Fantastic experience: I recently got my nose pierced with Lauren, and she also pierced my 6 year old daughter’s ears. The experience was great. She was friendly and informative and answered all our questions. She has such a gentle touch and my 6 year old did great. The space is clean and fun and inviting and everyone working there seems super chill and kind. Highly recommend seeing Lauren for a piercing!

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo ever today with JD. I can not say enough good things! I recently lost my dog and JD did an amazing job memorializing him by tattooing his paw print on my ribs. It came out phenomenal and did not hurt at all. Fantastic experience: I would like to point out that Laura did a fantastic job helping me schedule an appointment! When I called their phone number on Google, it said to message or text the number, so when I messaged them, they didn’t waste a minute getting back to me. Wonderful customer service!

Fantastic experience: Wherever Jimi Jackson goes, I go. Assassin has hands down been my favorite shop he’s been at! The staff is friendly, laid back, professional & truly care about the service their customers are getting. The place is clean and has a great vibe. Jimi has done two beautiful portraits of my dogs who have passed away & they turned out better than I could have imagined! 100/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: This has been my go to tattoo place for a couple years now. I usually go in for walk ins and get my tattoos done by Matthew and I’ve always walked out happy. The man at the front desk is always super friendly too! The prices are reasonable and i’ve never left unsatisfied. Absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: Went in for walk in staff was very arrogant and rude. The artist himself wasn’t nice barely spoke and finished with a horrible job. Just remember folks you get what you pay for!

Fantastic experience: Go check these guys out haven’t been tattooed in there shop yet by I have been tattooed by the owner Rich Griggs which is also the owner of Black Tootha Tattoos last year at rubber city we ended up taking home 3rd for best traditional but he also won first place as well. Rich is a good dude and super friendly also very professional with his work. Even tho I haven’t been to the shop I’ve seen a lot of the guys that work there work on Facebook and just seen a bunch at rubber everyone there does fire work so you can’t go wrong with any one there so if you’re reading this go hit them up for your next tattoo you won’t be disappointed

Very informative on what to do on after cleaning. And getting one. Super simple. Felt like a slight sting nothing to crazy. Be coming back real soon for another one.

Negative experience: They never shut up about wanting tips. They charge way more than most places and the tattoo quality is mid at best.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Andy, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s an incredibly cool guy all around, and his bedside manner is truly exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable about tattooing and explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. Meeting a tattoo artist can sometimes be overwhelming and awkward, but Andy put me at ease immediately. He took his time with the placement and every detail, completely exceeding my expectations.

Fantastic experience: This was my first tattoo. I’m 67 years old. I was a bit nervous but Chico was patient and answered all of my questions. Very little pain. I’m taking the clear bandage off tomorrow and I’m so excited to see my finished ink!!

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo with them, on the inside of my arm. Matt showed me the design, and I asked for a small change to some text underneath it, and he quickly made the change. I am super happy with the design and their process. Matt walked me through what he was doing, and when he was done he gave me easy to follow instructions on aftercare. I came here because my wife got her tattoo here and I'll keep coming here for future work.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I got a tattoo for our wedding anniversary. My husband has many but this was my very first one at 47 years old lol. We had Matt to tackle this job...he did fabulous! He was very informative and made sure you knew everything he was about to do and what was going to happen ..which made me feel relaxed and at ease. I will say it was nothing like I had thought up in my head...it wasn't bad at all. Also want to mention the guy at the front desk was very helpful and personable as well. So all in all it was a great first time tattoo experience for me as well as getting a matching one with my hubby. Already planning on getting my next one . Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly clean shop, comfortable waiting room, friendly staff. Each artist has their own room, which allows for ultimate privacy while being tattooed. Go see Chadd V - you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: Got my belly button piercing here it got infected and the job was poorly done. I have to ugly scars left from behind it. Do not recommend going here for piercing.

