Fantastic experience: Took my 9 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. Adam did the piercing. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and skill of the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. As a health care professional I was impressed by the sterile techniques and care used and was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend. My daughter rated it as 2/10 on the pain scale and 10/10 for service!

Negative experience: Every piercing I got here was ok when first getting it but each had horrible healing no fault of my own with three being rejected for not being long enough to another not being to be put back in even after months of healing

I decided to walk into @7th_house_tattoo and see if there was any walk-in available. They contacted one of their artists and said they would be there in an hour! So I went to NARU for some rolls and went back. As soon as I walked in, I met @jojutatt, and he already had a few designs ready for me to choose from, we quickly went over it. He then got right into designing them. His work was quick but detailed. He was also very clean with all of the equipment. I could barely feel getting the tattoo. This last visit my husband and I decided to get matching tattoos and we could not be more thrilled with her work. Fantastic experience: I'm so pleased with my experience at 7th House this past June. I've been going to Jody for years now as she's doing my whole right arm sleeve in a pointilism-inspired style but this was my first time getting a tattoo from her since she's been at 7th House and it was amazing as always. The studio is kept clean and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Stopped in because one of my older studs had lost a ball. I had never been here before. Everyone was really helpful and he asked if I wanted help putting it back on, which was awesome because I have a hard time with that one.

Fantastic experience: Adam fit me in for a walk-in septum piercing back in December and was so great. Gentle but quick and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Totally painless and it's healed perfectly according to his care instructions!! I will definitely be back!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. I went there on my colleague’s recommendation. My daughter got her ear pierced. After a week one of the stone fell off while the back was intact. I went there again bought another earring, paid $60. I requested them to change the whole set assuming that the back is faulty. They didn’t listen to me moreover blaming my daughter to play rough. Again within a week the faulty back one’s stone fell off. This time they said they will give us a free earring. The free one caused my daughter terrible allergic reaction ( guessing they gave us a cheap one). Eventually lots of crying & pustules and I took off the earrings. The holes are closed. I have wasted $210 & my daughter suffered. Don’t go there if you love your kid.

Fantastic experience: @JodyArts does amazing work. This was my first time getting tattooed. Jody took the time to explained everything, showed me the equipment and the expiry on the needles. She made sure that my stencils printed/transferred properly and kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay while she was tattooing me. I never felt rushed and knew I was in good hands. Fantastic experience: So i went into 7th house tattoo shop on Queen and it was very busy in the store , even though he was busy with another client he excused himself asked if they minded that he help me and they said no problem, good to see that people understand how busy it is this time of year and they are patient , it was just a quick sale and he was back to his client. Don't know your name but thank you to both the owner and his client . Merry Christmas to you both.

Negative experience: first time I went to get a piercing everything was great! But when the jewellery fell out and I went to get it replaced, me and my friend were completely ignored for over 5 minutes. We stood at the front desk where there were 4 or 5 members of staff who all actively ignored us and carried on their (frankly inappropriate) conversation whilst we stood there. Eventually I had to ask if there was any chance we were going to be offered any help which was when one of them bothered to acknowledge us. The piercer himself acted bothered by us, even though it was the jewellery he sold us, and was very dismissive so I will not be going back as that is not the atmosphere I want from a piercing/ tattoo studio.

Fantastic experience: Got a script Tat with Jody. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jody explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The shop itself is great as well. The staff are all very Friendly and very nice environment.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing as the owner of the building management company where 7th House is located. The owner of 7th House reached out to me about his concerns related to the public bathrooms in the building. His business received a related 1-star review today. We do our utmost to keep these public bathrooms clean and safe for all tenants and clients of the building. I will be following up on the security of the bathrooms immediately and reminding everyone of the importance of keeping these bathrooms locked when not in use. I can say that 7th House is an excellent company and a great help to me when working on building security. They are a clean and responsible business and they care deeply about their location. I have also had the opportunity to be their client on many occasions and I have found their service, products and results to be top-notch. I strongly recommend 7th House.

