Fantastic experience: I recently had a large half-sleeve done with Ian, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before we even began, we had two detailed consultations where he took the time to understand my idea, guide me through what would work on the skin, and offer alternatives that actually improved the final design. His expertise and communication throughout the process were exceptional — everything from booking to preparation was handled professionally and with care. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt genuinely welcomed. Being greeted by name, a smile, and a relaxed atmosphere made a huge difference. The music, the vibe, and the overall energy made long sessions much easier. The studio itself is spotless and clearly run to a very high standard of professionalism. What stood out most was how invested they are in the client’s experience and the quality of the final piece. Their focus is clearly on expert advice and making sure the tattoo not only looks incredible on day one but continues to hold up over time. If you’re considering a first tattoo, a large custom piece, or want an artist who truly collaborates with you, I couldn’t recommend Ian and the team highly enough. Absolutely world-class work and an even better experience.

The place is clean, tidy, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Ben was my tattoo artist and not only is he very talented but also helped put me at ease straight away. All the staff there were extremely friendly and professional. I was very happy with my tattoo and would highly recommend them to anybody interested in getting a tattoo. Fantastic experience: It’s hard to put into words what a great experience I have had at High Soceity Tattoo. I have just finished 4 sittings with Ian Flynn. Ian is an amazing artist, I had a large outline done 10 years (back and chest) by the late great Joe Myler, I was unable to get it finished due to personal circumstances and I knew Ian was the only person that could bring continuity to this piece and turn it into an amazing piece of body art. I will be forever grateful that he was willing to take on this job on and bring life and colour to my tattoo. I am delighted to be the proud owner of his work. I would also like to thank all the other artists and staff that I met there, they create a brilliant atmosphere by way of being funny, friendly, talented and professional. The environment needless to say is absolutely spotless as well as being full of interesting objects. Oh I shouldn’t forget to mention how much I enjoyed the music playlist throughout the day. I would especially like to thank Aoife for her ability to distract at times me when I was feeling needle discomfort, thanks you, did make me laugh . Also thanks to Ben, a young but immensely talented artist who I got to see at work during my visits. He undoubtedly has a great future ahead of him. Needless to say I will never go anywhere else for my tattoos, there is no need, high society tattoo has an amazing talent pool of artists and I am looking forward to my next visit to get inked there.

Fantastic experience: It was my first tattoo. Ben was brilliant, from creating exactly what I wanted from images to an amazing stencil and tattoo. He understood the story and was respectful of it. The tattoo shop is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The tattoo came out amazing.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed by the staff, it's a spotlessly clean environment with a great decor,a mix of classic pieces of furniture and modern colour's and on artwork on the walls. Louise did my tattoo,her calmness and professionalism is obvious immediately. I'm delighted with my tattoo and would highly recommend Louise and all the team at High Society.

Negative experience: Would never go back! The rudest person I have ever come across. Nora! The owner would really want to look at who he is employing. App at 3pm. Was told I would be waiting 10 minutes. 35 minutes later, she came out. She was rude when I asked if I would be waiting much longer. She hadn't even my tattoo designed! Told me my grammar was incorrect! This is coming from the person who inscribed me and didn't start with a capital letter! Would not recommend!

Laura then designed the most beautiful tattoo that I cant believe is actually mine! I think she read my mind! The shop itself is very cool, gorgeous decor and all the staff were friendly and really put me at ease! There was a lovely, chill atmosphere. Cannot recommend Laura and High Society enough! Would give more stars if i could!

Fantastic experience: An amazing and comfortable experience. A little bit nervous since it was my first tattoo but the staff really are easy to talk to and answered any question I had. My artist Laura was wonderful and reassured me the entire way through, I didn't feel uncomfortable for a second from the moment I walked in the door. With little things such as a pronoun option on the consent sheet to the rest of the staff coming over and talking to you and seeing your design to health and safety. The tattoo itself came out better than I imagined and I can't wait to book again

Fantastic experience: Such a professional shop, my husband got a tattoo as a surprise for me. Dan Leo did my husband's design and tattooing, really thorough consultation, excellent design and then plenty of time to place it correctly for the best outcome. The shop is gorgeous inside, spotless but with plenty of character and all the artists were really friendly and masters of their craft.

Fantastic experience: I got a Disney Fox and the Hound tattoo and the spell 'Lumos' from Harry Potter and they were done by Louise. I love them they are perfect and the attention to detail is unbelievable.