Negative experience: Came there to support a friend getting a piercing noticed the air in the waiting room seemed off next thing u know later that day I started getting sick this was the only place I went to then went home I have a terrible virus man smh they need to do some disinfesting etc cuz man I've been sick since I've left that place which was days ago!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten around 6 piercings by Lauren Ashley, she is one of only piercers I trust to poke me due the way she handles her clients, she goes out of her way to make you comfortable and make sure you’re ready before she does anything. I also brought my niece in on her birthday to get her ears pierced by Lauren and my niece absolutely ADORES her, said she wants all of her future piercings done by Lauren because she made her so comfortable. There’s no other piercer I’ll go to for that fact alone

Fantastic experience: Have been pierced 3 times here by Lauren! She is truly incredible and I'm very sad I hadn't gone sooner for my other piercings that were poorly done. She double pierced my nose and aligned it perfectly with my first nostril piercing I had done over 10 years ago. She takes her time and the precision she has is impressive. Everything is clean and her room is pretty dope as well. Highly recommend going here! She'll also tell you if your anatomy isn't compatible with a certain piercing instead of doing it knowing it wouldn't work. Again the time and precision she takes/has is amazing. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Timur did an amazing job bringing my idea to life. The grey scale and fine line details are beautiful. I am so happy with his work and have gotten so many compliments!

Negative experience: Came in on Sunday for a smiley piercing. Within 24hours it was out and called right away on Monday. Lauren Ashley, the person who pierced it, was out on Monday and Tues. Smiley tattoos close up very quickly so when we came in on Wednesday. We asked for her and she was in the next room scrolling and took her time to get up and then immediately blamed my sisters mouth for the reason as why it was out. She took no accountability. We went to the back to try to put it back in but the hole was already closed up. Initially paid 80 for the piercing and offered that we pay 60 dollars for her to put the same piece of jewelry back in. The reason she offered that was because she said there was "no proof" that it came out even though we had the jewelry and called the front desk the next day (Monday). It was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time and took 8 pieces of candy because we weren't leaving with nothing, which she had an issue with too. Lauren Ashley has very bad customer service, I do not recommend. The front desk is very nice though.

Fantastic experience: From out of town, came to Assassin’s as a walk-in. Both my friend and I got smaller-sized tattoos, myself having Chase as the artist. Chase made the experience very comfortable and relaxing - really setting the tone of the session. Highly recommend Chase and this shop! (See attached photo LOL he was great)

Negative experience: (Not my tattoo) but I just came across this on Facebook. I gotta say, I'm highly disappointed. My fiancée and I visited Assasin back in I think February, went in as walk ins. I asked about a memorial tattoo and was told I needed to schedule an appointment. OK, cool, no problem. My fiancée wanted runes on his finger. Super simple nordic runes. He was also told he needed an appointment. What?? But this tattoo that is pictured could be done as a walk in but not some runes? Idk, just kinda seemed like nobody wanted to actually tattoo that day. Dude at the counter seemed less than thrilled and didn't give off a huge welcoming atmosphere. I ended up taking my business to Arkham instead. I won't ever take it to Assassin

Fantastic experience: I got tattooed by Matt, who was me and my friends absolutely amazing tattoo artist. We were both walk ins and we were greeted and set up as quick as possible. The design process was easy and straightforward, yet Matt kept us well informed in decisions made in our reference designs for the best healing outcome. The process of the tattooing was quick yet very thorough, and Matt made sure to prioritize comfort during the duration of the visit. The artists at this shop all know what they’re doing and are incredibly talented and helpful people. My friend got excellent coverup advice from another artist as well. Shoutout to him. I was recommended this shop by several people and I am happy to say I will for sure be recommending this as well. I will add photos of my tattoo as soon as I am able to take my wrap off!

Fantastic experience: We bought a gift certificate for our son's birthday. It's one of his favorite studios with top artists and great service. The work is gorgeous and blends well with his 'collection.' The artists make sure that aftercare education is highlighted. Great place to get ink.

