Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jay, she is extremely talented in all styles that she preforms. I have a large hip piece from her and it has healed so well and still looks amazing a couple years later. She is easy to work with when discussing designs and makes sure you are comfortable before starting and as much as possible during the process. I will definitely be booking in again in the future.
