Fantastic experience: I have had about 16~ piercings done by Riley, He definitely goes above and beyond for each piercing. Everytime I’ve been down he’s been patient, easy to talk to and ask questions in regards to everything about piercings, overall he’s my go-to for anything and everything piercing related! As well I’ve just started my tattoo journey at the beginning of this year and I can say I’m beyond happy to have met Clara! She is brilliant in her art and I am so happy with every tattoo I’ve had so far. They’re a visionary and I love that I can bounce ideas around with her and get the input I value on every piece that ends up making it look fabulous and unique. Overall the studio is a clean, and welcoming space that makes every visit memorable. Will definitely be coming back 10/10.

I communicated my fear of needles and low pain tolerance, and my piercer was so kind and accommodating, and made the experience so comfortable! Fantastic experience: Got a tattoo one my right shoulder of the Deathly Hallows symbol from Harry Potter but with the shapes made to look like the artifacts they represent. I am over the moon about the result and couldn't have asked for better service or more helpful artist and staff. My next tattoo will be at this studio! They have earned every bit of my repeat business and hopefully I will be in a position to get another sooner than later! Excellent price, great quality, 10/10 would reccomend

Fantastic experience: I’ve had soo many tattoos and an abundance of piercings here and cannot even begin to say how happy I am with this studio and the artists/ piercers that work there! The environment is such a cool space giving a comfortable/ fun vibe and all the employees are super helpful, very pleasant and just overall a good bunch! My very first tattoo at this studio was a coverup. Not only did the owner accommodate me, and get me set up with an artist asap, they done a complete makeover on my arm! From an inkspread nightmare to a beautiful floral color half sleeve. Fast forward 6 years later and these are still the only people to get to poke my skin! I had a chest piece previously done that was absolutely horrid (by someone else) that I was petrified to let anyone touch. After reaching out to the shop, Vicki Stapleton took on the job and completely turned it into a beautiful masterpiece! (See picture below!) I’ve had different pieces done by different artists there and never have I been dissatisfied! When it comes to piercings, I’ve had them all done, even dermals! The piercer was so clean and professional, handled everything with proper care and really helped me feel comfortable! They helped me pick out new / change out my jewelry as well!! Always a top notch experience when I visit Elite!! Cannot recommend them enough! #eliteforever

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start, I cannot recommend this shop enough, specifically Bill. I had drawn my tattoo when I was 16 and dreamed of getting it done ever since. This made it a lot more nerve racking because I was scared whoever would end up doing my tattoo would mess it up. I got this tattoo done with bill, it was done in 3 sessions (around 6 hours total). Bill was so good! He was checking in with me the entire time, asking if I need a break and how the design is coming out. The tattoo itself healed really quick and I’m in love with how it looks.

Negative experience: Would not go there again. Me and my friend had an appointment for 3 and at 2:30 got a text asking to push it til 4 but we couldn’t as my friend is from carbonear and had to be home for a specific time. We got put with another artist(bill) for the time we had originally scheduled for. Got there and service was great everyone was nice very professional but when our tattoos were done and we were home we noticed some lettering was a little messed up and some letters were connected when they were not supposed to be. We were fine with it until we both started getting shadows underneath our tattoos and noticed ink blurring around the letters and spreading where it wasn’t supposed to be looking like the purple stencil is still there but we got it in January (guessing it’s ink bleed). Our tattoos are now blurry and not at all how we wanted them to look. Would not recommend going to bill