Fantastic experience: Got my nipples pierced by Lauren in October on Friday the 13th. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing before she did it. She explained aftercare and now 2 months post, they’ve healed beautifully and haven’t had a single issue. I love them and will be back for more! Thank you Lauren!!!!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She did a Surface Tragus piercing on me and it was the best experience I have ever had with getting pierced, and I’ve had many piercings over the years. I have never not been sore or tender later in the day or the following days after getting pierced, but with Lauren…..I had no issues, discomfort or tenderness at any point in time whatsoever. I will only get pierced by Lauren Ashley from here on out. I HIGHLY recommend getting any and all piercings by Lauren

Negative experience: The guy did NOT make me feel welcomed at all. Firs off all when me and my husband first walked in there were 3 other people at the desk talking with the guy who barely helped me but then theu scatter when we come in. He didn't even want to see if one of their tattoo artist that was available that day could draw up what I wanted and do it. What I was asking for was something VERY simple but he made it seem like no one there at that time could do it or had the talent to it but they are artist and the tattoo I wanted was SIMPLE! The guy also stated only one person in the WHOLE building who would be gone for a few weeks could do what I wanted but that was not even believable. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN or refer anyone there!

Fantastic experience: Great walk-in experience! Sometimes you just wake up and just want to get a tattoo. That is how I ended up here on a Sunday. We decided it was time for a matching tattoo. Ice cream flavored. We were promptly greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman ready to help us with our tattoos. We were quickly matched with an artist who got to work right away drawing our idea out. The waiting room is comfortable. Relaxing furniture, tv with Star Trek, coffee, and water. Our tattoos turned out great! It was such a fun experience.

Fantastic experience: Got my septum and angel fangs pierced by Lauren, and the experience was amazing both times! Lauren is so friendly and walked me through the entire process both times, took extra care to make sure the placement was right, and was very responsive afterwards if I had any questions about aftercare or the healing process. The studio itself is well-kept and clean and the front desk staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Assassins and Lauren!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Andy Bagley to have him put my vague vision into an actual design—and he absolutely crushed it. Andy was very helpful, open, and enthusiastic about the project. His design, totally bespoke, captured everything I wanted. On the day of the tattoo, Andy was well prepared and extremely professional. He was diligent, detailed, and had no issue if I needed to take a short break. I think the tattoo turned out phenomenal, and if I decide to get more in the near future, I’ll certainly return to Assassin and probably my man Andy!

Fantastic experience: Man..I had one tattoo that needed fixed bad. He did not disappoint when he fixed it. I thought it was not fixable. Not only did it get fixed but the tattoo ended up looking like it was never messed up in the first place. I will only go here from now on! Their sister shop “black tooth” is also! Check them out! Super clean and professional!

Negative experience: I called while driving to this place to see if they had any nose jewelry and if I could get a septum piercing changed. I was told they did have nose jewelry and that I could come in. I said I would be there in about 10-15 minutes. The guy who answered the phone said “right on”. When I got there, I was told that they would try to get me in before 2 piercings the piercer had to do. That didn’t happen and I had to wait until the piercings were done. Totally understandable since they probably had appointments! I waited 45 minutes. While I was waiting, I was sitting next to 2 young women wanting small arm/wrist tattoos. I believe it was 3 numbers in a plain font. They were brought a print out of what the numbers would look like and one of the clients said they were looking for a slightly different look to the font. I think they said they wanted “feet” on the letters. As he was walking out to make those adjustments, the guy (I don’t remember his name - beard, works the front desk) said “yeah it’ll be a little more but I can do that.” Then when they later questioned him about this increase, he said something like, “oh I didn’t say how much it would be before, but it’ll be like $100 each. I was thinking $90 before.” So these young women were charged $100 *each* for 3 small numbers tattooed on their wrists. That is unacceptable. I understand having a minimum, but that is a scam. I really wanted to say something to them in the moment, but I didn’t. I wish I had because I probably would have saved myself an hour of my time and $22.99 When I went back, the only septum jewelry horseshoe pieces available were basic gold, black, and silver pieces. I also wanted to purchase a nostril stud, but there were none in my gauge (18g) other than 1 corkscrew with a silver ball. I was told the jewelry would be $20 each so I opted to buy a basic septum horseshoe since I had waited 45 minutes and didn’t want to leave empty handed, but I passed on the corkscrew. When I went to pay, I was told it would be $20 and at that point, was told they are a cash only facility. I was charged a $2.99 transaction fee. I did not see on their website they are cash only and I was not told this on the phone or when I got there. Most places at least accept Venmo or other forms of payment and it’s really shady that you don’t make it *very* clear that you are cash only, especially when it is so rare. I also saw other individuals using the ATM while I was there so I’m assuming this is a little known fact. I was here for an *hour* to get jewelry and a septum piercing changed. The piercer was a gem and so nice to talk to, but this was such a shady experience. I’d rather make the drive to go somewhere else from now on.

