Fantastic experience: I got a philtrum piercing today by Matt K. and highly recommend him! He was professional and friendly, the piercing was quick and easy, and they hook you up with a bag of sea salt for aftercare which I really appreciate!! Absolutely stoked with the overall experience. The shop is beautiful and clean, with the most giant jade plants I've ever seen. Thank you Matt and Cardinal shop gang

Fantastic experience: Loved our experience. I was highly encouraged to visit a professional piercing parlor rather than going to a mall store to get my daughter’s ears pierced and I am glad I did. This was for my daughter’s 7th birthday. She had been asking for a couple years to get them done and overall she was excited but also a little nervous. Matt helped us to feel at ease. He measured my daughter’s ears and wanted to get it just right so the earrings would be as symmetrical as possible. He took the time to make sure we were pleased with the end result. A little more expensive than I had thought but totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coming here! Matt is absolutely amazing! I went in to get a bridge piercing-- something I've wanted for YEARS now. Now I'm a pretty socially awkward and anxious person, however Matt was wonderful to talk to. He was also very kind, respectful of who I was, and just an awesome guy. He was very professional and went over the aftercare process thoroughly. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future for any piercings or tattoos I wish to get! I highly recommend calling or popping in if you're thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing from here!

Fantastic experience: I took my teen in to get her 3rds pierced. We had tried other tattoo/piercing places in Fort Wayne but never seemed to have a super good experience. Matt greeted us right away and was so friendly. He took his time making sure the placement was exactly what we wanted. Now, the one thing I thought was so cool about our experience is the focus that he gave my daughter (the customer). He didnt care that she was a teenager and may not know the answers to some of his questions. He spoke directly to her when he was preparing to do the piercing. He found a common interest with her and as they chatted, I could tell her nerves were calming. Piercing was done quickly. He told us two different times to call him or come back in if we have questions. This will be the only place we come to for future piercings. The price is fair and the work/customer service couldnt be better!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter in to have Matt re-pierce her ears. First of all the man is a legend! He gave me my first piercing back in 2001 and now my daughters 24 yrs later. Anyways, her ears weren’t completely closed. He opened them back up with some weird tool and put her earrings in. He only charged for the jewelry basically and sent us on our way. What an amazing human with integrity and honesty. He absolutely could have lied and charged us the full amount without us blinking an eye. This is what makes people great in the world, To be honest and kind. Thank you Matt for always being so professional, funny and caring to every client. We will most definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Came for a nose piercing for my 16th birthday. Matt did such a great job that I came back for a tongue piercing for my 18th birthday. Again, he did such a great job! I'm so excited to get my first tattoo from them by Halloween and I'm so excited to meet one of the tattoo artists!

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced after seeing the reviews online. Matt was phenomenal. So kind and patient. He made sure she was good with the experience and that the piercings were in the perfect spot, not just for now, but with consideration as to future ear piercings and how they would sit in the ear with these. This is not at all like your average amateur traumatic Claire’s quick gun piercing. This is an experience, and I am grateful for it and how my daughter felt before, during and after.

Fantastic experience: I got my nose pierced by Matt and he did such a wonderful job to make sure I was comfortable. I haven't had a piercing in over 14 years and was quite nervous. He chatted away while my brain malfunctioned during the piercing and helped keep me occupied by the conversation. Definitely going back to get the other side done when this is healed! Edit : 8 weeks later and it's healed wonderfully. No problems at all! Edit 2 : I got a tattoo with Caleb 8/14/24 and he did such a wonderful job. It was my second ever tattoo and I made an oopsie in not eating enough before going. He and the staff were so accommodating and made sure I was okay since I started to feel nauseous. An absolute gem of a store and I can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere as you walk in is just amazing the place is clean and sanitary and artwork all over the walls makes you feel comfortable,the people working there are friendly and ready too answer questions that you have. The work they do are amazing,the amount of detail they put into their work makes them top tier. Would recommend them always and wil definitely go back too get more work done.

Fantastic experience: Ted has done all of my Tattoos since my son Isaiah took his life 8yrs ago. He is an Empath in my eyes. I can bring in a stick figure drawing and he knows what I want....need. True Artist. The most recent challenge he has grabbed on to. I gave him an artistic rendition.... And he is mailing it❤️

He did my 16yr olds 2nd lobe piercings and my 7yr olds first lobe piercings. He did great with both girls, making sure they felt comfortable and ready. He took the time to check if the holes really were “closed” and was able to get earrings in without repiercing or any trauma to my ear. Positive experience: Attempted to do a walk in for a piercing but they were booked. It was on me for the risk of a walk in. I attempted to call and book an appointment before going but no one answered so I went anyway to try. This was right before school went back after the holidays so it's understandable. The place was great though and the employees were very kind and respectable.

It was my first ever piercing and i was hella nervous but it was the easiest thing ever—u can just tell he's top tier at this stuff. It only hurt for a split second and completely worth it since looks amazing. Pricing was real reasonable too, definitely gonna have to come back

Fantastic experience: I got my first facial piercing done here (a septum) by Matt. He was wonderful! He made me feel at ease and was really nice about the entire process. He was honest about the nature of a septum piercing and patient with me when I got lightheaded (nothing he did, it's just how I am when I see blood/the adrenaline made me woozy). I was worried about looking dumb for needing to lay down but the entire staff was super cool about it and assured me that it's normal and it happens sometimes. I was not rushed out, and was given as much time as I needed to feel better. Matt does pierce with just a retainer to start off for a septum so you might not have a super cute ring to start off but you can come back when it heals more and he will change the ring for you for free (other than the cost of the jewelry of course!) and does it for life. Matt is super dope, is professional but friendly, and you can tell he really cares about what he does. Highly recommend and will be going back for future piercings :)

Fantastic experience: So I've never gotten a tattoo here although all of them that I've seen have been awesome work. I have gotten all of my piercings in the last however many years here, though, and Matt is awesome. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes his work seriously and it very much shows in both the healing process and the results.
