk to her she side eyed me. I have 14 tattoos and she was by far the rudest. The art is great! But service matters. Oh and she tried to charge us for the 1hr of prep work that should’ve been done prior to our arrival.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity of getting tattooed by GoRay today! I came to him with wanting a tattoo of my old pup and boy did he deliver. GoRay blew my mind with how amazing he did making my art work look exactly like my sweet pup. GoRay was very tentative in making sure I was comfortable the whole session. GoRay is light handed which made it easier to sit 6 hours without minimum pain. I’m happy that I got to sit in his chair and will definitely come back to get more art work done by him. Experiencia negativa: I was paired up with Jared to get a back tattoo done. Specifically Jesus and the arc angels. I explained how I wanted it done and he was doing good. But. After a while I got ghosted probably because I was asking for to many changes? Like what do you expect? With something as meaningful as it is i want it at least close enough to what i imagine. I definitely wouldn’t work with Jared or anyone else associated here for religious tattoos.

We've had only great experiences with everything from our Artist, the amazing front desk staff, and the outstanding studio that they are running. From the moment you walk in, there are no egos... Only awesome people and great tattoos! I will be continuing to gladly hand over my money for a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: I got 2 roses done on my neck about 2 weeks ago. Was a walk in, I was just expecting a regular rose, but Goray went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations,so much so that I will be coming back and starting my sleeve with him! Great shop as well!