Negative experience: Worst experience ever and it's a hand tattoo Wanted a tattoo and called to ask if they had availability for a walk in - they said yes. Went there and it was only an apprentice that wasn't busy (which I didnt know until the tattoo was started). He tells me theyre waiting on a shipment of needles so he has to use the smallest size for the full thing. Alright, I didnt complain. He didnt want to put the tattoo where I originally wanted it, so I agreed with his placement - my first mistake. Now the top is covered by my sleeve and my watch is at risk of rubbing it (had to switch wrists). When my hand it bent the top is scrunched up to be not legible. My placement was better but he should've been the professional so i trusted his opinion, plus it was a quick decision for me so I hadn't really thought it through that much, I already had my placement picked which would've prevented all this. But anyhow, now that the tattoo is healed, I have 2 different lines in at least 3 different places where there should only be 1. There are blowouts in many places (but not that big, hopefully they stay like that). The ink didnt take in some places, likely due to not going deep enough, and there's scarring in others from going too deep. The lines extend past places where they should stop. All around it's a terrible tattoo and placement. Worst part is it's on my hand so very visible. I have to get it fixed but I wont be returning to this artist for sure. May even have to get it removed altogether if the blowouts get worst. Extremely disappointed in this entire experience, and I have multiple other tattoos that had 0 issues. Of course this is the only one that I got the same day I booked. Pick your artist, if they're good they often have a waitlist but that means they're good. I wish I waited for this one and chose my artist personally, never again. Oh, and another thing, they wrapped my tattoo with food grade plastic wrap rather than second skin.

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo done today with llona and I could not be happier with the outcome. She walked me through the process and her set up as well as explained how everything is kept clean. She also went into extensive detail on the aftercare! This tattoo was meant to be a memorial piece for my grandfather and she was more than helpful when it came to making me feel comfortable and helping me choose what I wanted as well as executing it flawlessly. Llona is incredible with her fineline feminine work and I can safely say I will be booking with her again!

Positive experience: After having my septum pierced here in 2021, I came back to change my septum piercing. The staff was great, but I waited for over an hour to receive help. However, this place has a much better customer service and piercing selection/price than what I experienced with other local piercers.

Fantastic experience: First off, this place is absolutely incredible to look at. From the outside it's just an office building but inside is one of the coolest loft studios I've ever seen. Art is across every wall and the vibe is extremely relaxed and professional. Second, staff are top tier. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: The outside of the building does not prepare you for how cool this studio is!!! It's a big open space with old hardwood floors and a high ceiling. There are cool murals on the walls and lots of windows. Lots of comfy places to sit and wait and extremely clean. My tattoo artist, Chris, was fabulous and friendly and I adore my tattoo!!! I would definitely recommend getting a tattoo or piercing here.

Emilio was kind and generous with his patience in accommodating our group. Kyle, our artist, was kind, funny, efficient and skillful in his execution. Fantastic experience: My teenager went in for a walk in piercing. Was in and out within 15 minutes and the price is good too. The only odd thing is that they only accept cash or EMT for payment, which we weren't told until after our appointment. So just know that if you don't have data on your phone to EMT you will need to bring cash with you.

Negative experience: Had my daughter there for a tattoo a few days ago, her appointment was at 6:00, the artist didn’t show up until 6:10 with their supper in their hand. Ate their supper then came out to inform us that they had left their tattoo gun at home and would be back in 15 mins. Didn’t return for 45 mins. We waited well over an hour for a 5 minute tattoo. Not professional at all, will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to Elite twice- first time was my preschoolers ear piercing, 2nd was a small tat. No issues with either- which is more than I can say for a couple tats I've had done at another popular shop here in town. I have nothing in the works rn for my next tat, but I would absolutely concider Elite in the future, when the urge for new ink sets in again

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Me and a friend go here regularly for tattoos and piercings. Prices are more reasonable than other places I've gone and their time frame for touchups is twice as long as other places as well. I also brought my 16 year old here for her piercings and her first tattoo. They were super patient and encouraging despite her anxiety about each. Place is always clean. I've observed that stations are cleaned frequently between clients as well as when different artists are sometimes switching stations. Love the atmosphere there. Different artists have different skill sets and I've found that if you're looking for something that one artist doesn't feel is their personal strong suit, they are upfront about it and will tell you which of their colleagues are better suited to it so that they can ensure you get the best option for the particular style or type of tattoo you want.

