Fantastic experience: It’s been 17 years since I was inked last and have been contemplating this one since I lost my father 7 years ago. I wanted to find someone who could add some of their own creativity to it and decided on Solitude. Leah isn’t just a tattooist, she’s an artist, which helped me make my mind up. I wasn’t disappointed. Leah knows her inks and her arts. She’s out of town a bit but that means it’s really personal, which is what tattoos are right! Absolutely great experience and now thinking of my next one …… and I won’t leave it so long next time

As for the tattoo work, I was thoroughly impressed by how neat and detailed everything looked. It’s clear that Leah takes great pride in her craft. The parlour itself is filled with an eclectic mix of cool art and decor, which adds to the unique atmosphere of the place. I can't wait to return for my next tattoo—I know I’ll be in great hands! This is truly a five-star place that I highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality work and a wonderful experience.

Prices are great too (photos taken a couple hours after piercing) update 3 weeks later, piercing is healing great and have had absolutely no problems with it :)

Fantastic experience: Got a double helix piercing with Dan a few months ago. Dan was so lovely and really put me at ease while I was getting the piercings. Now, a few months on, they have both healed really well with no issues at all. Great selection of jewellery too!

They cannot do enough for you and go above and beyond to ensure your visit is a positive, happy experience. All my tattoos have been done here, I have seven and they are beautiful and perfect. I simply would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed. Shocked by some rather odd reviews? Not sure they went to the same place as me! A wonderful place.

I had my nose piercing done in another shop and it wouldn't heal went to these guys and they replaced the piercing cleaned me up and and sorted me out. Fantastic experience: I got some of my ear piercings from here and they have turned out great. I‘m really happy. Everything is clean and sterile and the piercers are really well-trained. They will explain the whole process to you and give you instructions on how to look after your piercing.

Fantastic experience: With not much experience with piercings and my last being around 6 years ago, I was really nervous about having my Septum pierced but took the leap with black pearl. I had never been to this parlour before but decided to try it as I was interested in soonly booking a tattoo for my 18th birthday at the black pearl and wanted to gain some experience with the parlour before the time came around. The atmosphere was homely and the staff were fantastic, genuinely kind and hilarious people. As a massive introvert I find it difficult to feel comfortable in situations like this but I felt completely at home, not to mention my septum looks fantastic! I received thorough information on the care of my piercing and it was the best price it could be. Very happy with my visit and can't wait to return in February.
