Fantastic experience: My grandmother (70s), mother (50s), and I (30) got dragonfly tattoos with subtle differences. Lauren drew them up, colored them to our favorite colors, and did amazing work! They are absolutely stunning and the three of us cannot wait to show them off. A solid 10 out of 10 for all three of us.

Fantastic experience: I went in for their Friday the 13th flash event. It was very busy which was great to see the shop have so many customers. The artists and manager were patient, kind and doing their best to keep up with the volume of customers. Throughout the event they were open with extended hours and very accommodating for those of us who couldn’t make our original time due to the high volume of customers. I had a spot on Friday and couldn’t make my call back, and they still honored my spot and took me in on Saturday. They were very apologetic and kind. The artists were all so friendly and happy even after a long day previously. I can’t help but speak so highly of this shop. It’s always clean, the work by all the artists are amazing and if you haven’t considered coming by I would. I will continue to come back for flash events and for future personal art work I look forward to getting done.

Fantastic experience: Sel was such a great artist. She had such great customer service, regularly checking in and making sure I was as comfortable as I can be while also keeping me informed on what she was doing. I also just loved the overall atmosphere of the tattoo shop and how everyone was so encouraging and collaborative on Sel's work and progress. I already have another appointment set up with her and plan to be a repeat customer for others within the shop as well.

Fantastic experience: Adam did a fantastic job copying the image I wanted, the shop has a very relaxed atmosphere and setting the appointment up through the website/email was very easy with good communication. My daughter designed my tattoo, I was impressed with how well Adam tattooed it. I had asked for an appointment date as close to November 15th as possible because my daughter Emerald's birthday is today, she would have been 21. I appreciate the consideration from Adam to arrange for the appointment to be rescheduled for today when he had a scheduling conflict for last week.

Fantastic experience: Jimmy was so easy to work with and made the experience comfortable. He was sweet and approachable, and understood the vision for the tattoo we wanted. He was also very nice to my husband as it was his first tattoo! The facility was also clean and quirky! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: After I was told to leave a review when I came in for a Friday the 13th flash day to be able to get a touch up within 6 months of the tattoo. My wife booked an appt. for a touch up on her work, which they charged her for due to the amount that had passed, I asked if I could get mine touched up as well because one of the lines did not heal well. Would take seconds to touch up once the machines and ink were set up. They told me that my artist would but at 5pm. It was 12 Noon, all good. In all, after changing my plans for the day, they then told me that they couldn't see me and Mo even laughed on the phone while we were speaking. The last thing Mo told me was to email the artist. So I did and the artist Iris emailed me back at 4:57pm saying that I could go at 5pm as I was originally told. Luckily I was still in the area, I messaged Iris back and got there around 5:30pm. When I got there, I was talking to Iris and Mo had lied, she not only had time, but no one had rented her space as Mo had lied and told me that was the reason why I couldn’t come at 5pm. Mo saw that I was about to lay down to get the touch up done, started arguing in Japanese with Iris and after a few minute argument, Iris got another artist and they told me I couldn’t get the touch up done. Then Mo in front of everyone raise voice and even cursed at me. The artists and customers looked embarrassed for Mo. This place has left me at a loss for words. No regard for peoples time, rude, cold etc. They seem to do good work, but good luck when it comes to needing touch ups which is a norm because they do single needle work and definitely not the friendliest of environments.

Fantastic experience: 10/13/2024. Jimmy was prompt, helpful, and patient with me. I will be a returning customer! I came in with a design in mind, but asked for his take. Ultimately went with my own design, and he didn’t appeared miffed about it. He answered all my questions and concerns. I just wished he had more days at the Torrance location, but understand that he’s coming all the way up from the OC (at the other location).

Fantastic experience: On 7/11/24, I got tattooed by Kimi for my second tattoo. She also did my first tattoo (the floral one) last year in August. I'm always very satisfied with her artwork and designs, and even showed me her pieces to make sure it's one I wanted before my appointment. She was so sweet and accommodating to my needs and has met all my expectations. Will get more tattoos from her in the future!
