Fantastic experience: TJ (he’s from Cali btw) did my Tragus &Left nostril & did my son”s septum and anti eyebrow on Friday 2/20/26.It was $240(He also gave me a discount) &I tipped him $40 because he was THE SHIT.Soni paid $280 altogether.He was about to close but stayed open for me.I asked when he closed &he said “whenever I’m done with yall” which made me feel very welcomed.He was AWESOME.He definitely took his time with us &made sure my nostril was perfectly symmetrical to my right nostril that was already pierced.He was super sweet &nice.I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience.We also chatted &got to know each other a bit before we left.He is an AMAZING artist.He does it all..All piercings,literally everything &tattoos..He even raps! Fantastic experience: Spyder is the absolute best. And he’s hilarious. A big group of my friends went and he was very efficient (9 piercings total). Everyone had a great time and I love my new rook piercing. Definitely will be going back.

Negative experience: Went there for two big tattoos.. loved my first one. Didn’t really like the second. Was told I could come back for life time touch ups. Didn’t expect freebies. Wanted my same artist to fix his work, made appointments. Came and got ignored. Artist never showed up. Called again and was blown off. Still hate the piece and no other artist will touch it. Thanks.. been awhile but would love to show him this horrible shoulder rot..

Fantastic experience: I've just started the journey of getting tattoos and have had some good experiences thus far. My experience with Amber today was arguably the best one! Not only did she do a FANTASTIC job with my Bugs Bunny tat, she created something that was better than I originally envisioned. Amber is an amazing artist with incredible talent who doesn't forget the value of customer services. She was kind, funny and caring --- making my experience all the more memorable. I'd gladly go back to get more tattoos from Amber --- and plan to. This is a amazing shop that I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Got both daith and tragus with Spyder! super good energy, and he made sure we were always comfortable. The actual piercings are healing up nice with the appropriate size jewelry which i’ve had issues with from other piercers in the past. Definitely coming back!!

He was amazing he made me laugh so I wasn’t as focused and he did my piercings very fast I thought they were gonna hurt but not at all. Definitely will be going back and seeing him for more piercings or tattoos.

Super affordableIf you book a piercer book spider, honestly he’s the best I got 4 piercings done and he did amazing. Everyone there is super nice , whichever piercer or artist you get they will make you feel comfortable and meet your needs. This is the ONLY place I’d ever go to and the ONLY people I trust for my piercings 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Got Helix piercing by Spider. They were super friendly and efficient. In and out. ✌

Positive experience: I had a partial embedding emergency for one of my lip piercings and Spider was able to see me right away! He was polite and friendly, and chose a bar that was the perfect size. There wasn’t any internally threaded jewelry available, but they did have my gauge size and the jewelry change was pretty smooth.

Fantastic experience: We took my niece there for her first ear piercings since she was a baby, and Spider made it amazing for us! He was very patient, kind and made her feel very comfortable! She was a bit nervous to get her cartilage and he helped make it a great experience!

Negative experience: I have never left a review before, but now I feel like I need to. Do NOT go here. I wish I could select zero stars. I got my nipples pierced here by Spider. He pierced half through my nipple and half through my areola. Paid $115 and it had to be taken out due to risk of nerve damage and hammerhead scarring. He gave NO aftercare instructions and never mentioned sizing down (if you didn’t know, nip piercings need to be sized down after a few weeks!!). On top of that you do not get to pick your own jewelry & the ball fell off of my piercing within 2hrs of getting it done (I was not touching it. I was in the car driving and it fell right off), because it wasn’t put on properly. Receptionist was also incredibly rude.

