Fantastic experience: Chloe is a very talented young lady with real vision and drive. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in her work. She’s straightforward, no games, and specializes in traditional tattoos. She did a number “3” on my back and it came out great. I’ll be going back in a few weeks to have her shade it and then add additional line work. Overall, it was a great experience. She communicates well and makes the whole process smooth. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Bad choice of nose stud by piercer. I should have been started with a flat back. The piercing got really irritated because it kept snagging. Had it changed out and the piercer was unapologetic and still charged me. She may have pierced me incorrectly. It has been about 4 months and I have a bump that is not healing. I have to spend money at a dermatologist to have it treated.

Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because this could’ve gone very wrong very fast. My friend’s stud broke while he was asleep, and the diamond literally went into his ear. By the next night, his ear was completely swollen, painful, and we were full-on panicking. We kept thinking, what if this gets infected? what if it turns into something serious? That kind of fear where Google just makes it worse. That’s when we found Lizards Ink Tattoo and Piercing, and from the second we walked in, everything changed. Ariel welcomed us with so much calm, kindness, and confidence that it instantly made us breathe easier. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring she explained everything clearly, never rushing us. She handled the situation like it was second nature, yet treated us with so much care and empathy. What really got me was how she made something that felt terrifying seem so manageable….like, “You’re okay, you came at the right time.” And honestly, if we had waited even another day or two, this could’ve turned into something much worse. I’m so grateful we didn’t. And then… they charged $10. Ten. Dollars. I was genuinely shocked. In a moment where they could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, they chose kindness instead. I can’t thank Ariel and the team enough. Not just for fixing the problem, but for the way they treated us with patience, warmth, and humanity. This place isn’t just skilled, it’s run by people who truly care. If you ever need help, especially in a scary, unexpected situation then this is the place you want to walk into. Forever grateful.

Negative experience: Pierced me with butterfly backs and a stone with sharp posts. Three weeks into the healing process, both stones fell into my earlobe and created larger and irritated holes within my ears. This shop should switch to using flat back earrings with smaller and softer studs—titanium would be even better.

Negative experience: I went here in the past to see the artist named Roxanne. I went asking for her the other day and they would only tell me she didn't work there anymore. I eventually found her, she's at Smilin Ricks. It didn't seem right that they did that, they just wanted to take my business when I only feel comfortable with certain people tattooing me.

Negative experience: Me and my girlfriend came in trying to get her a small tattoo on her shoulder blade, when a employee named fester said he wouldn’t be doing the tattoo because he thinks my girlfriend is pregnant, after we told him multiple times that she indeed was 100% not pregnant he just refused us service.

Fantastic experience: C did my nipple piercings last night and I do have to say she has the softest touch out there. Highly recommend her!

Positive experience: The shop itself was super cute and everyone there was really nice. But I did have to change my belly ring to a longer bar because it was pierced with too much skin. The top ball started sinking into the piercing hole, which could’ve caused problems if I didn’t catch it early. Just a heads up for anyone getting a belly piercing here maybe double-check the placement. Other than that, it was a good experience!

Negative experience: The owner of this establishment was incredibly rude after speaking to him over the phone. I would not recommend that anyone get a tattoo here. Learn the value of customer service. It’s not hard to be nice.

Fantastic experience: Polly was awesome!!! Nose Piercing for my 17 yr old daughter was done professionally and she gave thorough aftercare instructions

Negative experience: Very unorganized and slow service. I came in at open and didn't receive my peircing until 9pm. They had skipped me multiple times and when I asked why they said they had messed up the order and are going by a new system. It took over 8 hours to get a simple helix peircing.

Negative experience: Won’t ever come here again. Got plenty of piercings here and when they promised to do a size down because they put a longer bar in, they promised to do a size down and the artist doesn’t stay and then they charge you when the new artist comes in

Negative experience: The tattoo was in my opinion overpriced for being smaller than a quarter and it took less than 5 minutes for both of us ($240). It looks good i just did not enjoy being told “be a real woman and cook for him” (my boyfriend) after we both got a quick and simple tattoo. The front desk was great though. Was a returning customer but not anymore specifically because of the tattoo artist’s casual sexism.

It was very hygienic and taught me about the aftercare of my tattoo, which for me has never happened Before my experience was great and I’ll definitely be back

Positive experience: Love love loveeeeed the environment here!! Everyone is car enthusiasts and it felt nice being around people with the same niche. I traded a car part with the artist “coozilla” for 2 tattoos, we got the first one done and ofc I loved it, gotta give him credit there. I was supposed to go back to get the other one done, but the man blocked me before I was able to. His reasoning was “I didn’t wanna lead you on”. Definitely wasn’t feeling “lead on”, didn’t want homie… I just wanted my tattoo lol. It’s still a cool place, just won’t be going back.

Not only did we go, but her best friend and her parents also went and the girls got their septum’s pierced together!! I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire visit was outstanding. First impressions matter, and Maria, the friendly face at the front, immediately made us feel welcome. While my daughter had never before been pierced, her friend has but she unfortunately had a previous piercing experience that left her extremely nervous. Her friend's anxiety was definitely palpable, but the staff at Lizards Ink managed to completely put her mind at ease and by the end she said she will definitely be returning, as will we!! As a mother, my top concern is always safety, comfort, and cleanliness, and Lizards Ink far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: I went in to fix a fine lined red ink tattoo that looked absolutely faded from a different studio. Fester turned this tattoo into a masterpiece!! I absolutely love it and his work. He was super kind and knowledgeable, and I would 10/10 recommend him!

Negative experience: Myself and a couple of my friends have all gotten tattoos here before within the last 2 years, and each one has faded. Artists do not seem to go deep enough, other reviews note mistakes that have been made as well. So I am planning to get it covered up in the future, like my friend did.

Negative experience: came in for a naval piercing. first of all they made me pay beforehand which i thought was strange and had a no refund sign. an older lady with glasses pierced me and didn’t even go through my belly button. she literally pieced my stomach not even close to the hole…

Negative experience: I want to give a good review but I’m annoyed. Paid $75 for my septum to get pierced, it was slightly crooked and they only had 1 style or color of jewelry. Maybe it’s OCD but the crooked piercing for almost $100 really irritates me

Negative experience: the lady with the glasses doesnt know how to pierce at all me and my friend came in to get a snake eye piercing and a monroe, the snake eye is crooked even after swelling went down and the monroe piercing is way too high even after i told her id like to get it lower she insisted and even brought in her colleague to tell me to get it placed higher. And now that i have the piercing almost everyone including myself think its way too high on my face. she also was dropping things while doing our piercings and didnt seem too concerned about actually placing our piercings correctly. and now that i look thru the bad reviews i see that most of them are about the lady who pierced us. which i suppose could be my fault but when im going to a “reputable” tattoo/piercing shop i expect the people to actually know how to do their job correctly.

And it's been almost 5 years I been going there now! I know a woman named Shavon as well she's an amazing woman and good person too! She's known me sense they been there! Within a day she sent me the concept turned into artwork. I was even more eager to get it done knowing what great line work Jess can do and what a great artist she is. ( ceramisist) I'm pretty picky about my artists. I've only had two. The " feel" of my artist is important. Ability and execution is critical, but personality, character, creativity and communication isn't far behind. Im looking forward to get more ink from her and will recommend her to all my ink buddies.
