Negative experience: Called twice 15 minutes after opening and no one picked up, and I tried to head in but no one came. I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to open. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Very bad experience and bad customer service. brought my daughter for a nose piercing and the piercer did it and she was dripping blood non stop til we got in the car and was very painful the whole day He also did not tell us any intructions or after care. He simply just pierced and left, he was also rude. Took her to another piercer and she felt no pain and no difficulties and SHE told us everything to do w the aftercare and also told us she’s gotten a lot of complains from this place. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get a infected nose piercing. they should not be in service anymore

Fantastic experience: The shop is extremely welcoming. I got 4 piercings done in one session and the piercer was beyond patient and good at making me feel comfortable! Would recommend, 10/10. Very nice people.

Fantastic experience: The only place I’ll ever go for piercings! I got 5 today (industrial, daith, helix, and 2 lobes) and everything was smooth, clean, and professional. I never feel rushed they’re always patient, kind and make sure you’re okay the whole time. I’ve also gotten 4 other lobes done here before and every single one healed amazing. Negative experience: Please do not go to this shop, I went to go and get my eyebrow pierced and the piercer, Billy made my experience a nightmare—I will never recommend or come here again. I get piercings often and this was my first time at this shop because of a promotion, in my expiriences piercers always made me feel safe and reassured me before getting pierced, but not Billy. When I asked him simple questions, he seemed aggravated—like he was upset before even starting. I asked him if the piercing would be painful and he responded, almost insulted, that he “has many years of expirience.” That wasn’t my question and with how I was treated I find that hard to believe. My piercing was extremely painful, and after punching my eyebrow I made a face because it hurt like I’ve never hurt from other piercings I’ve gotten, he got upset at me for doing so despite the fact that 1. He didn’t warn me it would hurt, and 2. Did not tell me not to make such a face beforehand, I was not warned but was scolded. If I could rate this shop lower I would.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience here getting my daughter’s eyebrow pierced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the entire process, making sure we were comfortable and informed. Shop was clean, and they helped with aftercare of the piercing. Will definitely be going back!

A few weeks ago I went during a sale, but my piercing wasn’t doing good, I went back to Billy, we took it out, and I went back and he repierced it for free, and even let me pick out my jewelry. I’ve gotten 3 piercings with him now, super badass. 10/10 recommend

Negative experience: Worst place ever! Costumer service is rude, i went like a month ago to get my nose 0piercing done, the guy who did it made me wait until he finished his cigarette then made me wait even more while getting everything ready, hr didnt even bother to say hi, all he said was to breath, he pierced my nose and theeen told me to breath, he gave me no instructions what so ever on how to take care of it, i had to ask and hes like "ummm with water and soap???" so sarcastic. Plus the area didnt look too good, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!!!! I got my nose and belly pierced but they were giving me problems so I went to another shop and they told me that my nose was pierced at a wrong angle, the needle was too thick, and the jewlery they originally gave me was straight but they bent it to make it fit my nose, and as for my stomach, it was pierced too high, uneven, and they gave me an eyebrow bar.

Fantastic experience: I've gotten my septum and my industrial done here, both times the staff was bomb and it was really nice to feel so comfortable. I plan on going back to get a small tattoo soon It is cash only so if you plan to make a stop then I'd suggest taking cash with you but If you do forget they have an ATM up front That you can use.

Fantastic experience: A couple years ago I got the ear acupuncture piercings for anxiety and depression, somehow they magically cured my lower back pain. I thought maybe it was a coincidence and a couple months ago I lost one of the earrings so I just took them out. Last week my back started hurting again so I went and got new earrings to put in my acupuncture piercings, well surprise, the very next day my back pain went away again! I don’t think this is something they advertise but my god! It is such a huge relief and blessing to not be in pain all the time anymore! I’ve spent thousands on chiropractors and these $80 dollar earrings are what cured me in the end!!! I highly recommend ear acupuncture earrings to anyone willing to give it a try! Although.. I did have to trade the titanium earrings out for gold ones cuz I was allergic to the titanium. But that’s not anyone’s fault. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option!

Fantastic experience: I showed up as a walk in, I came in for cheek piercings only but I was talking to the receptionist and I asked about a memorial tattoo. I only had 54 dollars. The artist Justin heard my story and came out. My sister passed away 10 days ago. He asked me what I wanted and paid the extra I didn’t have. The tattoo is the most beautiful Sakura flower on my arm. We talked and I had a really wonderful experience. Everyone here is awesome. I’m so grateful for Justin, if you’re considering getting pierced or tattooed, definitely come to white Buffalo. Experienced professionals, nice and clean shop. They’ll make you feel at home.

Negative experience: I think it’s ridiculous to ask for the birth certificate and 2 forms of id for a 13 yr old to get her ears pierced being that me the mom was with her ..

Negative experience: First of all when he pierced my smiley I couldn’t get the ball off so I called and asked if they were able to change it for me and they said yes, so when I showed up, he replaced it, then after says “that’ll be 10 dollars.” …what? then when I go to get my other nostril pierced he does his placement and I tell him three times they aren’t even and he just says yes it is, then gets rude when I don’t give him a tip. Just to see when I get home, THEYRE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I’m so angry, it may be cheap but let’s just say you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: I got nipple piercings here a year ago. I trusted the piercer at the time because I'd been here for previous piercings and they were fine. I can confidently say now this guy doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. I researched the piercing I wanted for months before going, and he came out with the wrong jewelry. I requested the appropriate jewelry and he ranted about how I shouldn't believe everything I read online. The fact that I still went through with it is on me, but its not surprising they did not heal well, and I had so many issues with the jewelry. Had to take them out and eventually go to a REAL professional. Friends, save yourself the time and emotional damage and just visit a certified piercer the first time around :)

Negative experience: These “artists” don’t care about the work they put out there. They just care about money. Do not get a tattoo here. Go to buena suerte or octopus ink.

Positive experience: I got my first tattoo at 18 here the guy gave me a scar from going too deep in like 24 now the tattoo looks like it’s 20 years old and not 5 . I don’t even know if the guy that works there is still there . Lol ok for a first i guess