Fantastic experience: Just got 2 new piercings, I didn’t have the right anatomy for an industrial but the piercer was so nice and walked me through an option where I can have the same look when they heal and he just charged me for an industrial instead of 2 which meant I didn’t have to pay as much couldn’t be more happy

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience. This may have been the least painful piercing I have ever gotten. I traveled two hours to attend my best friends funeral, and wanted to do something “crazy” for him… so I decided to get my nose pierced. Spider was amazing. He made my sad trip to Buffalo a happy one with his sense of humor. I will drive two hours for my next piercing because I now refuse to get one anywhere else. Thanks spider ❤️

Fantastic experience: We had the most incredible experience at Madd Ink with Spyder yesterday! My daughter's nose piercing fell out while we were travelling before it had fully healed. It had been a very expensive and painful experience getting it done three weeks earlier and she was extremely anxious and scared to get it put back in. Spyder immediately made her feel at ease, and had new jewellery in place before she even realized what happened. When we got back to the car she said "That was literally the nicest man I have ever met!" and I couldn't agree more! 10/10!!!

Negative experience: My friend got a tattoo on his neck that is supposed to say ""tree" and it says "Jree" idk what a jree is but it's not what he wanted. I emailed the shop after about it and got no response. I've only ever seen this on a crazy joke fb posts, I never thought it would happen irl esp for a neck tattoo and they didn't even respond let alone do anything to make it . What an embarrassing thing for a tattoo shop. Like how could anyone ever go to your shop or trust anyone there after something like this. They clearly don't care about peoles bodies.

Super cool guy you'd think he knew us for years we walked in and it was all jokes and good conversation the whole time. Perfect for my son to get his first piercing made him feel completely comfortable. Been about a week now and all's good with the piercing no swelling nothing. Negative experience: I went here for a chest tattoo. Everything was okay for the 1st hour once I got in the chair everything changed. I think his name was Mark he came into the shop looking like he was coked out yelling at the receptionist. He eventually “Fired” her and talked bad about her to the customers in the shop. Once I was seated and got in the chair to start my tattoo he comes running in and slaps me on my chest like he knows me or something. Anyway I get the tattoo the girl doesn’t color it in that day I said it was okay I’ll come back another time. I come back on the scheduled day to get my tattoo done and the lady who did my tattoo wasn’t there. I also paid in full it’s been over 3 months haven’t heard anything no response from any of the workers. To sum this up don’t go here terrible shop with no respect for the workers or customers.

Fantastic experience: Awesome. Every year around my birthday time I get a new piece of ink (I am XXX old, don't ask to see any ) and this last one I was looking for a quality studio close to Black Rock as my guy Massaro is way across the city. So I did a rough sketch, got some opinions from trusted friends from my social club, and decided on Madd Ink. Looked over some portfolios, and got it all hooked up with my main man Dana. Was all done in an hour (including both outlining and shading) for a fairly large neck piece. To say that I am happy with this great studio would be the understatement of the next decade! Go see them next time you want high quality ink! A++++++ ❤

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere and the tattooist and the piercer they do an awesome job they're friendly they explain the instructions well and do a good job and I love the atmosphere the atmosphere is very clean very friendly very comfortable and I love the way they have TV and have music playing and I love having conversations with the people that take care of me I never feel any pain there! I go to other places, and I feel pain! I don't know what the trick is but they are good and I would recommend anybody to go to them because the prices are reasonable and they do an awesome job! Every time I get something done I get it done the way I want it done at Madd Tattoo! I've been telling a lot of people about this place and a few of them are very interested and they're talking about going soon! Because I love everything about the place the people the environment the artwork, Etc I would go again and again and again that is my second home! And while you wait you get to watch TV and listen to the radio I like that and I like the furniture they got in the waiting room! Very comfortable and they have many books to look at so you can get an idea of what you like and they have a lot of jewelry to offer to buy if you like and a whole lot more! You get to know all the artists and their very bubbly and happy and friendly and helpful give good instructions on the after care and tell you that you need to heal when they feel the tell you that you need to heal before you come back again where are the tattoo places don't care! There's other tattoo parlors that just rent money and they don't care if you need to heal they just want to do the job so they can get paid not mad tattoo! They look out not just for the style of tattoos and piercings they look out for the healing process to so that's great makes me feel comfortable and they are so clean their it's not funny! Everything is sterile! All the rooms are clean and in order! All the tattoo artist rooms have many chairs or tables to sit on Or lie on, if needed! They want you as comfortable as possible! And I love that! Great job Madd Tattoo!
