Fantastic experience: I was in Waterford over the weekend and decided to get my tattoo. Called the tattoo parlour on the phone and the lady was lovely to deal with. She booked me in for that day and when I arrived the place was lovely. The man who done my tattoo was easy to talk to and the other lady there was very nice too. The tattoo came out better than I ever expected and the price was very good.

Negative experience: The woman who does the piercings , very clearly hates her job. I have never left a negative review anywhere but this place deserves it. She is honestly horrible she literally Screamed at me because I flinched while trying to get my nose pierced, I ended up walking out & went & got it done somewhere else which I am so happy I did, because she does not deserve any customers at all if she treats people like that. I wish people were there to see how bad she was acting all because of me flinching one time. I was genuinely so shocked at the way she reacted. I will never go here again. If you are reading this & considering going here don’t go to Yakuza in town they are so much better & way nicer staff !!! Edit: Out of all the tattoo places in town yee have the lowest reviews. Multiple people said you were rude not just me? Also I did not try to grab anything out of your hand, I was nervous & I flinched. You shouted at me so I calmly said that I didn’t want the piercing anymore & left. I got it Done Somewhere else & had no problems at all So how. Could. This Be my. Fault.

Negative experience: I was here yesterday. I thought the piercer was rude. She did not reassure me at all through the process or tell me how to take care of my piercing after.

Negative experience: Probably the worst tattoo shop in town. Workers are so rude and service is below average at best.

And gave great advice. Highly recommend this tattoo parlour.. great artists who obviously are passionate about what they do.

Fantastic experience: Jen was super easy going and reassuring throughout the whole process, everyone helped and gave advice, even bought me water because I had none, I recommend them all. The piece turned out just like I wanted and booking, consulting was all super fast and easy.

Fantastic experience: I visited from Canada and decided to get a tattoo while I was here. I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The artist was amazing, incredibly talented, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The atmosphere in the studio was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally polite. The conversation flowed easily, making the whole experience even better. I have to say, the service here is much better than what we usually get in Canada. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had two tattoos done here in the last week. Staff are chatty, welcoming and friendly. Did exactly what I asked for and both tattoos turned out exactly how I wanted. Clear aftercare instructions and hygiene was spot on.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was very special when I got a tattoo of my dog paw print Holly boxer (11). Who passed on 20/09/21 .my Tattoo Artist was Adam , I have to say with his creativity and professionalism. He made me very comfortable , very good guidance to aftercare . I got my dogs portrait done which indeed was done with great care and to very high standard. Overall the whole experience from the front door , the hygeine standard warm welcoming atmosphere. I just keep coming back . I would highly reccommend The Tattoo Parlour Waterford for high standard excellent service. Never disappointed . Looking forward to the next one . Fantastic experience: The girl who pierced me was really professional and nice. I was nervous cause it was my first piercing and I was on holiday, but she kindly answered to all my questions and was really sweet with me. She also wrote me down how to take care of it so that I wouldn't misunderstand.

Negative experience: The lady piercing my daith was rly good. The piercing procedure was near to painless and she was exremely nice and understanding. Edit: THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. A few months after getting this piercing done i revoke my initial view of this place. Dont ever go there. After the daith piercing i also got my helix done. Both just would not heal. I cleaned them everyday with saline solution and nothing worked. After i went to a different piercer and he took the jewelery out i found out that it was bad quality. It wasnt titanium as it should have been and she kept them in some kind of box, whereas the other piercer had them in individually packed sterilized sachets. After that i went to Love Hate Social Club in Cork. Got my daith re-done there and it's healing great. True professionals.

Negative experience: The lady who did my piercing was lovely but the chap at the desk was extremely!!! rude. Barely even acknowledged me when I walked up and ignored me until I made him. Will be planning my next tattoo soon and in no way will I be going back.

Negative experience: Didn’t get a tattoo here for the simple reason of very poor customer service when trying to book in. Was very Egar to get one done and made that clear when booking but whoever was messaging me over and back was SO RUDE! Customer service goes a long way in places. No way to run a business without it.

Fantastic experience: Got a daith piercing here. Healing well. All tools came out from sterilised pouches. Got it for migraines and after one week I can feel the pressure but they don't fully form. Genuinely indebted to the girl who did the piercing (I don't remember her name, so sorry!).

Negative experience: Tattoo was rearranged for a Friday and I saved the date on my phone. Was told by the man at the counter that I got the dates wrong when he wasn't even the one that organised it. He was really disrespectful and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in while visiting the area and these folks were great! They were kind and welcoming while also being fun and professional. There was a short wait while the artist finished up another customer and then re-sanitized everything but because they were friendly and engaging, it didn't feel like I waited long at all. They got me finished up and back on my way in no time. The tat still looks great and even after nearly a year, there's been no touch up needed. Top notch job in my opinion.