Fantastic experience: I had a fairly large arm piece done by Cody recently, it took two sessions of 4+ hours each. He was incredibly professional, skilled, and very perfectionist! He kept the space and the treatment area very clean, I don't think I've ever seen someone change gloves so often! The tattoo has healed beautifully and I'm very pleased and proud to have some of Cody's art on my body. Would highly recommend :)

Negative experience: The tattoo artists here are absolutely incredible!!!!! The owner/piercer is nsfwomen imo. I have gone to 7th house both in the prior and current location, and in that time I have experienced him easedropping on myself and my artists conversation, then busting in the room to divulge personal information that I, nor my artist, should have been subjected too. I have experienced the him speaking inappropriately whilst sitting in the lobby area. I have experienced the owner upset to the point he kicked the garbage can and threw some stuff around, which made for a very uncomfortable environment. I had an appointment booked with one of the amazing tattoo artists, I was unable to bring myself to go due to being unable to support the owner. I sent an e-transfer after paying the deposit twice as I had missed the first scheduled appointment, and continued to send what I felt the artist deserved for my two missed appointments. I ended up sending $800 total, specifically for that artist, and the owner did not give the artist any of it. After sharing my experiences, I have learned of much worse inappropriate conduct regarding the owner. I held off writing this as even though I felt women should be aware, the tattoo artists really are incredible and I’m sure very unaware of the experiences of their clientele. I did not want this to reflect poorly on them. I would absolutely recommend the tattoo artists here.

Fantastic experience: My 9-year-old daughter got her ears pierced elsewhere, and when she took her earrings out overnight, one of the holes closed over. She was very distressed, but we visited Adam, who listened to her respectfully, explained everything he was doing and the tools her was using, fixed her piercing and offered to check her ears again in 3 weeks...all FREE of charge. He was so kind to us; we really appreciated it.

Fantastic experience: I live in Alberta and come home roughly once a year to see family. Over the past 4ish years I have been getting work done by Linsay. It started off as a quick 3 hour tattoo and turned into what is now almost a complete sleeve from wrist to shoulder. I'm not the best planner and often let them know I'm in town days before I want a tattoo. They are always very accommodating and easy to work with for fitting me in. They remember me and even come up wth designs based on minimun reference or explaination. The work is absolutely beautiful. I love what I have gotten so far and when this sleeve fills up whenever I am home I will always take my business here!

Negative experience: I went to get piercings in July 2022, the jewelry broke 5 months later. I was told there was nothing I could do as it was "my fault" The hoop I was sold by Adam and had put in myself was too small for that part of my ear and I just recently had to pay to have it removed and replaced with a better option. In showing this other person the crescent it's quite clear it was not actually snapped or broken off, it appears that the post wasn't secured or soldered correctly. (double clasp type of hoop, very difficult to remove alone/without tools) I am now aware that Junipurr has a lifetime warranty and will at least look at requests to determine if it was accidental or a defect, this was not even explained to me. I paid $110+ tax for that original piece, another 20ish for the hoop and now more to fix the hoop situation. Overall I felt like I was dismissed and was more of a burden than anything else and I know this is not a unique experience to me and I wanted to finally take the time to leave a review. While the piercings are done correctly, be weary on the jewelry and return/refund policy. I am now in contact with Junipurr to look into my options.

Negative experience: Have been trying to contact them for an appointment since February. No response to messages, emails, Facebook messages and Instagram. That is just rude!

Negative experience: Piercer never tells you what he’s putting in, what gauge, what length and his work does not hold up to standards. Never trust piercers with 2 for 1 deals.

Fantastic experience: Bought a beautiful white gold nose ring for myself. Customer service was excellent. I bought merch from them at the Tattoo Expo as well. Great shop and really great staff.

Negative experience: They will start a tattoo and when you try to contact them to set up the next appointment they ghost you… (we’ve tried calling, texting, emailing it has all worked in the past but not now.)so you are stuck with half a tattoo and have to find someone else to finish it.
