Fantastic experience: Went today to Body Mods to get my 11 year olds daughter’s ears pierced. Front desk staff very welcoming and polite. Gave us a heads up that there was a slight back log and showed us the sample earrings we could choose (which was a lot!) then given the waiver form which was very easy to navigate. We had Aaron doing the piercing. He was very laid back and helped put my daughter’s fears to rest. He was very professional and gave advice on how to keep them clean and to come back at the 8 week mark before changing them to ensure they were ready to be changed. Such a great experience! Will definitely be going back when she inevitably want her seconds

Fantastic experience: I went in today by chance to see if I could have my ear pierced - my first ever piercing at the tender age of 39. The lads there put me right at ease with their friendly banter, encouraging me to put my big boy pants on and put the first ever man-made hole in my ear. For seasoned professionals like these, it must seem odd to deal with a complete novice to piercings, but I can't fault their kindness, professionalism or good humour, and if there's ever another hole to be made, I'll come to these fellows to facilitate it. The service is spot on, and the bonus entertainment from the resident pets (pigeons and squirrels) makes it a unique experience. Always a good atmosphere, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: been here twice for 2nd ears and belly piercing and no complaints, staff are so so nice even friends with the pigeons and squirrels and just such a nice atmosphere and decor. even offer sweets and water when faint but i have such a bad fear of needles and they help out so well, also i’ve been to places with piercing guns and it HURT but they use needles here and you barely feel it and just goes straight through easily 5/5!!

Fantastic experience: Had a few piercings done at body mods and I can say that they were the only piercers I fully have trust in, about 2 weeks ago I went to go and have my industrial pierced and genuinely was pooping myself since my pain tolerance is so low, went into the piercing room and it was Aaron who was piercing me, Aaron is amazing in what he does and after some banter with him my nerves went down, through the piercing process he kept me calm and kept up with the banter and jokes to keep my head off the process, and explained the process clearly, the piercing in the end was super quick, and told me how to look after my piercing. Thank you Aaron, see you soon for the next piercing !!

Fantastic experience: Lost my septum piercing a couple of days ago. Girl in the shop was excellent. Picked out jewellery that wasn't going to come out and fitted it quickly and efficiently. Good price too. Very grateful

Fantastic experience: Visiting hereford today and my 7 year old son was looking to buy a pack of pokemon cards, wh smiths had sold out but a nice bloke on the rug store in the butter market sent us to body mods, we asked a young girl for cards, when we got there, and she said if we can wait a minute the guy who can help us would be back very soon she stopped ped and chatted to us until he arrived, a very nice touch as she made us very welcome, things just kept getting better, the guy didnt just sell my son a pack of cards he treated him like we where shopping in fortnum and Mason's, chatted to him about cards gave him an extra pack for free as it was our first visit and when my son got a good card he put it in a protective case for him and looked up the value on line, introduced us to others in the shop, absolutely nothing was to much for this guy, if you want to know what proper customer service looks like then go to this shop! Thank you for the experience guys you smashed it

Fantastic experience: I never right review but just want to say how amazing everyone was today from the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with a smile and friendly conversation, with great interaction to both myself and my 6yr old who was having her ears pierced. Then onto Aaron who did the Piercing, he was just amazing. Aaron your Communication skills with my daughter were some of the best I’ve seen you got her to relax, build trust and enjoy the whole experience!! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: i’ve had a couple piercings here before, but came here yesterday to get the other side of my nose pierced and it ended up bleeding everywhere staff were super lovely about it and kept asking me if i was okay. love this place will definitely have to get some tattoos here too

Negative experience: Unfortunately I am not super happy with my piercing. The staff is super friendly and everyone is very kind. Although, my septum piercing was not done correctly. It was crooked and the end needle was too high! In the end I had to take it off at home because it was too high and too crooked. A shame

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but after reading some this morning to help decide where to go, I realised how important they can be. What a great place! My daughter had her ears pierced and was put at ease throughout the whole experience. Aaron was so kind and friendly, constantly making her laugh and helping her feel relaxed. She left feeling happy, confident, and like she’d made a new best friend. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolute heroes at Body Mods UK. Had a situation that loads of other places either couldn't handle or just couldn't be bothered with. These guys stepped up when everyone else was useless. Proper skilled and knew their stuff, but also sound as anything. Actually listened and figured out how to help instead of just fobbing me off like everywhere else did. Real people who actually care about helping rather than just going through the motions. If you need any work done right by people who know what they're doing, this is the place. Can't rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had my nose pierced yesterday by Meg and she was so lovely and kind to me, I was quite nervous for it but she made me feel at ease and comfortable ☺️ it was a great experience! Best place to get pierced! I had my ears done in 2023 also by another Meg so that was cool! So happy with my piercings from here

Fantastic experience: I messaged body mods yesterday regarding my stuck earring back that I just could not get off. I asked if they would be able to. With this being a piercing I had done in February and my first time changing it, I was expecting it to be painful but I didn't feel a thing. I didn't get the girls name who managed to remove it for me, but thank you so much.

I requested my 6yr old to have flat backed earrings instead on butterfly (don’t they just dig in?!) and we have no issues at all. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: After a disastrous job on my two daughters' ear-studs at an 'old-school' jewellers in Hereford, we recently found Body Mods. No.1 had an industrial ear barbel put in and I had my lobe redone. Excellent job: very hygienic and painless (well ;o), friendly and competent people, and good value for money. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had 2 lobe piercings with them. Few days later they were swollen and needed the bar changed. Went back to ask for advise and the bars were changed with no fuss and excellent customer service and advice. Will definitely be going back for more

Fantastic experience: Took a trip to body mods so my partner could enquire about piercings for her ears, the owner and team were very friendly and educated us that on the piercings they offer, after she mentioned suffering from numerous headaches the owner recommeded a daith pircing and ever since then her headaches have been a thing of the past. Can't thank the owner and team enough and will definitely visit again

Fantastic experience: Just had my first tattoo at 50yrs young! ( midlife crisis) The whole experience at bodymods is one to be remembered for the rest of my life as being totally outstanding! Far exceeded my expectations for my first tattoo! I arrived feeling slightly anxious ( I even did a few anxiety farts in the chair sorry ) but left feeling calm, relaxed, welcomed and very well looked after! Meg and Richy are so naturally and sincerely lovely folks and everyone else who work there are friendly and welcoming, I felt like I'd been made to feel part of the "gang" and I even felt like I'd left body mods having made new friends! Richys work is stunning and well worth the wait and price, he even bought my lunch, awesome In the chair the conversation was great, the music brilliant, the atmosphere incredible! I will miss the overall amazing experience I had over the 4 days I spent in the chair and recommended to everyone and anyone to come and experience more than just having a tattoo! One more thing, I cried like a baby in the chair Love you guys

Fantastic experience: My piercing that was done elsewhere was embedded in my ear and I was unable to get hold of the original piercer to help sort this out. I got in touch with body mods and they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They numbed my ear to remove the piercing and replaced it with a longer bar. Was so impressed with the amazing customer service especially considering that I didn’t get the piercing done at body mods, would definitely come back for future piercings.

Positive experience: Staff were really friendly, went in looking for a replacement Labret bar for my nose piercing, asked for something internally threaded but was given externally threaded. My piercing which is fully healed also reacted badly to the metal

Negative experience: I don't fully enjoy the place because they did not tell me on the phone that I needed someone there with me to get my tongue pierced, when I got there, it was last minute they told me that I needed someone.
