Fantastic experience: got two tattoos done here in one session by Dee and had a great experience. She was so kind and made the whole process really comfortable and easy. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to talk with you and make sure you feel good about everything. Dee did an amazing job on my tattoos and they healed really well. The service was great and the whole experience was super smooth. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I came here a couple weeks ago with my friends originally not going to get a tattoo, but I was convinced and Dee did my tattoo. She did amazing and I love my tattoo!! it’s healing great and she was such an amazing artist and was genuinely so sweet and made all of us feel so comfortable :) I highly recommend getting your tattoo done by Dee.

Fantastic experience: I was tattooed by the tattoo artist Dee. My experience was AMAZING especially it being my very first time getting tattooed in a professional shop! Dee was very friendly and easy to like. Very easy to talk to and gave really helpful advice about aftercare following my session. The station was clean and very professional but still relaxing! She helped me feel more comfortable with her easy going approach and style. For sure a 10 out of 10 experience! The tattoo itself is absolutely STUNNING!!! It’s one of my favorite pieces I have so far and look forward to getting tattooed by Dee again!

Fantastic experience: Dee did my tattoo after I brought in a couple pinterest inspo pics, I wanted it to be similar but also my own. She did such an amazing job blending the pics and creating exactly what I wanted. She also fixed exactly what I wanted when there were a few things on the stencil I wanted different and did it happily. Overall I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Negative experience: Horrible work that will now cost more money at another shop to fix there mess up! Horrible customer service for not making things right when an “artist” makes a huge mistake on a tattoo, admits the mistake but only wants to try and “fix it by coloring it in” making the tattoo different from what was originally wanted or offering a free cover up. Save your money and go to another shop that has professionals with experience. Let my lesson be a save for you! Dee is awful!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I went in yesterday for their Valentines flash sale. We chose a tattoo the artist Dee Russell had on her sheets that was included in their flash sale. The tattoos look nothing like she showed us, the lines are awful and thin and my friends has a whole extra messed up line. We reached out to Dee and she told us they don’t do refunds but could fix it by filling it in or offering a free cover up. Respectfully I would never let her tattoo me again or anyone from this shop at this point. As a professional she should have seen and noticed this mess up. She knew it was a bad job before we left. This “artist” definitely needs more practice before being in a professional setting. We are still waiting to contact the owner, if no refund is issued I will have my attorney file a small claims suit. If a refund is given I will delete my review for them doing the right thing here.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for especially with being on the hunt for a new artist. Dee was absolutely phenomenal. I’m the kind of person where I don’t like to talk much when getting tattooed and for once somebody caught on to that! After being tattooed in places from all over the world it’s nice finding someone who doesn’t just slap a stencil on and start working, she made sure I was beyond comfortable and that everything was exactly as I wanted it. Will 100% be going back!!

Negative experience: Was here a few months back and got tattooed by Nykole Stricker. It was an absolute miserable time. The owner was extremely rude to customers and staff. Seemed like he was more concerned about flirting with his receptionist than taking care of his business. I would stay far far away from this place. Update: Not a fake account my name is Justin Cartwright feel free to look me up I guarantee you'll find me in your database just recently being tattooed by Amry and Keaton and prior to that Nykole Stricker.

Negative experience: This shop was recommended to me. I got a small tattoo and it started fading after 4 days, then completely DISAPPEARED after 7 days. That SHOULD NOT happen, and I am completely dissatisfied for the lack of trying to make it right, since I traveled 300 miles to get this done. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: i’ve gotten 3 tattoos from this shop so far, many more to come! but the service is amazing, the artists there make you feel welcomed, they’ll chat it up with you, supply you drinks, whatever you need. they make sure you’re all set. but the work is even more amazing. all of my tattoos have been spot on. and have far exceeded my visions for them. perfect is a stretch, but they’re perfect. only problem i had , was some THIN lines started to fade. (it’s normal) but if yours isn’t to your liking, don’t worry, free touch ups in the first year after you get your tattoo! i definitely recommend this shop! especially NyKole!

Fantastic experience: very very welcoming atmosphere and incredible staff. unbelievably friendly and accommodated to every single one of my needs when it came to the tattoo. my brother and i both got matching tattoos because, well, we’re brothers. the tattoos themselves are exactly what we wanted. incredibly precise line work and patience from every single person in the shop. owner is incredibly kind and conversational. walking into the shop, its very welcoming and warm (accents on the wall definitely help) and you can immediately tell that it’s very clean and sterile all across the board. will absolutely be going again in the future to get all of my work done. 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo on Friday by Amry and had an excellent experience. The tattoo artists were extremely kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and well, even offering water or soda to ensure I stayed hydrated and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing first tattoo experience, I went here to get a first tattoo done by Amry and she did an amazing job, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was extremely faded out yet she still somehow drew it perfectly as it was meant to be. She then lined the stencil up perfectly and had no problems with moving it where I wanted it to be, amazing atmosphere here too, everyone is friendly here and it feels as if they treated me as family, if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I would 100% recommend this place for a first experience to anyone.

Cody absolutely killed it and made it a super comfortable and fun experience for him and the art was more than we could have asked for. While we were in we asked about a couple walk ins which Keaton was able to do for us and same thing. The art was exactly what we asked for and more and he made sure we were comfortable and had a good time. Couldn’t ask for better service and prices were more than fair for all we got! Third time here and ALWAYS happy to come back

Negative experience: Being a black woman, I was told that sometimes by Cody our skin lift up so after my skin goes back down within a week or so he’ll go back over the finished product , so I was trying to get on the schedule over the next two weeks so he can complete the work that I paid $700 for and no response didn’t try to reach back out to me so I reached out to the owner Brandon and to no avail with him either so I guess I’ll cut my losses and after it heals have to pay more money to get the look that I was supposed to achieve after I already spent $700. They have lost my business. Anybody with melon in their skin in the future set your second appointment with them to go back over it before you leave

Negative experience: Be careful who you let tattoo you at this shop…Braden did a terrible job on a some simple tattoos smh. I ended up getting stars tattooed on my hand and majority of the stars are uneven plus he didn’t even finish the tattoo. Looking for another artist to fix their mistake.

Negative experience: Alright. Positive: The staff that I interacted with seemed friendly. Negative: I did not leave with a tattoo. I requested a very specific tattoo. The guy "drew up" an image that was not satisfactory. I requested an exact image. He would not do that exact image due to his belief he wanted to do his original design based on my requested image. He did encourage me back. The shop lost a client that day and lost money because the guy would not create an exact image being requested. No ill feelings. A tattoo is forever. Give the client what they asked for and not what you want.

They were doing walks in when my partner and I arrived. Beyond great hospitality. First impression are really big to me and they knocked it out of the park. From the front desk girl to the owner talking with me throughout my entire piece. It was just a really refreshing experience compared to other places I have visited. I barely used my phone as a distraction as the entire time was laughing. I would highly recommend this business and their artists. I really look forward to working more with them in the future.

Your work was outstanding and your customer service and the level of respect you have for ALL people created an excellent experience. I will be coming back . Still healing from the horrible experience I had with Grade A tattoos on N. Clinton street . It put a bad taste in my mouth and a stain on getting more tattoos for me . Since I was just entering the world of getting tattoos . Once again people stay away from Grade A tattoos on N. Clinton street they will make you feel disrespected and like you are annoying them and might even keep your deposit and Allen Bracknell is very rude and do not know how to treat people Mr. Know it all , thinks he’s above everyone who’s in the business . As a customer of a tattoo shop seeking to get a tattoo “You deserve to be treated with respect !!!! “ and not like a nuisance.