Fantastic experience: Me and my cousin got our first tattoos and did a walk in. The guy at the counter was very understanding and wanted to help us understand any questions we had! The lady that did our tattoo was extremely patient and was very understanding and talkative with us and helped us through the experience! Me and my cousin got a tiny simple tattoo but it was a good experience and at the end even gave us a little kit with instructions for after care of the film removal!! definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My mom and I got facial piercings and Lauren was our artist. She was very understanding and confident in her work. The business vibes and decor were so amazing and the employees were all very nice. Would def go again for another piercing or even a tattoo!

Fantastic experience: This shop is amazing!! I will definitely be coming back and this shop is now my go to for tattoos. They are all so welcoming. They got me right in when I had limited time. Rich the owner is an incredible artist and busted out knuckle tats for me with precision. If you're looking for a clean, skillful place to go, come here and you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend, hands down greatest shop I've ever been too.

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible nipple piercing in Miami and the bar was extremely short causing so much pain. Lauren put in the right size and I feel 1000 times better! She is amazing and she explains everything as she goes, she’s very informative and she’s super nice and funny! It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend her.!!!!

Fantastic experience: Sure it's a tattoo shop, but I went for a piercing. Quick work, informative... I'd definitely recommend. And from the tattoo work I saw (in shop and at a recent convention), all the artists are fantastic. Everyone is really friendly too. Plus, it's a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, the whole crew was welcoming and professional. It is the cleanest tattoo shop I've been to. I got my nose pierced by Lauren. She walked me through the steps, and was a very calming presence. I love the placement, and it's healing great! Today, I came back to get an anchor tattoo by Paul. He drew up the perfect tattoo, his lines are clean, and his shading was awesome. He was super chill, played good music, and was finished in no time.

Fantastic experience: Came in with a family of 9 all getting the same matching "XOXO" on our wrist... Eric helped us get a time set the same day for 6 of us while our artist Matt was super calm with us crowding their studio. They were extremely patient and respectful with our large group and Matt did great work! They also were very good at working with first timers as more than half of our group had never gotten a tattoo before. Will definitely be coming back soon for the 3 of us who couldn't get ours done that day and will definitely recommend them to others looking to get work done as well.

Fantastic experience: i was here recently with one of my friends, and we were walk-ins. there was one lady that got there before us, but we barely waited an hour! once she was done, Dylan did our tattoos (thanks Dylan we love them!!!!). he was so chill and very kind to us. very clean space and professional. everyone here is beyond kind and it’s a great experience. i’ll definitely be coming back for more tattoos here and wouldn’t want to give my business to any other shop because Assassin is so great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been both tattooed here & pierced by Lauren. The studio is gorgeous! Super comfortable and welcoming, while being clean and professional. Lauren did a fantastic job with my piercings (bridge and nipples) and also did my friends nostril & navel. She explained the process as she did everything & gave thorough aftercare instructions. She made the process super easy and comfortable. I highly recommend being pierced by Lauren! The tattooists are super talented also, and I enjoy that they often have flash or walk-in availability