Fantastic experience: Finally got my first tattoo here and it went quite well. First artist turned me down because he east comfortable with the brush stroke look. I appreciated that because if he's not comfortable then I would have been more nervous. He did sit in just to see how the other artist did it. It didn't take too long and the artist, Dan, made me feel relaxed and helped take my mind off of it by turning on a movie as well. The tattoo turned out amazing and I'm already planning on returning. Very professional group, would suggest Elite for anyone looking to get inked.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with the piercer here to get my eyebrow done. My appointment was made for 1:20, but I received a message from a different employee asking if I’d be available to push my appointment back an hour to accommodate how busy they were. I said of course, and drove out 30 minutes to my appointment that was then scheduled for 2:20. I get there fairly early to be honest, but I receive another message from the original piercer- this time 30 minutes before my appointment saying they have to cancel. At this point I’m already sitting in the parking lot waiting, and ask if there’s any other piercers available, to which they respond no. I’ve read other reviews of this studio and it seems their scheduling and operation in whole needs a lot of work. I’m so disappointed to not only get my piercing, but to have an appointment at a walk-in studio be re-arranged and canceled twice.

Negative experience: I fear for my life for the experience I had. Didn't even have to pay the girl who did the piercing started shaking I left there without a nose ring. It's been 6hrs but still bleeding I was poked a lot in the same hole. I pray this goes away. Dont know if it was her first time. But I assume she should have called for . I swear I'm still bleeding it's 12:32am was there at 6:30pm

She is incredibly talented and made the 7.5 session as comfortable as she could! All members of the parlour were outstanding, can’t recommend them enough and am looking forward to finished my sleeve with Vicki!

Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional. People voiced concerns on their Facebook page and immediately were ridiculed and called "keyboard crazies" AND ridiculed someone for being an "idiot who doesn't know how to maintain their tattoo". Just plain rude. Deleted the post after making those comments and being called out for being rude.

Negative experience: I walked into the store and was told even though I'm only asking for two small numbers (24) to be written on my finger there is an $80 minimum. I agreed to it given how badly I wanted the tattoo. I was then sat down in the chair where the artist decided to free hand the numbers onto my finger using a thick purple permanent marker. After tattooing for less than 10 minutes he continued to try to get the marker off so I could actually see the tattoo. After trying a few different cleaning agents he told me to go into the washroom and clean my hands with soap and water because I was still not able to see the tattoo he had just done due to the thick purple permanent marker used. Once I came out of the washroom still not able to see my completed tattoo properly, he said "the skin is now too damaged from being washed for him to continue tattooing but I'm welcome to make another appointment to come back to have it touched up." To make this already nightmarish half hour experience worse I then get to the front desk were I was charged $230 !!!! Thats $115 per number?!?!? This was hands down the worst tattooing experience I've not only ever had but have ever heard of. Absolute con artists. Wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy.

Negative experience: would not go to again for piercing ! went to get my ear pierced and my friend her nose, called beforehand and said he guy was in all day, get there and waited a hour for him to show up. then i got my ear pierced and he didn't use a clamp " i free hand most of my work" after he did mine he used the same gloves to pierce my friend ! he refused to pierce both of us with a hoop, went to another piercer and he told us the mine and my friends were done wrong and if we have any trouble to no go back to elite! would not recommend for piercings but tattos are really good :)

Negative experience: Got my ears pierced there 3 days ago, first day my piercing fell out while I was asleep and grew over so I went in to get it pierced again, buddy told me the piercer wasn’t in so he called him and told me he’d be in at 5:30/6, he didn’t come in. So I called again the next day and again, he wasn’t there so whatever i was just gonna leave the one in but then i woke up today and the diamond was fell out of the earring. Terrible quality and service avoid them and go to studio maxx my friend got it done there and hasn’t had a hitch.

Negative experience: First of all, clean, welcoming place, but I'm not sure where to start... I came in for a simple tribal tattoo, the artist did a terrible job on the lines, filled in the wrong portion of the design, it came out backwards and looked horrible, missing spots threw out the tattoo. parts of the tattoo are completely different shades of black. again looks terrible, as for the pricing and going to other shops to confirm within the area. I got ripped off big time.... for something as simple as what it should have been... it looks like it had been done by a 5 year old, of course the artist apologized and offered to fix it free of charge but common, it was backwards... didn't even reimburse any of the ridiculous amount of money that I had spent. STAY AWAY! Thanks for ruining a major portion of my body!

Positive experience: I got a quick and easy tattoo done there and they did a good job. The artist was friendly and walked me through my first tattoo. Can't speak for custom work but the small google image for penicillin I had done on my wrist was done well and healed well.
