Positive experience: Got a piercing around 5 days ago. I was consistent with cleaning and caring for it. It was infected from the start, stinging, burning etc. Red around the area. I have had many piercings and this one was off from the start. The placement was great but I'm not sure if the equipment was not sterilized or my body refused the piercing either way I had to take the piercing out. :((

Negative experience: i went to go get my nose ring changed out, when picking out the jewelry i literally asked the price of the specific one i was interested in & i was told $10.50, obviously i expected there to be a charge for them to change it out but after them changing it out and i get to the front counter im being told its $55. Like how do you go from $10.50 to $55?? when I questioned the price and told her i was told $10.50 she said “ no $55” like um no if i knew it was $55 ($57 with fee for card) I wouldn’t of gotten it. They had the audacity to say “ if you don’t want that one we can put a different one” like dude it’s already in my nose obviously im just going to keep it in. I saw another review on here saying the exact same thing about how their price suddenly doubled when going to pay but was told something different before. There is definitely some scheming going on here so if you plan on getting jewelry changed out here MAKE SURE to get a final price. Definitely will not be coming back I used to love this place and have gotten piercings here but I do not appreciate being misled. As for the lady who changed it out she was nice, but being misled definitely ruined my experience here. Stay away and save yourself some money by going somewhere else where they’re truthful & transparent on their pricing

Negative experience: receptionist was rude, the person who showed the jewelry wasnt specific on the prices, she said the total would be $35, but at checkout it was double the price, however the piercer, priscilla was very kind and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Unfortunately won’t be returning here. Paid $35 extra for an earring that went completely green within 2 months. Also, got a helix instead of the flat I asked for on my second ear without being advised. Overall, pricing is absurd for the work. For daith & helix, $180+ with “upgrade” jewelry.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team who made me feel completely comfortable. The studio itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The piercer, Priscilla took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was informed about the process every step of the way. The procedure was quick, smooth, and relatively painless, and I left feeling confident about my new piercing. I highly recommend Priscilla and this place to anyone looking for a top-notch piercing experience!

Negative experience: Been here twice and will never go back. I spent over $300 in piercing services in just these 2 visits. I thought I don’t mind spending the money since they seem like a better quality place, however felt like all they cared about was the money and not giving good service. First visit, I got my conch piercing, and chose a hoop piercing, only to realize after that getting hoop rings are not good for fresh piercings rather is recommended to get studs. Because I got a hoop and was not advised AT ALL to not get them by these “professionals”, I eventually got a nasty bump which will likely won’t go away and probably won’t be able to repierce my conch later down the road. It was so painful that I had to take off the hoop and let it heal on its own. I’ve gotten a conch piercing before with a stud and had no problems mind you. That was $90 down the drain for that piercing alone. I also got two lobe piercings, and they would’ve healed fine if it wasn’t for the short bars, the swelling got so painful since the bars were too short it had no room for the swelling. I ended up changing the earring to a longer bar, and it immediately improved. Also in my second visit, the receptionist which I believe is the owner was very rude and not accommodating at all, I do have a hearing impairment so when I asked her to repeat what she said, I got attitude. I was really looking forward to this place but ended up really disappointed and do not recommend them at all.

Positive experience: Got an eyebrow piercing here. She did a good job piercing but it was incredibly rushed. Also receptionist seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else just not friendly. One second I got pierced and the next I was out the door. I didn’t even get a chance to see what my piercing looked like after it was done. Wouldn’t go here again tbh. And I have over 15 piercings, I’ve been to many piercers and this place is just not doing it for me.

Fantastic experience: I've gotten snakebites, a nostril and an eyebrow piercing here. Not a single one ever got infected and they all healed quickly. Priscilla is an amazing piercer- she's very kind and very knowledgeable about her work.

Negative experience: I don’t normally write reviews for places but considering how bad this place messed up my ear, I had to say something. I was extremely disappointed with this place as soon as I walked in the door but gave it a chance because someone recommended it to me. Right off the bat, the receptionist and the woman who showed me the jewelry were super unwelcoming. I felt like I was being rushed to pick my jewelry even though no one was in line and it was 2 hours before closing. I tried to ask questions about the metals of the jewelry since I have sensitive skin, but the lady showing it to me was super unhelpful and made me feel annoying for asking any questions at all. I just came in to have my jewelry changed out, and they literally destroyed my piercing. I was given new jewelry that was too small and I didn’t want discs put on but they insisted. Pricilla was nicer than the other workers but still didn’t seem to want to answer my questions and then made my healed piercing basically start over the healing process. When I asked about pricing when I came in, they didn’t have answers for me and it felt like they just made up a number when I got to the register. One week later I had to take the piercing out due to how irritated it had gotten and I honestly almost cried due to how much worse it got after having gone to this place and I now have 2 huge bumps on both sides of where my piercing was.

Negative experience: I got my nose pierced and I was really nervous, the lady told me I can lay down and I did btw I never layed down for any piercings I’ve always sat down as I was laying down she didn’t tell me she was gonna start she didn’t even mark it and ask me if I wanted the piercing in that area also it hurt so bad and I was bleeding so much I felt blood go down my nose when laying down when I left I was spitting blood , my nose was throbbing all day and 2 hours later when I was eating I started dripping blood from my nose and felt so soar , no after care no advice how to take care of it. I was just told I was all good to go and to pay I left disappointed

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place. First of all jewelry is way over priced, very cheap material… I asked to see their jewelry and they never mentioned they had actual gold earrings…. $60 bucks for a very cheap “stainless steel” hoop for my conch piercing which was placed way too close to the inside of my ear and looked too big. Priscila did my piercing and didn’t really clean my ear well. Piercing was really painful and got infected so bad that I had to go to the emergency room 4 times for strong antibiotics and before I went to the emergency room the third time I asked them through their social media page (Facebook) what they recommended, they told me to remove the piercing and I thought they knew what they were doing since they’ve been open for a long time but the earring was stuck because of how cheap it was… it hurt so bad to take it off and that didn’t help. Once I went to the ER the fourth time because it wasn’t getting better the doctor had to do an incision and drainage because of the fact that I removed my earring while having an infection, that created an abscess and I felt miserable while the doctor injected my ear to numb it and drain it, my hospital bills are very high not counting the medicine and the scars that were left after all the trauma my poor ear went through….. they offered a free piercing but I don’t want to spend another thousands of dollars in medical bills and medicine. I wish they gave me a refund for my $100 bucks I paid for a cheap earring and an unsanitary piercing. Please think twice before going to this place.
